Speaker 1 (00:00):
Pretty well.

Speaker 2 (00:00):
It would be like to have that charge back on the.

Speaker 1 (00:02):
Field team would be great.

Speaker 3 (00:04):
You know, I think you know, his presences has felt
in every aspect of the gend and his energy is
so great, So it'll be great to have him back
out there.

Speaker 1 (00:12):
Training with Jean. Just watch him the way, because this
game is what's amazing man.

Speaker 3 (00:17):
You know, I think when when when you see it
in person, you aliz why he is.

Speaker 4 (00:22):
You know, you can go on.

Speaker 3 (00:22):
About how great of a player he is, but I
think just watching what kind of man he is and
the kind of kind of character that he has is
something that I respect so much about him. He is
a great man of faith, great uh great leader, you know,
does it the right way and I have the utmost
respect for him.

Speaker 1 (00:39):
Do you see some of your game in his game?
I hope. So that's that's a huge compliment. You know.

Speaker 3 (00:44):
I watched him move, watch him make a lot of
these plays, and uh, you know, it's inspiring. So he's
definitely somebody that when you watch him play, just you know,
some chance you get and you can try to emulate
some of the stuff he does.

Speaker 5 (00:55):
Yeah, I think I think after post I heard you
or asked, like, does the offense need to to step
up and win field a boy, and he said that
it's not like we're not we're not trying to to
all the scores as many points we came.

Speaker 1 (01:04):
How do you keep from not.

Speaker 5 (01:04):
Pressing to do that, making sure that anybody's you know,
staying on focus into a that just taking it one
play at a time.

Speaker 1 (01:10):
You know, each play has a life of its own,
and respecting.

Speaker 3 (01:13):
That play and doing whatever needs to be done on
the play, and you know, having a lot of mental
resilience and mental stamina throughout an entire game.

Speaker 1 (01:22):
Is there? Is there every conversations you lost the offense
or if hey, you know there's more either more or.

Speaker 5 (01:27):
Chose to fill now with fred and and Bosavon and
the defense is gonna have a little harder time at
this point.

Speaker 3 (01:32):
No, you know those conversations are you know, it's that
stuff goes without saying, and when you lose guys like that, it's, uh,
you know, stepping up.

Speaker 1 (01:40):
Is, yeah, you got to step up. I don't think
that means change anything.

Speaker 3 (01:43):
It just means be on your p's and q's as
much as humanly possible.

Speaker 1 (01:47):
But that's that's every day. So uh, you know, it's
obviously a.

Speaker 3 (01:51):
Huge blow losing those guys, but you know, hopefully we
can emulate their leadership, emulate the standard in.

Speaker 1 (01:57):
Which they play.

Speaker 3 (01:58):
And uh, you know, I think I'm excited about these
young guys coming up because, you know, one of the
best leaders in the world and Fred and so they've
been watching him do it and to have to see
them and watch them get an opportunity to do that
to be exciting.

Speaker 1 (02:11):
Christian on Sunday, you had run to the right side where.

Speaker 6 (02:15):
I think just the claks and just laying the ball
the rant and looked like it could have been you know,
it's heavily ur touchdown or something.

Speaker 1 (02:25):
I guess obviously that's frustrating, but I'm sure that's not
the only type of moment like that this year. Does
it give you stuff like that? Could be optimism? But
when you say you're close, you know the running game
is close. Yeah, I just got to make it happen.
Can you quantify this way?

Speaker 5 (02:43):
We're like seeing George back in a walkthrough earlier and
how much I've.

Speaker 1 (02:47):
Worked in it is. That's awesome, man.

Speaker 3 (02:48):
Yeah, as I you know, alluded to earlier, he's he's
not just so great as a player, but his energy
is leadership on the field means a whole lot for
this teams.

Speaker 1 (02:56):
We can't wait.

Speaker 7 (02:57):
I mean, you've.

Speaker 2 (02:58):
Practiced against the empathy to dem chers.

Speaker 3 (03:00):
What have you seen her them? They running ahead, you know,
they they have a high seat. They played the right
way and like I said, and they've been watching the
best do it. So I can't wait to see.

Speaker 1 (03:11):
Him about you targeting this point with the number.

Speaker 4 (03:16):
Man, I don't know, I don't know. God's God's doing something, man,
He's working through me. But nah, just uh, just working,
being prepared. Good things happen. You know when you prepare
and shout out to the guys. You know, it's not
only me, It's it's a collective group thing.

Speaker 1 (03:29):
And I'm just.

Speaker 4 (03:30):
Trying to help the team.

Speaker 1 (03:31):
Man, He's kind of just been happening.

