(02:52):
So as you sit in your safe, comfortable spot, a spot free
from interruption, a spot whereyou can relax deeply and just
allow yourself to kind of drift, and I wonder if it might be

(03:17):
comfortable to look up at a spoton the ceiling, high up on the
ceiling, almost as if you'relooking through your eyebrows at
the spot.
Just hold that gaze for a while, as you listen to my voice,
allowing yourself to relax, deeply relax, knowing that

(03:45):
you're safe.
And as you take a deep breathin, just allow that air to fill
your lungs and allow your chestto expand.
And just imagine that withevery in-breath you're expanding

(04:05):
those lungs to create space, space for love, compassion,
caring for yourself, space forhealing.
And then, with each in breath, just allow yourself to fill your
lungs with the knowledge thatyou are enough, that you are

(04:35):
okay, that you are safe.
And with every exhale, justallow those negative feelings,
tension in your body, just allowthat to exhale with that breath
as you follow it all the waydown your body, keeping those
eyes up in that fixed position, just allowing that breath to

(04:57):
drift down your chest, acrossyour stomach, across your knees,
all the way down to your toesand beyond.
And you soon may notice that itmight be difficult to keep

(05:17):
those eyes open.
You might notice a flutteringin your eyelids, you might not,
and that's okay.
It's just your body slippinginto trance and slowly going
deeper as you hold that fixedgaze.
I wonder if it might just bemore comfortable to allow those

(05:41):
eyelids to slowly close witheach breath in, to allow those
eyelids to slowly close Witheach breath in, filling those
lungs with love and self-respectand each breath out, pulling
those eyelids closer and closerto being shut.
That's right, and if you've notdone so already, just go ahead

(06:10):
and close those eyes and allowthem to relax, holding that
fixed gaze, with your eyesclosed, feeling the surge of
self-love and self-respect inyour body as you relax and go
deeper, following your breathdown your body as it drifts,

(06:36):
following your breath down yourbody as it drifts, slowly
dropping, slowly drifting Deeperand deeper.
Take a deep breath in, slowlyexhale that's right Again,

(07:03):
breathing in calm and breathingout any tension.
With each breath, allowyourself to relax deeper and
deeper, feel your body sinkinginto comfort as your muscles
loosen and your mind becomesquiet, and feel a sense of peace

(07:32):
begin to flow through you.
Any sounds or distractionsaround you just cause you to
relax even deeper, even deeper.
That's right now.
Gently allow your chin to dropforward a bit, as if you're

(07:52):
looking down a flight of stairsor out a window.
Just drop your chin a little togive you that same feeling as
if you're looking down a flightof stairs or out a window at a
beautiful garden, and justimagine a soothing light

(08:14):
surrounding you.
This light is soft, comfortingand filled with love.
Let it gently wrap around you, cradling you in warmth and

(08:37):
safety.
As you breathe, this lightbegins to flow inward, filling
you with calm, serenity and deeprelaxation.
That's right.
Just allow yourself to drift, and with each word I say with

(09:17):
every breath you take, you driftdeeper into a peaceful, restful
state.
Imagine yourself walking down abeautiful, winding path.
Every step you take, you feellighter, freer, more at peace.

(09:45):
That's right.
As you move forward, you comeacross a safe, sacred space,

(10:05):
your sanctuary, a place filledwith warmth, comfort, able to go
deeper and an overwhelmingsense of love.
This space belongs to you andyou are completely at ease here

(10:41):
and just allow yourself tosettle.
Now Allow yourself to continueto drift even deeper.
That's right.
Even further into deep, deeprelaxation.

(11:11):
That's right.
Even deeper, just drift, justsink even deeper, that's right.
Allow yourself to settle now, each breath, allowing your body

(11:36):
to melt deeper into your chairor bed or wherever you're lying
down or sitting.
And in this place of deeprelaxation you begin to notice a

(12:00):
gentle presence.
It is you, your truest self, standing before you.
This version of you radiateslove, acceptance and kindness.

(12:23):
You look into your own eyes andhear these words as you repeat
them back to you in your mind Iam enough, I am worthy of love,

(12:45):
I am whole, just as I am.
Let these words sink into everypart of you, feeling them as
truth.
Imagine wrapping yourself inyour own embrace, holding

(13:06):
yourself with kindness and love, just like you have always
deserved.
Now, as you stand here, yourelease any doubts, any past
beliefs that told you otherwise.

(13:26):
You let go of self-judgmentthat's right, letting it
dissolve into warm light aroundyou.
That's right.
And just allow yourself tosettle even deeper now.

(13:51):
And I wonder if you couldimagine a tattered, worn brown
leather bag.
It doesn't matter how big thebag is, it can hold a lot.

(14:18):
And then just imagineunbuckling the strap on that bag
and opening it up, lookinginside to find that it is empty.
And I wonder if you could justtake any beliefs about yourself

(14:49):
maybe that you're not worthy, perhaps that you're not worthy,
perhaps that you're not enoughAny negative thoughts of
yourself, any criticalstatements of yourself, any

(15:17):
suffering or pain.
Just take those things and putthem in that bag.
Imagine, as you're doing this, that you realize that you're
sitting in an airport.

