If your confidence is tied to external approval, you'll never feel steady. Knowing your inner compass and knowing your identity as a person and as an actor is the foundation.
Confidence is not loud, but the kind you build quietly through preparation, bold choices and showing up even when you doubt yourself.
Confidence cannot be faked. How you can identity nerves as being actual fuel and "not booking" doesn't mean you're not good enough. It means that there is more to explore.
