The Honor Flight Columbus Story:
Since 2006, Honor Flight Columbus has been flying our nation's senior Veterans to Washington DC to see their memorials. This experience is completely paid for by grateful Americans through the generous donations of corporations, organizations, and individuals in our communities. Our hub services 37 counties in Ohio and we want to take every eligible Veteran on their Honor Flight. Veterans who are 65 and older, served at least one day of active duty outside of basic training or boot camp, or served 20 years in the National Guard or the Reserves are eligible.
