Therapists, especially those in solo spaces, often lack the opportunity to engage in a collaborative space where we can be real and talk about what it’s like to be a therapist, our frustrations, fears, accomplishments, and those ”ah ha” moments. This podcast will be a fun, interactive, and a safe space for therapists to share their day-to-day experiences, collaborate with other professionals, and provide helpful tips to our listeners who may be considering finding a therapist to help them through their own journeys. This podcast is produced by the Tampa Bay Area Counseling Group and hosted by Lianna Malawski and Holly Gardner.
In part 2 of our Holiday season segment, Holly and I discuss what self-care is and what it can look like, how to create boundaries and hold firm on them during the holiday season and how to find a therapist during these busy times!
