In this esoteric deep dive, I'm joined by Lois Macaulay, a lifelong practitioner and teacher of eurythmy, the sacred movement art of Rudolf Steiner's Anthroposophy. She currently teaches eurythmy at Rudolf Steiner College Canada, helping train the next generation of Waldorf educators.
Lois began her journey in 1978 at the Spring Valley training school, continuing in Nuremberg and performing professionally under the legendary Margarete Proskauer, where she also worked on costuming and lighting design.
In addition to teaching, Lois lectures and leads study groups exploring the spiritual science of Anthroposophy in Toronto. Her Atlantis series with Grant Davis captivated listeners last year—and her upcoming series on Lemuria promises to go even deeper into humanity’s forgotten origins.
