are you having trouble sleeping
how's there been many nights
many months
many years
where you have not been able to properly go to sleep
stay asleep
or go to bed at a time that you wish to go to bed at
and has your sleep schedule been all over the place

I can tell you from my experience that
ever since I've been alive in this lifetime
I've always had problems sleeping
I'd always be up laying in bed for like
two hours before I could go to sleep
and I think it served me at some point

fast forward from there
from just growing up being a child to becoming an adult
and fast forward to the past five years
since I started
the intense peak of the spiritual awakening journey
I noticed
I began to have a lot of trouble going to sleep

staying asleep
waking up at random hours
random times
which weren't really random
there were a purpose but I'll get to that
and also being so frantic within my mind
thinking constantly thinking thoughts
thinking so many thoughts that were not serving me

that were keeping me off
that was keeping me from being at ease
at peace was self and able to rest
I also hit that moment where I had
I knew that I had became a totally different person
or let me rephrase I had became a totally different

after my spiritual awakening
the intense peak of it
I knew that I was becoming who I truly was
I didn't know this at the time
but this is what was happening
and in a sense I was carrying garbage around
I was carrying all this extra weight

there's like carrying weights on my back
carrying weights on my legs
and walking around like that
does anybody know what cats are a sign of
because one just appeared out of nowhere
to the left of me as I was speaking
anyway this intense peak of the spiritual awakening
journey happen
and I became aware of what I was once

not aware of what I once had
no idea of why I was living the way I was
why I was acting the way I was
why I was behaving the way I was
why I saw myself the way it was
I was and essentially everything was

breaking down before me and so when going to sleep
I was tossing I was turning
I had to watch shows
and eventually make myself so exhausted and so tired
that I eventually just passed out and went to bed
sometimes this sometimes this could be 2 3:00 4:00

5:00 6:00
7:00 8:00
9:00 and even at my worst
10 11
12 o'clock
and so I was really not grounded within my own body
within my own being within my own energy
my energy was very chaotic

and the first thing that I would recommend
if you are not sleeping well
you need to go ground yourself
it would help you immensely
if you would go ground yourself
grounding is when you connect your energy field to
the ground beneath you
that has an energy field that is connected

and is the electromagnetic field of earth
which resets your energy back to zero point energy
therefore you're grounded in your own body
your energy as grounded in your own body
you aren't flighty you aren't panicky

you aren't having tons of anxiety
you aren't having your mind your ego inflate
and go on a mindless thought pattern
when you ground yourself you reset the energy
you disrupt the energy that you are putting out

and it returns you back to zero point energy
you can do this by standing under
any tree that you feel called
to stand on to sit on the ground below it
whatever it is you wish but making contact with feet

the feet should be touching the grass
if you are allergic to grass for some reason
or that is concerning then
make sure you wear a pair
wear a pair of pants and sit on the grass
below the tree now
if you have extreme allergies

I can help you there but you can always
if you can't ground
bring the energy back into your body
but most people will be able to ground with no problems
as long as you are making contact with the ground
you will receive the electromagnetic vibration
go into your feet and go into the rest of your body

as long as you are making contact with the ground
now if you have shoes on
especially very thick shoes
it will not be very effective to just stand there
you will need to at least take the shoe off and have
and you can have your socks on
but it would be better if you didn't have the socks on

because then
your feet become a better transmitter of this energy
from earth energy
earth electromagnetic field into the rest of your body
now if you are going to sit down
it'll still work just as fine
I find that often times sitting down below a tree

often helps me ground more than standing
and I believe it's because
the base of my spine is making contact with the ground
and so in a way
the energy is more easily able to travel from my spine
to the top of my head versus if I'm just standing

there's a longer process
for it to reach the top of my head
so that's what I recommend
you breathe deeply under this tree
using one of those methods
just breathing deeply
and just letting out all of your anxiety
all of your fears
all of your concerns
just letting it go and visualizing roots coming out

of your feet that are red
going into the deepest part of Mother Earth
with each breath you just breathe into this
you just ground even deeper with
with each breath this has became second nature to me
but I
I realize this may not be second nature to everybody
so
there is a grounding meditation on here on my podcast

