With his brewing partner Dan Gordon, GB was known for its commitment to German-style lagers, quality food pairings, and inviting environments. Biersch’s influence on the industry continued with the establishment of HopMonk Tavern in 2008. Today, he remains dedicated to creating Taverns, Beer Gardens and Music Venues inspired by craft beer.
