This episode is inspired to a dear friend that recently transitioned.
When I was meditating on what to talk about today, I heard her say, “Talk about what I loved.”
And she loved the little things, from the tiniest of babies in the NICU to tiny knick-knacks, to little words of encouragement or solace.
So, this episode is dedicated her spirit and Love of the Little Things.
I'll be talking about
- the soul's journey
- our state of being
- what this has to do with our health
- and some tiny treasures