I've already made it I already made it near a waterfall
and it was it was very
very grounding I was sitting below a tree
that was very close to the waterfall
and you get to experience the
actual waterfall that I'm sitting next to

and the grounding experience
that I am guiding you through
if that resonates with you
I believe it will help regulate your sleep
now with anything
consistency has a more potent effect that I realize
we can't do the same thing every single day of

every single day of our lives
so
use it to your advantage when you feel it is necessary
and if you are realizing I
I can't sleep I did the grounding
I felt great I slept decently that night
and then the next day your energy is chaotic
you're out of your body you're projecting outwards

then you probably need to go ground again
you probably need to maintain some type of intuitive
knowingness of when you should do it
when your body will not rest
when your body will not go to sleep
that is probably an indication that you should ground
now another technique is that

there is a powerful frame
technique of bringing the energy back into your body
it is a meditation
Aaron Dowdy has it on his YouTube
if you're interested in that specific way that he
does it
I also have a frame meditation that I posted on here

that is different
that has many techniques applied into one
in the most simplistic way
if you are interested in that
that will help you get back into your body
and when you get back into your body
what I mean by this if you're constantly in your head

then you are projecting out thought based energy
and you're in an endless cycle
and it is causing you to not want to rest
not want to go to bed
but if you bring the energy from the mind
and distribute it to the rest of your body
and you
reset your energy
then you will be able to relax more easily

and be more at peace with yourself and more
and your own frame of energy
so those are just some recommendations
I could go on and on about the sleep recommendations
but now I'm going to tell you why
I had so many problems or so many experiences

of not being able to sleep
on this spiritual awakening journey
No. 1 is that I was transitioning
I was processing I was processing a lot
I was going through a lot
it was a very intense phase in my life
it still has been an intense process
the five the past five years

and so as I was processing
I was in my mind and my ego was amplifying my beliefs
what I was believing to be true
that was in my subconscious mind
the majority of it was not true
was not true for me was not true from my soul

and so this caused me to be unrest
the soul was unrest I was unrest
don't forget that you are the soul
you are living your soul's experience right now
don't forget that and
I would also wake up at random times during the night
or so it seemed random times during the night

these times that I would wake up
I believe would be my guides
or some entity serving the highest good
trying to get my attention to show me
hey you might wanna look at these numbers on the clock
they might actually be giving you a message

you might wanna look it up
because oftentimes
they would communicate with numbers to me
and that would be the easiest way to get my attention
because I would repeatedly see the same numbers
and eventually I would look up these numbers
because I would keep seeing them
so I would be like what does this mean

does this have any relevance
I keep seeing this pattern of numbers
what does this mean
and this was really before I even knew
anything about numbers actually having a meaning
and I'm not the expert on numbers
trust me but I would always look them up
you can look these numbers up on your phone

if you are waking up at a specific time
or if you're waking up randomly
and getting different numbers
you can look up those numbers too
and there's many people that have posted
meanings about these numbers
so just choose like when you go into Google
you put in the number just choose the link that pops up

that you feel is going to be most relevant to you
whatever sticks out whatever peaks your curiosity
that is the one that you should be listening to
the one that
I have been constantly going to her page for years now
is her name is Joanne
I can't remember her last name

but her name is Joanne
and she's very good at these numbers
she keeps it clear and simplistic
whereas
some of the other interpretation of the numbers
are not as clear and I wouldn't recommend
so use your intuition
click on the link that best you feel will serve you

and it will and you will get some type of meaning
some type of message from these numbers
if you are waking up in the middle of the night
as I was now
another reason why I was not sleeping was because
I had this sense of I should be pursuing this

I should be pursuing YouTube
I thought it was just YouTube
that I was going to pursue
and I had this intuition in the back of my mind
and every day
I would ignore it I would ignore it
because I didn't have the beliefs that would support
that I could do it
and you may have something going on in your life

that you know that you should be doing
but you are not doing it that you keep thinking about
that it's in the back of your mind
it's like this idea it's like this intuitive hit
it's like this slight vision
this slight dream
and you keep having your attention go to it
but you do nothing about it
and as the days go by and as the months go by

and as the years go by
the soul gets very unrest
hopefully
the people listening to this have not went on the path
that I went on where I tried to fight my purpose
I had tried to resist it as much as I possibly could
and it was

(15:15):
recently that I completely stopped resisting
and realized that this was my true path
and that this was what I should be doing
through applying for 20 to 30 thousand jobs
being rejected from mostly all of them
mostly never hearing back from the majority of them
from 95% of them I never heard back

and the jobs that I did take
I hated they weren't serving me
I own well they
were serving me to show me that this was not my path
that this was not what my soul wanted
but I did that over the past five years
resisted when you resist yourself

when you resist what you feel called to do
what you desire to do
when you put it on the back burner and it becomes days
months years years
years this creates a chaotic energy within you
I know this story all too well
and I know it happens for many people
because many people don't
even try to pursue their dreams

they don't even try and it's because we have to do
the inner work that will allow us to be the person
to pursue our path and pursue our purpose
and this could be one of the reasons why
your soul is not at rest not at peace to sleep
you aren't relaxed you're in your mind

you're in your mind thinking so much
and you're not feeling what you should be feeling
you're not in your heart space
allowing yourself to receive the idea
the intuitive hit this vision
this dream that you desire
that you wish to pursue this goal
whatever you want to label it as

you're in the mind
and you are trapped in a cycle of subconscious beliefs
and you are unrest
and this can cause you not to sleep
the next thing will be
whatever you are resisting within yourself
it persists if there is something you don't
accept about yourself

