בפרק השבוע זכיתי לארח את פרופ' משה כהן אליה, פרופסור (מן המניין) במרכז האקדמי למשפט ועסקים אשר כיהן כנשיא המרכז בין השנים 2014-2022. קודם לכך הוא כיהן כדיקן הפקולטה למשפטים (2010-2014) וכמרצה למשפט חוקתי. הייתה לנו שיחה מרתקת על השתלטות הרעיונות הפרוגריסיביים והליברלים על מוסדות אקדמיים מובילים בארה"ב ובעולם, דיברנו על התובנות שלו ב7 באוקטובר לגבי העם הפלסטיני והאכזריות שלהם, לגבי שלום פוטנציאלי, שכבר לא נימצא במחוזותינו - לצערנו. דיברנו על משפט חוקתי ועל התעצמות כוחו של בית המשפט העליון לאורך השנים. זה היה פרק מרתק ביותר, תהנו מהצפייה, תשאירו עוקב, ותשלחו את הפרק לחברים ומשפחה!
