Julie Voss is an enthusiastic traveller, a Self Care practitioner, coffee drinker and sea dipper.
After a long spell of travelling in the early 90's, Julie and her husband Jack, came to Donegal where they created a home, raised their two children, built up their careers and settled into the community.
Her life took a traumatic turn in April 2020, when Jack passed away suddenly from a brain haemorrhage.
Since Jack's passing, Julie has retrained as a mindfulness, self care and relaxation practitioner, facilitating groups all over county Donegal.
She feels that facilitating these workshops benefit her just as much as they benefit the participants. They serve as a great reminder to care for ourselves.
