Hon har tidigare jobbat inom Försvarsmakten, inom flygvapnet.Hon är lärare på högskolan i Halmstad i olika utbildningar.Hon har drygt 30 års vana av grupputveckling, ledningsgruppsutveckling, kommunikation och konflikthantering.Hon har en magisterexamen i psykologi samt en examen i organisationsvetenskap.Hon är VD och ägare av företaget Kvalitencia Ledarskap AB, som stöttar företag och organisationer i deras arbete att utveckla sin organisation, sina ledare och medarbetare. De erbjuder bl a. försvarshögskolans kurs i Utvecklande Ledarskap och Indirekt Ledarskap.