Speaker 8 (03:33):
Going to wednesday've all been pretty close. Just wondering now
that the defense is taking such a hit with both
Nick Bosa and Fred Warner al amongst the offense, is
there any extra added pressure to put more points on
the board, to solidify more wins this season and not
kind of rely on the defense to kind of win.

Speaker 9 (03:50):
It the end.

Speaker 4 (03:51):
Yeah, it's a good question. Yeah, as offense, you know,
we want to you know, offensive minds, like having an
offensive miny coach. You know, we want to lead the
team like we're always competing with the defense in a
good way, you know, like we want to be leaders
of the team. And once you're competing like that, you're
gonna play good as a collective group. So yeah, we
want to put up points. We want to do the

(04:11):
right things. And yeah, it's more pressure now like it
always is. But now now we gotta you know, keep
carrying our workload and doing what we need to do to.

Speaker 8 (04:20):
Just help the team with Well, speaking of that, you
and Mac Jones seemingly have quite the synergy out there
on the field. So between you guys and have been
any extra conversation of like things that we're doing this, well,
we need to do this a little bit better.

Speaker 4 (04:34):
Yeah, me and MATC, Yeah, we always need things like that.
He tells me all the time we're texting, talking to
each other, watching film and stuff like that. It's important
he knows from a B I know where he wants
me to be. Things like that, So just keep growing,
you know, while we're in this position right now and
it's been it's it's showing so all the little things
they add.

Speaker 9 (04:54):
Of Kathire, this team, you Mac, Tom, just the defensive
line have already had to step up guys that maybe
didn't think they were going to be in the position
they were going to be and have done that with
Bread now going out, what do you expect from Tatum
and what does it say about your team that you
guys have been ready?

Speaker 4 (05:10):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, Tatum, that's you know, it's a big,
big shoes to feel, but it's the opportunity, man. You know,
it's just you think about injuries, you think about how
people get created, how people get their chance, and it's
usually how it goes in the league. You know, Fred
playing at a high level, so many starting snaps got
a lot of film on them, so he can watch

(05:31):
a lot of things that he can learn from and
he's been around him, so that's gonna be huge. But
everybody else, you know, just the same thing, taking advantage
of the op Like, you never know what's going to
present itself, and the question is are you ready?

Speaker 1 (05:41):
So it'll show itself.

Speaker 4 (05:43):
It'll show on film, it'll show how you move in,
how fast you reacting, and things like that. So I'm
excited for him. No, it's gonna be good for him.
It usually happens to the ones that are ready.

Speaker 1 (05:54):
How much more comfortable can you feel in this offense
now than when you first came back?

Speaker 4 (05:58):
Yeah? Yeah, in the beginning it was tough. It was tough,
but just getting comfortable.

Speaker 1 (06:02):
I know the.

Speaker 4 (06:04):
Movements, I know, you know, my body knows how to
move within the offense.

Speaker 1 (06:07):
So new terms.

Speaker 4 (06:09):
I didn't know Clay cold before I got here, so
learning Clay how he operates in things too, was was
dope to learn. We've built a good relationship so far
and it's been fun. So new terminology, new words. But
the body movements were pretty similar to my body transition.
That's a great question. That's a great question. Yeah so

(06:30):
actually not so. I definitely I want to block better too. Man,
there's so many clips on the film. You know, everybody
look at the one forty two like this economics kidding,
but like there's it's bigger stuff than that too, you know,
I want to block better. There's plays to be made,
There's there's more stuff out there that I can I
can do better to, like Spring CMC and things like that.
So I'll be just looking at those ones like, okay,

(06:52):
how can I apply that better? But but definitely didn't
block as much in New England as as I do here.
It's it's a better system though, to like with the
run game, it's a different system, so I got to,
you know, apply different styles, just different angles towards the
safeties and things like that. So working on it as
as I'm growing within the scheme again and it's been fun.
But that's a challenge for me now and I'm gonna

(07:13):
take it.

Speaker 1 (07:13):
Home my missing kicks.

Speaker 7 (07:15):
That's how you build it up, by missing game winners
and missing important kids and just creating a foundation. And
you know, at the end of the day, we're not
gonna be perfect.

Speaker 1 (07:23):
And I'm enjoying the ride right now. But let's see
where everybody's at.

Speaker 7 (07:27):
When I'm when I'm not and when I'm not doing well,
Let's say much.

Speaker 1 (07:30):
Different about this team. Are the team playing right? Yeah?

Speaker 7 (07:34):
Just I mean that my teammates here are amazing, and
like I said, there's so many blog kicks going around
in the front on.

Speaker 2 (07:39):
These guys are just pretty working their bought out, you know,
to help me succeed, and the organization.

Speaker 7 (07:45):
Has been amazing and just to support here has been
awesome and everybody helps.

Speaker 1 (07:48):
Having a good snapper and a good holder.

Speaker 4 (07:50):
Here something like the fifty nine yards.

