Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome into Bills by the Numbers, where we let the
stats tell you where the Bills are at. We're presented
by FanDuel make every moment more well. The Bills twenty
twenty five schedule is out and we're here to talk
about it. How favorable does this slate lay out for
the Bills to reach the promised land? Steve and I
discussed the surprises and will have our one burning question,
What was up with all the schedule leaks? Nothing? Lady
(00:33):
here glad to have you with us on Bills by
the Numbers. Bill's Wall of Famer Steve Tasker, Bill's played
by playman Chris Brown. Here with you in Buffalo's schedule
for twenty twenty five is a douzy five primetime games
in all four National Window games at four twenty five,
and what looks like a pretty favorable lineup in terms
of how their opponents were stacked. What was your first
(00:53):
impression of how the schedule laid out, Steve?
Speaker 2 (00:57):
You always go to the bye week's six week six
nothing it.
Speaker 3 (01:04):
I was surprised when I heard that the Bills were
widely being regarded as having an easy schedule, one of
the top five or six easiest schedules in the league,
and I was like, I don't know, Cincinnati, Baltimore, Philly,
Kansas City, And then you get past those, and of
course the Bills if you look at their division, their division,
(01:24):
Miami beats the Bills once in a career for some
of these guys in Miami. So and New England's been
on the rebuild now they're gonna be better this year.
And the Jets, of course are in another rebuild. So
the division looks like, well, it looked just the opposite
last year, but it looks good for the Bills this year.
(01:45):
And then you've got the NFC South, which is Carolina,
which is New Orleans.
Speaker 2 (01:50):
Tampa, which is Tampa. Tampa is a pretty good squad.
Speaker 3 (01:54):
But yeah, I get it, Atlanta, I get it. It
does shape up to be, like you know what this
is gonna be. Yeah, if the Bills play as well
as they did offensively last year and their defense takes
a step a full step forward this year, this is
a team that's got to have expectations of getting one
seed or very high seed and certainly winning the division.
Speaker 2 (02:17):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (02:17):
For me, I looked at the schedule and I was like, Wow,
this is pretty favorable, Like, it's pretty favorable. We knew
that they had challenging home games, the three most challenging
home games Kansas City, Baltimore, and Philadelphia. They're spread out
evenly across the schedule. Yeah, you got the Ravens off
the rip, but then you don't see the Chiefs till
week nine and you don't see the Eagles until week seventeen.
(02:39):
You couldn't have asked to have your toughest games spread
out any better than that. And then on top of that,
and we'll get into this in a little bit, for
your first five games are at home, right, Like, that's
insanity sauce. You rarely see that, And I'll tell you
just hal rare in a little bit. But to me,
the schedule outside of the Ravens leading up to the
(03:01):
bye week in week seven is very favorable for Buffalo
to stack wins. So let's get into that. The Sunday
night opener against Baltimore, a rematch of the AFC Divisional
playoff one narrowly by Buffalo last season twenty seven to
twenty five, is a heavyweight matchup right out of the shoot.
What kind of litmus test do you see that being
for Buffalo's revamped defensive front.
Speaker 2 (03:25):
Oh yeah, I mean that's that's a big.
Speaker 1 (03:27):
Boy Here's Derrick Henry and Lamar Jackson.
Speaker 2 (03:30):
Go get them. It's a big boy matchup.
Speaker 3 (03:32):
This defense is gonna get tested right away, and and
we'll see how they how they respond even if they
get hit in the mouth and you know, give up
a couple hundred yards rushing and a bunch of time whatever. Uh,
it's it's gonna test their confidence. Yeah, that's that's the matchup, because,
let's face it, Baltimore is gonna be storming in here
(03:54):
after what happened to them last year in the playoffs,
ended their season on a drop two point conversion to
tie it up late. All kinds of stuff happened in
that game that Baltimore's got to be sitting there going
how do we lose that game? They're gonna come in
highly motivated and really angry. So if you can withstand
(04:15):
that punch right out of the rip, it spells good
things for the rest of the season.
Speaker 1 (04:19):
Yeah, I think we do have to remember that in
Week one when they play the Ravens, they'll be doing
that without Michael Hoyd or Larry Ogunjobi. So the Bills
are probably going to be relying on a good deal
of their youth young that has been added to the
roster on the defensive front. There you're talking TJ. Sanders
Land and Jackson Dion Walker. They're probably all going to
be getting a lot of time in this game. How
(04:41):
do they hold up against what is considered to be
a good offensive line, maybe not great, good offensive line
and a fricking sledgehammer in Derrick Henry And then, oh,
by the way, you got to deal with the Reid
option madness that is accounting for Lamar and Derek Henry
and being disciplined enough to defend both capably without having
(05:03):
any mental errors or busts as we saw on the
first play from scrimmage in the Week four game last year.
