Kerry talks about her approach to trauma, imposter syndrome, integrating holistic practices of yoga & tantra for trauma healing, the challenges & rewards in working with trauma and broader implications and future direction of integrating more holistic approaches.

Kerry is a seasoned mental health social worker with a specialization in sexual assault. She has over five years of dedicated experience in the field of family and domestic violence/sexual assault including working with police in the domestic violence team. She is has been instrumental in developing school programs to address consent, pornography coercive control and healthy relationships and she has worked in the broader mental health sector for over 12 years. She has also travelled around the world and been taught by gurus and has used that experience for the last 15 years teaching yoga and mindfulness with a focus on trauma and embodiment.
