Den 25 januari går jag offline under en längre period för att fokusera på min inre utveckling genom yoga och meditation. Visdomsjakten kommer därför ha ett kortare uppehåll, till i slutet på april.
Att avskärma sig från omvärlden för att djupdyka i sig själv är något som förekommit i lång tid hos flera urfolk och religioner. Indianernas Vision Quests och australiensiska aboriginernas Walkabouts - en eller flera perioder i ens liv då man tar en paus från yttre påverkningar, för att bättre kunna se både bakåt och framåt, och för att kunna vila i sig själv och väcka sina inre resurser.
Zen-kloster i Japan, buddistiska kloster i Thailand och indiska ashram söker sig människor till för att få träning - som varar i flera månader och ibland år. De gör det för att skapa ett fundament för sin utveckling i livet och för att bevara en andlig förankring - till sig själva och till de värden som säkrar en verklig livskvalitet.
Jag går alltså i ide nu kan man säga, från 25 jan till slutet av april. Jag kommer inte svara på några meddelanden under den tiden.
