The World is too bureaucratic, there are so many levels in organizations from schools to the government!
It takes, usually, several minutes of waiting before you can get through the people you want to reach. Whether on the telephone or even in person. Things are only getting more complicated with time.
How much is too much? We need more simplicity and more of a human touch in our lives. I remember when I called Microsoft, I immediately was able to speak with a real, live human!
Now it doesn't matter where you call, it seems like every organization has multiple levels of recordings before you can speak with a person!
The thing that really bothers me is that it keeps getting worse.
We need to put a stop to this inhumane way of dealing with people.
