Therapists, especially those in solo spaces, often lack the opportunity to engage in a collaborative space where we can be real and talk about what it’s like to be a therapist, our frustrations, fears, accomplishments, and those ”ah ha” moments. This podcast will be a fun, interactive, and a safe space for therapists to share their day-to-day experiences, collaborate with other professionals, and provide helpful tips to our listeners who may be considering finding a therapist to help them through their own journeys. This podcast is produced by the Tampa Bay Area Counseling Group and hosted by Lianna Malawski and Holly Gardner.
In part 2 of our Holiday season segment, Holly and I discuss what self-care is and what it can look like, how to create boundaries and hold firm on them during the holiday season and how to find a therapist during these busy times!
In Holiday Season part 1, Holly and I talk about what it's like to cope through the holidays, how to handle various family dynamics and providing tips on how to control the controllables in our lives. We hope you enjoy!
PS: Check out part 2 for the rest of our thoughts on self-care, boundary setting and finding a therapist during this time!
Welcome to our podcast! In this episode myself and my co-host Holly speak on what our podcast, Therapy After The Hour, will be about, how we hope to utilize this platform and introduce ourselves to you! We hope you enjoy and cannot wait to release our first episode in December.
