Hello dear friend,
This week, we’re unpacking two deeply connected themes: hyper-independence and femininity.Â
For much of my life I was afraid to show vulnerability and to ask for help. Over time I realised that the comfort zone of independence was slowly hardening my heart and cutting me off from the softer, emotional side God designed in me.
In this episode, I share my journey of slowing leaving that comfort zone, reconnecting with my emotions, and embracing my femininity as an integral part of how God made me. We’ll talk about practical ways to unlearn the patterns of hyper-independence, how to get back in touch with your and softer side, and why interdependence with God and with others is key to living well.
If you’ve ever struggled to let people in or feared losing yourself in vulnerability, I hope this conversation reminds you that true strength can be tender, and femininity is not something to run from, but something to rest in.