you will see that reflected within your sleep
if you choose to not be yourself
once you are awake on the spiritual awakening journey
if you choose that path you're only lying to yourself
because you can't go back to sleep
once you're awake on this spiritual awakening journey
once you're awake you're awake
you can't go back to being asleep
when you try to go back to sleep

and forget everything that you may have noticed
it doesn't work does it
because you can't do it because you're not meant to
you can try to follow all your same habits
all of your same patterns
you can not do any work on yourself
you can do all those things
but it won't it won't change
the fact that you have undiscovered truth

that can't be unseen can't be unheard
can't be unknown and so
I feel like a lot of people that are
having problems sleeping
are not accepting something about themselves
they are rejecting themselves
or they aren't doing the inner work to shift out
of their subconscious mind

into the person that they wish to be
now I'll tell you
a few things that have helped me go to sleep
I'll continue on this
because I've had a lot of problems with it
and I'll get to the point where
I tell you the thing that helped the most
but you can put essential oils on

(18:49):
you can get some lavender lotion and put it on
you can get some lavender and chamomile tea
you drink teas
you can use an herbal remedy of some type
that will allow you to go to sleep faster
you can put it under your tongue
you can get the liquid form of

(19:11):
honorable remedy to put you to sleep
you can clean and clear your room
just clean it up clean in there
it prep
it sets the stage for preparation to be in the space
to have a higher vibrating space when you clean it
just doing a simple cleaning or if you wish

(19:33):
and more thorough cleaning of the drawers
under the bed the space
whatever you feel called to
but what actually worked the most
was accepting who I was and allowing myself to be it
because you can say that you accept yourself
but but if you don't allow yourself to be it

(19:55):
then you don't accept yourself
we have to at least
be willing to try to accept ourselves
to accept all the pieces of ourselves unconditionally
no matter if we like it or not
simply giving ourselves the unconditional acceptance
the unconditional love that we already are

(20:19):
and giving it to ourselves
and once you do that
once you allow yourself to become who you are
and not wearing masks of identity
masks of personality
not wearing the subconscious beliefs of your childhood
or of your caretakers or of society

(20:40):
but simply allowing yourself to be who you are
with an upgraded version of your subconscious beliefs
your perspectives
your definitions and how you label things
how you identify with yourself
your self image
when you allow yourself to start making even one change
when you accept even one thing about yourself

(21:04):
you will realize that
you will start becoming more and more of yourself
each day
and finally after I decided I was going to be who I was
I wasn't going to
continue down a path that I had already been on
that only caused pain and suffering
but I was truly just gonna be who I was

when I finally accepted that
when things finally started to sink in
by me doing this podcast by me
actually putting effort in the direction that I wish
to express
my effort
that is when I started easily falling asleep
easily going to bed whenever I choose

and waking up early
early as in like 6 5
6 7
8 9
a m
compared to waking up in the evening hours of 6 and 7 p
m which is when I felt the worst
this is when I was resisting myself the most

and so I know these patterns of sleep all too well
there's many techniques you can use
but grounding I feel is the best
accepting parts of yourself
I feel is the best
allowing yourself to be who you are
I feel is the best it's what's worked for me the most

(22:33):
because these
decent these essential oils
and lotions that calm your nervous system
they help right
but
if you don't take care of the deeper problem within you
you're still gonna have the problem
it's just that the essential oils
and the lotions are going to help you

(22:54):
to help relieve some of that
but if you relieve
the feeling or emotion
that is causing you to be unrest within yourself
if you release that if you let it go
then you completely eliminate the problem
and if you wish to use your essential oils

it'll be because you want to use them
because it's what aligns with you
what it's what resonates with you
not because it's the end all be all to your sleep
because it isn't
there's also meditating before sleeping
there's also doing breathing techniques
there's also also doing yoga
all these things help you know

(23:37):
there's so many techniques for sleep out
so many people have problems with this
but what I have found like I said
was finally accepting who I was
and then
noticing that I had no problems going to sleep
now I will say as of later on the full moon
that I have been working through things

(24:00):
and staying up later
but that this has been by my choice
and not because I felt like I didn't have a choice
because my mind was racing
and I was so unease and unrest within the body
but again I'll wrap this up by saying
you can ground yourself under a tree
I'll leave the meditation below

you can use essential oils
lavender chamomile
whatever
you can use a tea lavender
chamomile tea
whatever tea you want
you can clear your space in your room
you can clean out the space and get rid of stuff
and organize things if you wish
you can use a herbal of

you can use an herbal formula off of Amazon if you wish
that helps you go to sleep
I believe I use chamomile
something I can't remember
it's been so long
but what will help you the most is to accept yourself
and not resist yourself therefore

the soul will be willing to relax
and your soul will not be frantic
trying to get your attention to do something
you will simply be able to relax
and this is my experience with sleep
