Wow, it has been a month (day, week, year). So much has happened. So many ups and downs.
No matter what you are going through, please know that you are loved no matter what. You are fully deserving of love no matter what you are experiencing, have gone through, have thought, said or done. No matter what.
To help myself remember who I am, I wrote a poem earlier this year. I hope that that it inspires you, too, to remember your own light and love within.
The poem is called My Love is Like an Ocean.
I'm going to read it live for you here. Then, I'll go through my feeling-thought process line by line. You can add your own meaning to it as well. I would love to hear from you.
