In Christ, your worth is already established by God, not by people or achievements. You are intentionally designed, complete, and equipped for your purpose. You lack nothing and don’t need to prove yourself to anyone. Walking in this truth brings confidence, peace, and freedom to thrive.
Declaring “I am prosperous in Christ” means acknowledging that true prosperity flows from our union with Him. It is not limited to wealth or material gain but encompasses peace, joy, and spiritual abundance. Prosperity in Christ means that our needs are supplied according to His riches in glory, and we lack no good thing. It includes fruitfulness in our work, growth in our purpose, and flourishing in every season.
This prosperity t...
Declaring “I am healed and made whole” means embracing the finished work of Jesus on the cross, where His stripes secured our healing. It is not just freedom from sickness but a full restoration of strength, vitality, and peace. Wholeness speaks of nothing missing and nothing broken—our bodies, minds, and spirits fully aligned with God’s design. It covers physical health, emotional wounds, and mental struggles, bringing renewal in ...
Declaring “I am protected” means God Himself is our shield and refuge. No weapon, harm, or evil can overcome us or our household. It covers our children, spouse, and every aspect of our lives. We walk confidently, knowing His angels guard us in all our ways.
Declaring God’s Word is agreeing with His promises over our lives. It means speaking life, blessing, healing, and favor into reality. We affirm God’s truth for ourselves, our children, and our spouse. These declarations activate faith and establish God’s will in our homes.
Abel’s blood cried out for vengeance, but the blood of Jesus cries out for mercy, healing, and restoration. This means His blood has authority over any sickness in your blood.Where sickness tries to steal life, the divine life of Christ restores and sustains it. His life-force is greater than disease.
Healing from cancer is possible because God is the ultimate healer -Exodus 15:26 and Jesus already carried our sicknesses on the cross -by His stripes we are healed Isaiah 53:5. As we stand in faith and prayer, we trust His promise that the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up James 5:15. We hold to His Word, for He sent His word and healed them Psalm 107:20, making cancer not the final word, but a te...
Lord Jesus, thank You for bearing my pain on the cross. I command every ache, stiffness, and inflammation to leave my body now. By Your stripes I am healed, and my joints, bones, and muscles are restored. I walk in freedom, strength, and wholeness, in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
God’s Word is life to me and health to every part of my body. It strengthens my bones, renews my strength, and restores my vitality. Every cell and organ responds to the power of His spoken Word. I live in divine health because His Word is my daily medicine.
When Isaiah wrote this prophecy hundreds of years before Jesus came, he was speaking of the Messiah’s suffering. “Stripes” refers to the bloody wounds Jesus received when He was beaten with a whip before His crucifixion (Matthew 27:26). The lashes tore His skin and in God’s plan, those wounds became the price for our healing.
You are made whole when Jesus restores every broken part of you - spirit, soul, and body. Wholeness means you’re no longer defined by past wounds, failures, or shame, but by His healing love and truth. It’s not just about feeling better; it’s about being complete in Him, lacking nothing. In Christ, you are fully seen, fully loved, and fully restored.
Break free from the fear of visibility—because hiding won't protect you, it only delays purpose. God didn’t light your lamp for it to stay under a basket (Matthew 5:14–16); He lit it so it could shine, so others could see and glorify Him. The fear of being seen, judged, or misunderstood is often the enemy's attempt to keep your voice silent and your impact limited. But when God called you, He factored in your imperfections and stil...
Stop minimizing your gift—because what God placed inside you wasn’t meant to be hidden, silenced, or dimmed to make others comfortable. Your gift is an answer to someone’s cry, a solution to someone’s struggle, and a light in someone’s darkness. When you downplay it, you’re not being humble—you’re withholding glory that rightfully belongs to God. “Do not neglect the gift that is in you…” (1 Timothy 4:14). He entrusted it to you bec...
When God says "move," He is not merely instructing you to change your physical location or switch assignments, but rather calling you to step out in faithful obedience—often into unfamiliar or uncomfortable territory—where your trust in Him is tested and your character is refined, because in that movement lies the unfolding of His greater purpose for your life, the unlocking of divine provision and protection, and the alignment of ...
When God says Wait, it’s not a denial- it’s divine preparation. He’s aligning people, places, and timing for your good and His glory. Waiting builds trust, deepens faith, and stretches your capacity to receive. What feels like delay is often protection and positioning for something greater.
Your why fuels your passion when the how feels uncertain. A clear purpose gives direction, even when the path shifts. When you know why you're doing it, you'll find a way to make it happen. The why gives meaning; the how will follow with persistence and faith.
You are an answer to a problem—designed with purpose and intention. There’s a need in the world that only your voice, gift, or presence can fill. Your existence is not random; you're a solution waiting to be activated. Own your value—someone’s breakthrough is tied to your obedience.
