10. A Year Of Faith: Lessons In Boundaries, Discernment, And Divine Union

This episode blends psychology, spirituality and faith as we unravel the imprint of narcissism that lives in the collective shadow of humanity along with narcissistic traits that we may carry individually. 

As we return to inner alignment, we stop trying to outsource for love and validation. We find a sense of approval from deep within. Once we start shifting back to inner alignment, some of those imbalanced relationships and unhealthy patterns start to come undone so healthier relationships and ways of being can emerge.

The collective has been moving through a period of releasing the weight of these burdens that we no longer need to carry so that we can unmask the light that has been hidden underneath.

This is a time of upgrading all the relationships in our lives to healthier, conscious relationships that bring more harmony, beauty and balance to our lives. The shift starts within through wholeness or what can also be known as divine union, which includes a balanced, harmonious flow of the sacred feminine and sacred masculine energies within us.
