6.6% - Numbers Mean Something

No Kings

If 6.6% represents the number of people who attended and voted Democrat in 2024. It shows a very small footprint of people who cared enough to participate in the events of last weekend. If you include Republicans who might have participated, that number drops to 3.3% (half) combined of people dissatisfied with the Trump administration. Numbers mean something and even if you triple those numbers to include those who couldn't make it, voted by mail or just didn't care. The No Kings Protest was a complete failure.

Los Angeles: 200,000 = 8.2%

Philadelphia: 100,000 = 2.9%

Seattle: 70,000 = 8.4%

New York City: 50,000 = 2.1%

Maher and Penn

HBO host Bill Maher accused actor Sean Penn of being a hypocrite this week after the actor slammed the comedian’s meeting with President Donald Trump. During the latest episode of Maher’s "Club Random" podcast, the comedian and political commentator called out Penn’s meetings with world dictators when the actor pointed out that he wouldn’t have gone to dinner with Trump like Maher had. "Really, you meet with f---ing Castro and Hugo Chavez, but not the President of the United States?" Maher asked
