Faithful forty Niners senior team reporter Kiana Martin and welcome
to your forty Niners in ninety another session to San
Francisco's training camp is in the books. As the forty
Niners wrapped up their third practice of the season on Friday,
now similarly to Thursday, the forty Niners defense was the
highlight of the day. Cale Shanahan spoke with the media
following the session and praised the early performance of the
forty Niners defensive line, albeit without a few key pieces.

Here are some observations from Friday's practice, as well as
some notes from the head coach, and let's jump right
into the highlight of the day. It came by way
of a deep bond from Trey Lance to Deebo. Samuel
Lands dropped back and launched a forty five yarder to Samuel,
who edged out his defender for the catch. The biggest
news of the day was the whereabouts of Nick Bosa
and Jalen Heard. The two were not on the field

on Friday, has both received a maintenance day. According to Shanahan,
the plan is to focus on their recovery every three practices.
Shanahan also provided an update on safety Marcel Harris, as
he's lined up at a few different positions on the
field so far through camp, including linebacker. According to Shanahan,
Harris has a chance to be one of the linebackers

it appears to forty Niners are rotating players at the
vacant right guard spot. Both Daniel Brunskill and Tom Compton
have alternated first team reps through the first three days
of camp, with brun Skill getting another shot again on Friday.
Shanahan said he's been monitoring both players and is looking

forward to the competition over the next several weeks. And lastly,
some injury updates. Defensive lineman Maurice Hearst was held out
of the session with a slight ankle injury and a
veteran tightened MI Cole Prue had missed practice while dealing
with a calf injury. According to Shanahan, he's expected to
miss some time, leaving George Kittle, Ross Dwelly, Charlie Warner,
