aware of being seated
here and just looking
around and perhaps
noticing the room around
you, around the screen,
just becoming conscious

can enter the liminal
space to do that.
It's often easier to
close your eyes or to
lower your gaze, but
you don't have to, you
can keep your eyes open.

choose to do it.

sacred grove.
Gradually your awareness
of the four walls around
you begins to fade.
The ceiling above you
begins to fade as you
become aware of the
sky above you, and your
awareness of the floor

beneath you fades away as
you become aware of being
seated on the grass in a
clearing in the forest.
Trees around you,
the trees rooted
deep in the soil,
feeling grounded and
connected to the earth.

You sense all the
creatures in the
earth, all the
life in the earth,
and you focus on your
breath, breathing
in deeply, holding
for a moment, and
then breathing out
fully and deeply.
And you do that
one more time,

and then let's do
that for a third time,
breathing in fully
and deeply, holding,
and breathing out
fully and deeply.
And just sense your whole
body now in relation
to the sacred grove.
So you can sense your
body Awareness, the field

of awareness that is your
body with the various
sensory inputs coming in
that tells you you're,
you're in your body,
you're sitting here.
And then at the same
time, sensing how your
consciousness can also
embrace and awareness
of being seated in

a forest clearing.
And notice the
relationship between
your awareness of
your consciousness
in your body
and then your awareness
in your consciousness
of the clearing, the
(02:52):
forest clearing and
the trees around you.
See if you can
distinguish
the difference.

And then as you tune
into your breath, just
allow your sense of the
boundaries between those
two levels of awareness.
to fade.
So you really deepen
your experience of being
in the sacred grove.

You feel the energy of
the earth flowing up into
you, the energy of the
earth flowing into your
body, bringing a sense
of stability and healing.
Then you become aware
of the trees around
you and you sense
their protection and

their power, their
healing, their strength.
And then
you breathe in the
energy of the sky
and the energy of the
sky flows into you,
bringing you vitality.
The energy of the sky

meets the energy of
the earth within the
center of your being.
And as you open your

inner eyes, you can see
these crocuses, crocuses
that are starting to
appear blooming with a
beautiful purple mauve
and white leaves, petals,
I should say petals.

And you sense this
Energy of transformation
is springtime energy
coming out of the land,
appearing all around you.
And even though it might
feel cool and fresh,
you can feel the life
stirring in the trees.

And as you feel connected
to this sacred clearing
in the woods, imagine
placing your hands on
the ground with the
crocuses growing around,
and you can feel the
energy of the earth
flowing up through the
palms of your hands.
Up your arms
to your heart,
(05:53):
and you can feel how
some of this springtime
energy, this energy of
transformation and of
growth and a freshness is
flowing into your being.
And you know that you
only need a little of
this energy, just a
taste, just a sense of
(06:14):
it, knowing that with
this sense of it, you can
nurture it and cultivate
it within your being.
And as you do this, you
allow your awareness.
of your body, your
consciousness in your
body to become strong.

Gradually the awareness
of the sacred grove
gently begins to fade
as you bring your
hands up to your chest.
You might want to do that
physically or just in
your imagination, but you
sense your hands on your
heart and your chest.
May my heart be blessed.
May all our
hearts be blessed.

And gradually you
become aware of being
seated in front of
your screen, fully
present here and now.
And when you feel ready,
you open your eyes.
