UXは、サービス・製造業であれば理解はほぼ必須の概念ですが、最近ではUIと結びつけられて語られることが多く、不正確な解釈・本質的でない説明されているのがほとんどです。日本にはまだまだUXの本質を真に理解して説明してくれるチャンネル・教材が非常に少ないように感じたので、手垢のついたトピックですが、カバーすることにしました。 シリコンバレーデザイナーはUX=Webデザインだと思われていた頃から、２０年〜３０年ほどUXに対する無理解と戦ってきました。なので、仲間内でも相当議論されてきた解釈でもあります。 そんな長年の戦いの果てに行き着いた一つのわかりやすい解説。
