Christy shares some valuable advice for anyone who cares for a loved one who is suffering from severe illness or injury. Her experience is as much heartbreaking as it is inspirational and that's why I believe it's so important for her to share this information with the world. Remember self care is absolutely necessary for the caregiver to be able to survive the trauma of being in that role.