(15:43):
You can hear the hustle andbustle of people moving to and
fro going from their gates or totheir gates.
And, unlike you may haveexperienced in the past this
place, this airport, it's verypeaceful, because you know

(16:07):
something is about to change.
As you continue to put all ofthose items in your bag, each
item you put in your bag takes alittle weight off your
shoulders.
Each item you place in the bagjust makes you go deeper become

(16:42):
more and more relaxed.
And I wonder if, as you stand, you might pick that bag up and
you notice the weight that bagis heavy now, because that bag
is containing the weight thatyou've been carrying all this

(17:04):
time.
It's a heavy bag.
In fact.
I wonder if you may notice thatit's Easier just to set that
bag down on the chair as youstand up, because it's just so

(17:28):
heavy, and just let it restthere as you pick up a magazine
or read a book, somethingrelaxing as you wait for your
flight, knowing that all ofthose things that have been

(18:04):
holding you back is inside thatbag, the bag strapped shut
securely.
And then I wonder if you mightimagine your flight number being

(18:24):
called.
So you stand up and walk towardthe gate.
And you walk up to the gate, show them your boarding pass and

(18:45):
you walk through the door, downthe causeway towards your plane
, hearing the echo of your stepsas you walk down the hallway,
knowing that you're goingsomewhere wonderful, somewhere
peaceful, somewhere where you'refree to love yourself,

(19:13):
somewhere where you're enough,somewhere where you're worthy.
And as you step through thedoor of the plane, just notice
the flight attendant therewelcoming you, smiling,

(19:35):
directing you toward your seat, and as you sit down on your seat
, you feel a gentle warmth ofcomfort wash over you, knowing

(19:58):
that you're going to be takingoff soon and going somewhere
just wonderful, just so peacefuland so full of love for
yourself.
And as you sit in that verycomfortable seat waiting for the

(20:19):
plane to take off, the flightattendant comes by and hands you
a pillow and a blanket so thatyou can rest on your way to this
wonderful place.
As you sit peacefully duringyour journey.

(20:45):
And then I wonder if you mightimagine that plane taxiing to
the runway, feeling the weightshift as it moves and then,
while sitting in your seat, sitting in your seat, resting,

(21:11):
relaxing, heading toward awonderful location.
Maybe it's a beach, maybe it'shome to see family, wherever it
is.
Just imagine that space, imagine your excitement as that

(21:40):
plane begins to move and feelyour weight shift back in your
seat and your back pressedagainst, shift back in your seat
and your back pressed againstthe back of the seat as the
plane accelerates down therunway faster and faster.
And as the plane lifts off therunway, feel yourself sinking

(22:06):
into your seat deeper and deeper, your weight being pulled into
the seat as the plane leaves theground and climbs high into the
sky and just imagine thatfeeling of weightlessness that

(22:31):
you feel once the plane hasreached its altitude and as it's
cruising along at 30,000 feettoward that wonderful
destination and as that planearrives at your.

(23:34):
The plane beginsis to your gateand you stand up to leave the
plane.
Just imagine yourself walkingdown the aisle of that plane
toward the door and leaving thatplane to walk up the causeway

(23:56):
and through the gate all the wayout of the airport and to your
final destination, that place ofpeace, that place of safety,
that place where you're free tofeel love for yourself.
And as you're relaxing in yourspace, just realize that you're

(24:23):
no longer carrying that brownleather bag it's still left at
the original airport, sitting onthat seat, and then notice how
this doesn't cause you anyanxiety, it doesn't cause you
any discomfort, but in factyou're no longer carrying that

(24:45):
weight.
You're free to move forward, you're free to love yourself,

(25:26):
you're free to be worthy, you'refree to be loved, you're free
to care for yourself, you'refree of anxiety, of negative
self-talk.
And in your mind you repeatthese words to yourself.

(26:26):
And in your mind you repeatthese words to yourself I am
enough, I always have beenenough and I always will be

(26:49):
enough.
And now, if you are listening tothis recording, before drifting
off to sleep, just allowyourself to drift even deeper
now and become even more relaxedas you sink deeper into a sleep

(27:11):
that is so rejuvenating, sowonderful, so relaxing, so
beautiful, so healing.
It's so beautiful, so healing.
And as you drift off to sleep, just ignore sleep.

(28:03):
Then just simply breathe deeplyand slowly and with each breath
, begin to return to fullawareness, bringing with you
this sense of love, this deepacceptance of yourself.

(28:24):
And, as I count from one tofive, you'll gradually come back
feeling refreshed, empoweredand filled with love.
One, beginning to feel moreaware of your surroundings,

(28:47):
knowing that you are enough.
Two, feeling energy, slowlyreturning to your body, knowing
that you are worthy.
Three, becoming fully present, carrying this love with you.

(29:11):
Four, feeling awake, refreshedand at peace.
Five eyes open, fully present, ready to embrace yourself with
love and kindness.
Now take a moment and feel thewarmth in your heart.

(29:35):
You are loved, you are enoughand you always have been.