So hopefully it's not a repeat of that episode. Four
of Buffalo's first five games are at home. That has
not happened since nineteen ninety three for the Bills thirty
two years ago. That's how rare having four of your
first five at home is. Knowing how Buffalo has gotten
(05:26):
off to successful starts, going three to one or better
in each of the last five seasons under head coach
Sean McDermott. What kind of springboard can having four of
their first five games at home be.
Speaker 2 (05:36):
For the Bills.
Speaker 3 (05:37):
Well, they were ten to zer last year at home,
right at home, counting playoffs. They they're tough to beat
in this building, there's no question about it. And getting
a team the Jets and Dolphins and the Patriots right
out of the gate, I think is a plus as well.
The Dolphins and the Jets are going to be still
feeling their way out. The Saints are in a total rebuild.
They had their starting quarterback retire out from under them
(05:58):
after the draft, and the Atlanta Falcons are in a
constant state of rebuild and still trying to get used
to their new quarterback. So yeah, even if they come
out and stub their toe against Baltimore, they they've still
got to be thinking we're gonna be five and one
at the break, gonna they're gonna think about mowing those
teams down. Now, that's the way every team thinks. I mean,
(06:19):
even you know, the Jets and Dolphins are gonna are
thinking they're gonna come in and punch the Bills in
the mouth.
Speaker 2 (06:23):
Too.
Speaker 3 (06:23):
So that's the way it is. But even as fans
casual fans. There's nobody out there in NFL fandom who's
going down these lists. And when they get to the
Buffalo Bills on their team schedule, they're circling as a win.
Maybe Baltimore people have a chance to do that. The
Jets aren't circling that and saying, yeah, that's a win.
You know the Miami Dolphins, you think they're going down.
(06:46):
The Dolphin fans are saying, yeah, definitely, the Dolphins are
gonna win that game. Let me tell you something. In Buffalo,
come in to face these jokers, Nobody circles that as
a win. So the Bills are no different. They're thinking
they're gonna sweep it at home.
Speaker 1 (07:00):
I think much like last year where we felt like
the schedule was pretty soft on the front end, I
feel similarly now because I mean you're talking about teams
that are just trying to get their act together. After
the Ravens, I mean, the Jets game two under Aaron
(07:20):
Glenn as a first year coach, good luck there, and
then Dolphins the next week. We've talked about them on
the daily show One Bills Live. I've got them as
one of the top three teams to implode this season
in the entire league. They've got tons of problems, particularly
on the back end of their defense, and I believe
still on their offensive line. And then you have the Saints,
(07:43):
which you've already outlined, they got a whole world of problems.
Also a first year head coach in Kellen Moore. And
then the Patriots, yes, established coach in Vrabel, but in
his first year getting that thing up and running. Where
does that sit? I don't think the Patriots are going
to be the team in the first month of the
season that they're going to be in the last month
of the season.
Speaker 2 (07:59):
I expect that.
Speaker 1 (07:59):
To be appreciably better later. So getting them early and
in a primetime atmosphere here, welcome to Buffalo, Drake may
get ready for the noise, like it's gonna be.
Speaker 3 (08:11):
It's a tough environment, there's no question about it. It's
it's it stacks up extremely well for Buffalo. There's no
guarantees though. Now New England, after four games under New
England's belt, they're gonna have their sense about They're gonna
know what they can do well and they're gonna they're
gonna give Buffalo a really good shot. I think because
(08:35):
this you know they want to prove they're on the
right track and they're in it. So if they could
come out and punch Buffalo in the mouth, maybe even
take the lead in the division. Their their schedule starts
out with the Raiders, the Dolphins, the Steelers, the Panthers.
They have the easiest they could run out. They could
run out at four and oh against Buffalo. And then
(08:56):
it's an early season, you know, pretty hyped up matchup,
and they they're they're gonna have some things to say.
I mean, it'll be that's gonna be a nice game.
Speaker 1 (09:02):
I think I touched on this already, but I think
everyone would agree that Buffalo's three toughest opponents this season
will be Baltimore, Kansas City, and Philadelphia. How advantageous is
it to see those games, as I mentioned, spread out
across the schedule instead of in consecutive weeks in a
gauntlet like run like we've seen in years past. Baltimore
week one, Kansas City Week nine, Philadelphia week seventeen. They
(09:25):
could not be more spread out.
Speaker 3 (09:27):
It's good in that you won't meet all of them
in some month where you've got some key a key
guy or three key guys out for a month, don't.
