Come and join the School of Speaking to learn all about how to deliver presentations, speeches and talks in a compelling, confident and charismatic way. We’ll not only learn how to best design and deliver your public speaking event, we’ll also learn about how to mentally prepare and manage any anxiety we may experience connected to public speaking. We’ll have interviews with expert speakers as well as helpful relaxation exercises you can do to help manage your nerves and anxiety.
