Fauzia Naqui, a passionate Counselling Psychologist & Psychotherapist, with over 12 years of experience. She has worked across hospitals, the corporate world, and private practice. With more than 4700 hours of supervised clinical work, she’s helped people from all walks of life navigate challenges like stress, grief, addiction, workplace pressure, and relationship issues.
What makes her approach truly special is how eclectic and client-centered it is. She’s trauma-informed, DBT-informed, and draws from Rogerian and Narrative therapy—with a strong focus on helping people find their own strength and voice. She’s deeply sensitive to different cultures and backgrounds, and her curiosity about the human experience shines through in her work.
Academically, she holds a postgraduate degree in Counselling Psychology from TISS and another Master’s in Human Resource Management and Development from the University of Allahabad. She’s also certified in Addiction Management and Community Mental Health from NIMHANS.
She’s fluent in Hindi, Urdu, and English, and can read and understand Gujarati—a true connector across communities. Whether she’s counselling, conducting psychometric assessments, or leading workshops and webinars, her goal is simple: to make mental health care more accessible, thoughtful, and empowering.