Speaker 1 (07:53):
Yeah, this league just like a little organization. Absolutely. Yeah.

Speaker 7 (07:57):
I'm just having confidence and knowing that you can make
the kick, and knowing you know there's two minutes left.

Speaker 1 (08:03):
If you don't make this kick, you're gonna give another
team to get food. Decision, and you don't things going
through my net as well. It's just how I'm pouring
this kick out.

Speaker 7 (08:10):
You kick seventy seven yards in practice, watching.

Speaker 1 (08:12):
And you're right, yeah, I think so. Yeah.

Speaker 7 (08:16):
I mean I had a hurricane win behind me at
that time, so maybe maybe we can get a windy
game one day and hopefully try it out.

Speaker 5 (08:23):
Great, But you see a lower trajectory and your kick.

Speaker 1 (08:26):
Is that intentional or is that just the way it
comes on me? I probably think it's a low cake. Well,
if it's like, it's not, it's like more of a
driving as host. I don't think I had any kicks.
I think I hit a pretty decent I think I
have pretty decent hike.

Speaker 4 (08:39):
You need to show you flat back to the ten
years ago or someone you were during the five am
we're after getting.

Speaker 1 (08:48):
What was Yeah, I mean you would think back with
how are you? Yeah?

Speaker 6 (08:51):
Absolutely, I mean my dad was a professional soccer player
and my goal is to be.

Speaker 1 (08:54):
Better than him and that never happens. But thank god
this worked out for me and I'm able to support
my family. Doing you're missing isn't just internal conversations with yourself?

Speaker 3 (09:08):
How does that?

Speaker 7 (09:09):
Actually?

Speaker 1 (09:10):
Yeah? Yeah, absolutely, I mean it's it's it's it's yourself.
I mean, you gotta just.

Speaker 7 (09:15):
Unpositive and it's kind of just like tennis, you.

Speaker 6 (09:18):
Know, like we're kind of in our own little world
in our head and you know, we're away from everybody.

Speaker 1 (09:23):
And yeah, there was no but he said he leaned
on that. You called back, Oh my dad O. Your
guys can hear?

Speaker 7 (09:33):
That?

Speaker 1 (09:33):
Name? Was absolutely my dad. I say my dad, like
I said, he was a preshional soccer player.

Speaker 7 (09:37):
He's missed penalty kicks, he's made penalty kicks, and he's
you know, he's helped his team.

Speaker 1 (09:42):
Win, he's been the reason why they's loss. And you know,
my dad's just already helped me to this st He's
still help you. Absolutely, we gotta wait talk every single day.
I mean I bought him my house, two houses, down
from mine. So I gotta keep him close. That's the
only guy I have left in this room. What does
he talk?

Speaker 7 (09:57):
Okay stuff, Yeah, just motiva stuff like how far we've come,
and not to forget where we came from, and you
know things like that.

Speaker 1 (10:06):
You know, sometimes you get caught up into it and
just forget where you came from tintime. So just keeps me,
keeps me home, and keeps me on my feet and
keep your ninety. You know, if you gotta keep.

Speaker 7 (10:14):
Working every single day and you're you're you're up one
day and you're down the other day.

Speaker 1 (10:18):
So you're not as good as you say you are,
and you're not as bad as they say you might.
You still what he's always told me, he's still working. Well, no,
he's retired. You know, my doll will never worked in
the day in his life again a bar Yeah, because
you know he's he's done everything for me. He's been
there for me.

Speaker 6 (10:37):
He's he's worked his whole life to give us the
best life. So now it's time that I give him
with That's when keeping retiring.

Speaker 7 (10:43):
Yeah, absolutely retired him too. It was like instructing construction. Yeah,
after playing soccer. You know he didn't have the best
money management. And you know, now he's got me, so
we're good, he.

Speaker 8 (10:55):
Went, they're probably you narrow open here now you know
mention that you retired your father. There's something everyone works
towards when they sent out to you know, you know,
accomplish a goal. If if you can reflect ul sick
and how much that we meant to you to do that,
how much you means to you to have me two
doors now knowing they's tune the moment.

Speaker 1 (11:14):
Yeah, absolutely, I mean it is everything to me. That's
the goal. That's why I started paying football.

Speaker 2 (11:18):
So I put soccer even though I love soccer and
then my sport of my life. You know, but for
you that doing this, I can give my parents a
better opportunity, you know, to to have I own a
home one day, have a have a car, have a house,
and you have everything.

Speaker 1 (11:33):
That that that they should, that of what we deserve.
When when when that happened to start.

Speaker 7 (11:39):
Like two years ago, when I finally felt like I
was I was had enough to pay everything off, and
yeah I was very.

