Hello dear friend. In this episode of Well With Jesus, I’m diving into the complicated journey of body image and self-worth from a Christian perspective. I’m sharing some of my personal struggles with body image and the insecurities I’ve wrestled with, especially in light of the pressures and ideals we so often absorb from society.
I open up about how I’ve found healing through faith, body neutrality, and some practical strategies that have helped me shift the way I see myself. It’s been a journey of learning to understand that I’m so much more than just a body—and of inviting God into that process.
If you’ve ever struggled with how you see yourself or how to align your wellness journey with your walk with Jesus, this one’s for you. I hope it brings you insight, encouragement, and a reminder that your identity is rooted in Him.