You don't play two of those games with the same
guy injured unless you lose a guy for the season, obviously,
but you're not gonna be nicked up with you know,
same guys. There's a chance that you'll you'll be nicked
up different places, but most of the guys will be
(09:47):
back healthy at different spots throughout the season, So at
least you're not going to face them hobbled the same
three teams hobbled up in the same way.
Speaker 2 (09:56):
That's a plus.
Speaker 3 (09:57):
And also, you know, the fact that they're at home
spread out gives people a chance to get wound up.
For them, For the fans, it'll be great. Other than that,
I think it's just a roll of the dice as
to how good you're going to be at that moment.
Philly might be Philly, or Buffalo could be floundering at
(10:18):
week seventeen, or unhealthy or unhealthy or wishing for a
bye week because they are trying to get you know
that kind of I hear that at the same it
is good, yeah, but only because of the injury fronts
being spread out.
Speaker 1 (10:31):
Well, let me propose this to you then, because I
believe it is an advantage for this reason, I think
if you look at this schedule, not only are those
the three best opponents, but I would say two of
those teams, Baltimore and Philadelphia, probably stack up to be
the most physical games that the Bills are going to
endure on their schedule. And if we think about some
(10:52):
of the previous year's schedules that have stacked up. You
remember last year they had Kansas City and then they
had San Francisco Rams and then the Lions, all in succession,
two of which were on the road, including a West
Coast trip. I mean, you're going against playoff teams consecutively,
(11:13):
and that takes a toll.
Speaker 2 (11:15):
You know.
Speaker 1 (11:15):
Maybe it's why they don't have enough at the end
against the Rams on the third week of that gauntlet
like run and they lose a two point game. So
you take that out of the equator. You play the Ravens,
you're gonna be You're gonna be a little sore for
an extra day or two after that, even though it's
the first game of the season.
Speaker 2 (11:32):
You play the Eagles.
Speaker 1 (11:33):
You know, if you have to play those teams back
to back, there's a cumulative effect there that I think
goes away having them spread out the way they are
on Buffalo's schedule.
Speaker 3 (11:42):
Here, it's also not very appetizing to play a team
like the Eagles, who are physical, big muscly team week seventeen,
because if what you say is right, you're going into
the playoffs hobbled.
Speaker 1 (11:54):
Could that could happen.
Speaker 3 (11:56):
That stinks, but you know, you gotta take what you get.
There are no gimmes in any of this stuff. So
you know, even last year you get into this and
it was a it was a dog fight in Week
one against the Arizona Cardinals, you know, So that's all
in there. It's yeah, there are pluses and minds to
all of this stuff because you can't because we can't
(12:17):
tell the future. We just know, you know, generalities. I
think it is good to spread that stuff out. And
you're right, you don't want to make play a team
like Philly get beat up and have that loss or
win count for the next loss the next week.
Speaker 1 (12:34):
I do want to throw this in here. We talked
about how four of the first five are at home.
There is a stretch in this schedule where they have
four of four out of five on the road between
Week twelve and Week sixteen, and even that.
Speaker 2 (12:49):
Steve.
Speaker 1 (12:49):
While four out of five on the road is nothing
to sneeze at, it doesn't look daunting because of the
short trips that Buffalo has this year, second fewest air
miles in the league to only Cincinnati. So Week twelve
on the road to Houston, it's one of their longest
trips of the season. Another road game the next week,
but it's in Pittsburgh, and then home against the Bengals
(13:13):
before they're on the road again. But it's a quick
trip up to New England and a quick trip over
to Cleveland. Like the lack of travel I think makes
that stretch manageable. Even though you're on the road four
out of five.
Speaker 3 (13:25):
Weeks, it's you know, a time change going to Houston.
Speaker 2 (13:31):
And that's it. Everybody else is in your time zone.
Speaker 1 (13:34):
That mays none of those flights are like more than
an hour.
Speaker 2 (13:36):
Well, yeah, you go to Cleveland, I mean Pittsburgh and Cleveland,
you may as well drive. Yeah, seriously, you may as
well bus.
Speaker 1 (13:42):
There are no teams closer than nice two.
Speaker 2 (13:45):
So yes, that is a huge plus.
Speaker 3 (13:48):
It is the entire season and you've probably heard about
this from the rhetoric that's been coming out. The Bills
have the second fewest air miles in the league this year,
behind Cincinnati. It does make a difference. I don't know
if it makes a difference on the whole as much
as it does every week you get a little you know,
(14:09):
you don't have to.
Speaker 1 (14:09):
I think every player would tell you it helps with
their recovery because they're in their beds. They're in their
own beds sooner, more rest less trying to rest on
a long plane flight back from God knows where.
