Joyce and Hopper find and revive Will in the Upside Down. Mike, Eleven, Dustin, and Lucas are cornered at the school by Dr. Brenner’s people until Eleven takes out several agents. Jonathan and Nancy set the Demogorgon on fire after Steve knocks it into a bear trap. The Demogorgon is then lured into the school where Eleven is able to destroy it but also vanishes in the process. Finally, we learn that one month into the future, Will continues to experience glimpses into the Upside Down and is coughing up pieces of the creature that possessed him.
