This week I'm bringing you the wonderful Nutritionist (& OT), Luke Elvish from Future Nutrition and Health (pretty sure I say it incorrectly in my intro, sorry Luke!). In this episode we dive into Luke's personal story and where his fascination with nutrition came from. We also cover general nutrition concepts and explore how to improve your health at a metabolic level.
