She collaborates with companies of all sizes to prevent unwanted behaviours amongst colleagues and helps People and EDI teams respond better when it does happen.

Enya specialises in challenging gender-based discrimination, sexism, and sexual misconduct. Intersectionality sits at the heart of her work. Raised in Ireland and now based in London, Enya enjoys working with organisations across the world.
