We have much too many wars on this planet.

You would have thought that the conflict between Israel and Palestine would have been solved by now. Instead it's getting worse by the day.

What would happen if all wars ended? That would mean diverting the funds from the war budgets to good causes, like education, research, aid to poorer countries, etc.

Wouldn't that be wonderful!

One area of research that could really benefit all of us, would be to further the development of fusion reactors. The output of a fusion reactor is hydrogen gas. Hydrogen gas can be used to fill hydrogen fuel cells.

The output of a car, that uses the technology, is pure H20 (or water). Much better than fossil-fuel based forms of transportation, isn't it

These fuel cells could be developed to the point where they could be used in transportation systems of all shapes and sizes.

Now, there are a few automobiles that use that technology, but not enough to make a dent in the degradation of our planet's environment.

We need to take this hydrogen technology to the next level, including helping to develop fusion reactor technology.
