רקע קצר על מסלול הקריירה של יוגביוגב גולדיס הוא סמנכ"ל משאבי אנוש בחברת Komodor, סטארטאפ עם כ-60 עובדים בישראל, ארה"ב ואנגליה. לפני כן שימש כסמנכ"ל משאבי אנוש בחברת סייבר מודיעינית, ניהל את הגיוס הגלובלי בחברת גט בתקופת הצמיחה המואצת שלה (מ-350 ל-2000 עובדים), וניהל גיוס ומשאבי אנוש באיסתא. את דרכו המקצועית החל בשירות קבע באגף המודיעין.