Speaker 2 (14:21):
It makes it.
Speaker 1 (14:21):
I think it makes a difference, so short flights, less
travel better for the team. All right, Which opponent on
the bill schedule do you think could be a sneaky
tough game for them when it rolls around that maybe
most do not see as a difficult matchup.
Speaker 2 (14:39):
I think you can take your pick of either game.
Speaker 3 (14:43):
But I think the Patriots are going to be a
handful the second time around up there either one.
Speaker 2 (14:48):
I think they're gonna be a I think they're gonna
be a.
Speaker 1 (14:49):
Good football I think we both think they're going to
be the second place team in this time.
Speaker 3 (14:52):
I think they're gonna be a good football team. Vrabel
is as good a game day coach as you'll ever see.
And although they're here early, that's gonna be hard for
him because of the atmosphere and because of however the
Bills are doing at that point. I just I just
(15:14):
think the Patriots are gonna be a much better football
team than they're getting credit. I know they're getting credit,
they're getting some kudos for what they've done this offseason
and all that. I think Vrabel has the ability to
really bring those guys. I think he's gonna get the
most out of them, like like McDermot does here in
this Bill.
Speaker 2 (15:29):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (15:29):
So I think that either one or both of the
Patriot games are going to be difficult games, all right.
Speaker 1 (15:34):
I'm going with the Bucks in Week eleven, November sixteenth.
I think because Bills fans don't see a lot of
the NFC teams, they don't follow them as closely, they
may not realize, you know, the caliber of opponent they
might be. Tampa won the NFC South last year. They
were a playoff team, and the last time they came
(15:56):
in here two years ago, they gave the Bills a scrap.
I mean, the Bill only one it's a one possession game.
It was like twenty four sixteen, twenty four eighteen something
like that, and the Bill struggled to win that football game.
And I like what they did in the draft a
Mecca Igbuca a receiver for them to kind of add
some youth to a veteran receiving corps. And they got
(16:17):
two defensive backs with their next two picks, including Jacob Parrish,
the corner from Kansas State who was one of my
favorite players in the draft. I think Todd Bowles does
a good job with that crew, and I think they're
kind of a plucky team that's gonna stretch that game
into the fourth quarter.
Speaker 3 (16:34):
The Bucks have won the NFC South every year since
twenty twenty twenty one. Really yeah, forty one, two, three,
and four. They got four straight NFCI See, I didn't
even know that they You know, I mean the division
as a whole has struggled. I mean, you know Seattle,
(16:57):
I mean, no Seattle, New Orleans, Carolina and Land and
have all struggled. But since twenty twenty one, well since
twenty twenty two.
Speaker 2 (17:05):
No, what am I saying? That's twenty What am I got?
I got the year here?
Speaker 3 (17:08):
Yeah, twenty twenty was the last time somebody else won
the division?
Speaker 2 (17:12):
All right?
Speaker 1 (17:13):
Last note? Bye week. It's in week seven. That's a
little early. But the Bills do get a mini bu
after their week twelve Thursday night game at Houston, where
you know, you get like a little mini by. It's
a week and a half, it's ten days before you
play again. Do you think that's enough to kind of
help them down the stretch there, for the stretch run
(17:34):
of the schedule.
Speaker 3 (17:35):
Yeah, it's gonna help because then they get it's between
those two first two away games that are in that
four out of five on the road. So getting a
mini by and going into Houston right after you play
Tampa Bay here, yeah, that'll be nice. It'll give them
a couple extra day, give them a forty eight hour break,
and yeah, I like that.
Speaker 2 (17:55):
I like it a lot.
Speaker 3 (17:57):
It is like a mini by and it gives them
an extra even Listen, when you get to that stretch
of the season twelve weeks twelve through eighteen, if you
get just a day, even if you get two, it
feels like a week because the routine is such, and
the pressure is such, and the effort and the concentration
is such. If you can take the pressure off for
(18:19):
just you know, a day and a half, it does
make a difference. It does make it, so that's a plus,
no question about Yeah.
Speaker 1 (18:26):
Talking to a lot of the players, they relish those
mini buys. It's no fun on the front end, but
on the back end, their bodies really appreciate it. So
hopefully it pays dividends for them late in the season.
We pivot now to the numbers game, where Steve will
be quizzed on Bills schedule history. Here we go, Question
number one, how many times has the Bills faced the
(18:48):
Chiefs since twenty twenty including the playoffs? We're not counting
this season this upcoming season eleven.
Speaker 2 (18:58):
You're close is ten, it's nine oh nine.
Speaker 1 (19:02):
Are counting this year, it will be ten since twenty
twenty nine times so far.
