Dr Singh is a Professor of Medicine at the Center for Innovations in Quality, Effectiveness and Safety (IQuESt) based at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center and Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Dr Singh is also the Co-Chief of the Health Policy, Quality & Informatics Program at IQuESt and Director of the Houston Diagnosis Improvement Safety Center