Clarity often comes with movement—not waiting, but doing. As you take steps forward, the path becomes clearer with each action. Staying still breeds confusion, but progress sharpens perspective. You don’t need all the answers to start—just the courage to move.
Starting small allows you to build momentum without being overwhelmed. It creates space for learning, growth, and refining your vision over time. Small beginnings develop discipline, patience, and consistency. What seems little today can grow into something powerful and lasting.
Your identity in Christ anchors you in truth, not performance. When you know who you are, you stop chasing approval and start walking in purpose. Clarity about your identity unlocks boldness to pursue your calling. Your God-given potential flows from the confidence of knowing whose you are.

The Burden is a documentary series that takes listeners into the hidden places where justice is done (and undone). It dives deep into the lives of heroes and villains. And it focuses a spotlight on those who triumph even when the odds are against them. Season 5 - The Burden: Death & Deceit in Alliance On April Fools Day 1999, 26-year-old Yvonne Layne was found murdered in her Alliance, Ohio home. David Thorne, her ex-boyfriend and father of one of her children, was instantly a suspect. Another young man admitted to the murder, and David breathed a sigh of relief, until the confessed murderer fingered David; “He paid me to do it.” David was sentenced to life without parole. Two decades later, Pulitzer winner and podcast host, Maggie Freleng (Bone Valley Season 3: Graves County, Wrongful Conviction, Suave) launched a “live” investigation into David's conviction alongside Jason Baldwin (himself wrongfully convicted as a member of the West Memphis Three). Maggie had come to believe that the entire investigation of David was botched by the tiny local police department, or worse, covered up the real killer. Was Maggie correct? Was David’s claim of innocence credible? In Death and Deceit in Alliance, Maggie recounts the case that launched her career, and ultimately, “broke” her.” The results will shock the listener and reduce Maggie to tears and self-doubt. This is not your typical wrongful conviction story. In fact, it turns the genre on its head. It asks the question: What if our champions are foolish? Season 4 - The Burden: Get the Money and Run “Trying to murder my father, this was the thing that put me on the path.” That’s Joe Loya and that path was bank robbery. Bank, bank, bank, bank, bank. In season 4 of The Burden: Get the Money and Run, we hear from Joe who was once the most prolific bank robber in Southern California, and beyond. He used disguises, body doubles, proxies. He leaped over counters, grabbed the money and ran. Even as the FBI was closing in. It was a showdown between a daring bank robber, and a patient FBI agent. Joe was no ordinary bank robber. He was bright, articulate, charismatic, and driven by a dark rage that he summoned up at will. In seven episodes, Joe tells all: the what, the how… and the why. Including why he tried to murder his father. Season 3 - The Burden: Avenger Miriam Lewin is one of Argentina’s leading journalists today. At 19 years old, she was kidnapped off the streets of Buenos Aires for her political activism and thrown into a concentration camp. Thousands of her fellow inmates were executed, tossed alive from a cargo plane into the ocean. Miriam, along with a handful of others, will survive the camp. Then as a journalist, she will wage a decades long campaign to bring her tormentors to justice. Avenger is about one woman’s triumphant battle against unbelievable odds to survive torture, claim justice for the crimes done against her and others like her, and change the future of her country. Season 2 - The Burden: Empire on Blood Empire on Blood is set in the Bronx, NY, in the early 90s, when two young drug dealers ruled an intersection known as “The Corner on Blood.” The boss, Calvin Buari, lived large. He and a protege swore they would build an empire on blood. Then the relationship frayed and the protege accused Calvin of a double homicide which he claimed he didn’t do. But did he? Award-winning journalist Steve Fishman spent seven years to answer that question. This is the story of one man’s last chance to overturn his life sentence. He may prevail, but someone’s gotta pay. The Burden: Empire on Blood is the director’s cut of the true crime classic which reached #1 on the charts when it was first released half a dozen years ago. Season 1 - The Burden In the 1990s, Detective Louis N. Scarcella was legendary. In a city overrun by violent crime, he cracked the toughest cases and put away the worst criminals. “The Hulk” was his nickname. Then the story changed. Scarcella ran into a group of convicted murderers who all say they are innocent. They turned themselves into jailhouse-lawyers and in prison founded a lway firm. When they realized Scarcella helped put many of them away, they set their sights on taking him down. And with the help of a NY Times reporter they have a chance. For years, Scarcella insisted he did nothing wrong. But that’s all he’d say. Until we tracked Scarcella to a sauna in a Russian bathhouse, where he started to talk..and talk and talk. “The guilty have gone free,” he whispered. And then agreed to take us into the belly of the beast. Welcome to The Burden.
