The Neuro Dope Podcast - audio

Neuro Dope is a raw, unscripted podcast series rooted in real-time coaching, deep listening, and co-regulation—a living conversation between three individuals navigating the complexities of neurodivergence, chronic illness, grief, and healing. The podcast was born out of necessity in October 2023, when Sabe found himself searching for hope after watching his wife struggle with MS. A call to Neil—an autistic Executive coach who had lived through similar loss—sparked not just a conversation, but a transformation. Joined by co-host Katie, who brings lived experience with ADHD, Neuro Dope unfolds as a vulnerable, life-affirming dialogue that meets listeners where they are and invites them to grow. At its heart, Neuro Dope is a practice of co-regulation: the act of creating safe, supportive relational spaces where our nervous systems can settle, connect, and heal. Neil, who brings over 20 years of coaching experience and identifies as a post- materialist savant, offers insights that illuminate unseen pathways to wellness, especially for those navigating life as neurodivergent individuals. His radical presence and intuitive wisdom have transformed both Sabe and Katie’s lives—and now, through the podcast, the lives of listeners. This series is not scripted, filtered, or polished. It is peer support in motion, a testament to the power of shared vulnerability, and a demonstration of what happens when people are truly seen. With each episode, Neuro Dope delivers emotional depth, spontaneous revelations, and powerful frameworks that help listeners better understand their own nervous systems and inner light. Themes: • Co-regulation and nervous system safety • Real-time transformation through dialogue • Neurodivergence as a strength • Peer support, grief, and healing • Authentic, unscripted personal growth • Empowering language for self-understanding Whether you’re navigating your own neurodivergence, supporting a loved one, or simply curious about how deep connection can catalyze change, Neuro Dope offers a brave and luminous space to explore what it means to be truly alive—and to carry the light.
