Charlotte is a wellbeing coach who helps working mums build the mental muscles of resilience. She helps them ride the waves of life with calm, peace and confidence so that they can have the career they have worked hard to build and be the mom they long to be. As a qualified coach and mum of two, she has spent close on 10 years researching and building her own resilience so that she can be focused, present and productive both in her work with her clients and in her role as mother to her children. She now teaches others to do this so that they can find joy and peace in this season while also modeling to their children this capacity to succeed and enjoy their lives to the full.
