As a life and business coach with a Biblical lens, I focus on the health of your mind, body, and soul in our coaching sessions. It's important, and Biblical, that all 3 areas are holistically healthy in order for you to do all God has created you to do.
I share why it's important to be healthy in the mind, what healthy in the mind even looks like and I give you some practical things you can do to help with the health of your mind.
