Raised in a Christian environment, Estelle always felt a connection with the Lord. However, her path was not without obstacles. She bravely recounts the psychological and emotional struggles she faced due to the abuse from her alcoholic stepfather and the challenges of seeking help.
Throughout the episode, Estelle details her battles with PTSD and the various therapies and spiritual practices she explored. Her story takes a hopeful turn when she rediscovers her faith, finding solace and healing through prayer, scripture, and support from her church community.