Speaker 1 (11:48):
Actors, I mean they were super happy. Of course, you know,
they deserved the world. And this is this is why
I do it. I do it for them, and if
it's up to me, I'm live under a bridge. I'm okay.
As long as they're living good, that's all I matter.

Speaker 8 (12:04):
Sunday.

Speaker 1 (12:04):
Yeah, it was really good. It was really good. And
I haven't seen my parents in like almost like a month.
Seeing my mom was super special to me. And being
able to hug her, and it's just a little thing.

Speaker 7 (12:14):
It's just that that sometimes, you know, you know, we
take for granted, you know, I can't see them there
in Miami, and you know, just being.

Speaker 2 (12:20):
Able to hug her and hug my dad and just
just like feel them there, like it just felt really good.

Speaker 7 (12:27):
Game before yeah, yeah, usually, yeah, but my dad ended
up unfortunately, had a heart attack a couple of months ago,
so he hasn't been able to fly.

Speaker 2 (12:34):
So yeah, he hasn't been able to come over here.
But hopefully the doctor clears him soon so I can
see them.

Speaker 1 (12:41):
It'll be great. What of your MoMA? My mom's just
stay home Roma. Yeah, do a couple more ready.

Speaker 8 (12:48):
How do you like searo mean that people are basically
seeing your sort of platform?

Speaker 7 (12:54):
Yeah, I mean I don't mind the I don't mind
it if it gets the fans going and it makes
them happy.

Speaker 1 (12:58):
At the end of the day, you know, we're here
to entertain and we're here to win and make them proud.
So if that makes them happy, that's all anything. Today
is the last day of Hispanic Crittors Month.

Speaker 2 (13:09):
What did your message to all the Hispanic fans of
the Funny Nine, the NFL in general?

Speaker 1 (13:12):
And yeah, just you know, just keep fighting if I
can do it.

Speaker 6 (13:15):
You know, everybody knows that I'm from the Karawa and
Cuban and just being Hispanic in general, you know, if
I have a shot to do it, they can too.

Speaker 1 (13:22):
And just you know, I've embraced the whole Hispanic community
here and I love them very much. A little bit
more in Tampanoa that they were there.

Speaker 6 (13:30):
Absolutely what you're talking about my family, Yeah, and absolutely
I wanted to do really.

Speaker 1 (13:34):
Good in front of my mom and dad. Is I'm
still a little I feel like sometimes I'm still a little.

Speaker 6 (13:38):
Kid, like I want to perform good in front of
my mom and dad, like I want them, I want
them to be proud of me, you know.

Speaker 1 (13:43):
So having them there, I feel a little.

Speaker 7 (13:45):
Extra pressure because I'm like, no, I need to do well,
like they haven't seen me in over a month.

Speaker 1 (13:49):
I want I want to do good for my mom,
I want to do good for my dad. And yeah,
it felt good to have a good performance even though
we lost, but yeah, you kick it went the other day.

Speaker 9 (14:01):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (14:02):
I feel like this defense we could have done better,
like communication wise and all the game on the same things.
But as far as just playing relentless and and keeping
the standard, I feel like we always right in the head.
You just gotta be on the same page. I'm it's
a big plays that we gave up, and there's so
much of a people instr right for you. You have

(14:25):
to go in there and felt in front of him. Yeah,
whats your mindset going in? Yeah?

Speaker 5 (14:30):
You know, Fred, he he's the leader of the team,
not just the defense, you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 4 (14:34):
And he goes down and that's what he was built
to every single one of us, and we all are professionals,
and we gotta prepare like.

Speaker 1 (14:41):
The starter shit. You know. I'm just being the going
in and just make sure it's gonna drop off my friends.
He comes off the field, and that's my due right now.
And I'm not trying to be like Fred. I'm just
make sure I'll be taking with them.

Speaker 3 (14:53):
It's like that I'm gonna do with me for you
can pretendi leader teachers.

Speaker 1 (15:01):
Uh friend has been everything to the teacher, just a brother.
I don't think that's just a friend to it.

Speaker 3 (15:06):
You know everything the way he carried himself going and
off the field, I just learned a lot be friend
and he'll just do.

Speaker 1 (15:13):
It for him his desperens right now.

Speaker 3 (15:15):
But you know we my God, listen to our cat proud,
feel the legacy in the standard that he set his SLF.

Speaker 2 (15:23):
It's just go with forty nine of defense and so
it's gonna be up there.

Speaker 1 (15:26):
Pass take you more just being poors and confidence and
everything you do. That's uh, that's you want from my
back and that's what I've always been confident, just more
of a uh things just to try. Yeah, I'm getting it,

(15:51):
hango adois it's gonna before. It's a big time for
he usual boath. Y'all being we obviously ain't see a
lot of footballs in the NFL, but we used to
us to play football. We running, hitting, We're gonna have
fun
