Welcome back!
I’m so glad you’re here. In this episode, I want to talk about starting over—and not in the big, dramatic sense we usually imagine. I’m talking about starting right where you are, with what you have, and with who you are today.
I’ve had to do this in my own life more than once. There were seasons where I felt stuck, where the life I was living didn’t line up with who I was becoming. And it would have been easy to wait for the “perfect” time, or tell myself I needed a big move, or all the answers, before I could start again. But the truth is—you don’t need everything mapped out. You don’t need to burn it all down to begin again.
For me, starting over has been about making small but powerful shifts: letting go of old stories, releasing the “shoulds” that kept me boxed in, and asking myself, what do I really want moving forward? That question alone has opened up space for change.
And maybe you’re in that place too—where life feels like it’s nudging you to reset, to reimagine, or to give yourself permission to begin again. This episode is an invitation to see that starting over doesn’t have to be scary. It can actually be empowering, freeing, and the very first step toward the life you’ve been dreaming of. Let's GO!
