Creating for the Joy of It | The Majin Cast Episode 7
This week, I dive into everything I’ve been watching and working on, from Alien Earth (which kinda missed the mark for me) to catching up on My Hero Academia Season 8 and more Spy×Family. I also got into Peacemaker Season 2, and I’m honestly digging where it’s going.
I talk about building the LEGO Game Boy (which was an awesome quick build), the latest toys I picked up, including X-Men ’97’s White Queen and Jubilee, and my Wheeljack mishap at Target. Seriously, are street dates still a thing in 2025?
Then I open up about creative direction: working on new projects like Sora 2, a webcomic, short films, and shifting from constant toy reviews to doing more stop motion and fun shorts. I also touch on Fight Club being pushed to next year, a new music video project, and even getting back into Magic: The Gathering.
At 43, I’m rethinking what I want to make and why; focusing less on subpar quantity and more on creating because I enjoy it.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