Speaker 2 (19:08):
It's unbelieve.
Speaker 1 (19:09):
It's a lot. Uh. Question number two, Buffalo has six
games against playoff teams this season. What was their record
against the five playoff teams in twenty twenty four that
they fixed? So they played six games this year against
playoff teams. They played five games against playoff teams last year.
(19:30):
What was their collective record against those playoff teams last
year in those five games?
Speaker 2 (19:34):
Four and one?
Speaker 1 (19:35):
No, there's five teams, five teams.
Speaker 2 (19:40):
Wasn't four and one. I know it wasn't five and
oh because we played ball? Uh oh wait, is that
all games playoff in.
Speaker 1 (19:48):
No, it's just the five games against the play the
regular season all got it.
Speaker 2 (19:57):
Three and two?
Speaker 1 (19:58):
They were actually two and three. Really, they beat San
fran and Detroit, right lost to Baltimore, Houston and the Rams.
Speaker 2 (20:06):
Oh they played Kansas City too. They beat Kansas City.
Speaker 1 (20:09):
Oh, I'm sorry, I have the win wrong. They beat
Kansas City. Hold on, there was a team that wasn't
in the playoffs the year before, and that would be
the Rams. So sorry, so they you're correct, they were
three and two. I stand corrected. Steve is one hundred
percent correct. Three and two. Question Even the game show
host screws up once in a while.
Speaker 2 (20:29):
I like it. Can we thank you for the bell there?
Speaker 1 (20:31):
We'll make an amendment there. Question number three. The Bills
will face the Ravens for the six times since twenty eighteen,
including playoffs this year. What is their record against Baltimore
over that span? Sixth and we're counting playoffs.
Speaker 2 (20:46):
They faced them five and it's going to be the sixth.
Speaker 1 (20:48):
The Ravens will face the Ravens or the Bills will
face the Ravens for the six times since twenty eight
game year one two or I'm sorry, this is the
seventh time this year, So Chris Brown screwing up Chris Brown.
Seventh time this year. They've played him six times since
twenty eighteen. What's the collective record?
Speaker 2 (21:10):
Three and three?
Speaker 1 (21:11):
You are one hundred percent correct. Two to zero in
the playoffs, one and three in the regular season. That's
kind of the opposite of the Bills with Kansas City.
Speaker 2 (21:20):
We're there, Kansas City Chiefs.
Speaker 1 (21:22):
And question number four, what is the one team on
Buffalo's home schedule this season that Josh Allen has not beaten?
Speaker 2 (21:35):
Cincinnati?
Speaker 1 (21:37):
Nope, he has a victory against Cincinnati in twenty nineteen.
It's the only one he has. Houston, not Houston.
Speaker 2 (21:47):
Saints.
Speaker 1 (21:49):
It is not the Saints. He wasn't on the roster yet.
Falcons not the Falcons, wasn't on the roster yet. H
excuse they beat him in twenty twenty one. Here last,
Matt Ryan Yere.
Speaker 2 (22:01):
Does not have a victory against Yep.
Speaker 1 (22:03):
The only team on the home schedule he has not
beaten Philadelphia. He is zero to two lost in twenty
twenty three and overtime. Yeah, and in twenty nineteen they
lost as well.
Speaker 3 (22:13):
The twenty twenty three game was a it was an
awesome game. I mean, we will. We lost on the
fifteenth the Tendeth overtime, the fifty nine yard in a rainstorm.
Speaker 2 (22:26):
Bless his heart the guy. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (22:27):
Meanwhile, we had a kick blocked and a missed kick.
That was a great They should have won it in regulation.
Great game and the only team on the home schedule
he has not beaten yet.
Speaker 2 (22:38):
Yeah, most people will.
Speaker 1 (22:39):
That's why I asked that question, because most people think
he's never beaten Cincinnati. They beat Cincinnati in twenty nineteen.
It's the only victory. They're one and three against Cincinnati
under coach McDermott. So there it is. Bill's fans. Get

fast make every moment more with FanDuel Official Sportsbook, partner
of the Buffalo Bills. Time now for our one burning question,
and this is pretty straightforward Buffalo, as you heard Steve
mentioned earlier, when a perfect ten and o last season
at home, counting their two home playoff games with Baltimore,
Kansas City, Philadelphia, Cincinnati, and Tampa Bay at home, what
(23:20):
do you think Buffalo's record will be at home this season?
Steve Tasker?
Speaker 2 (23:29):
I think.
Speaker 3 (23:31):
I think seven and two, seven and two. I think
seven and two. I don't think they can sweep it
can continue that. Nobody's done that. And I think with
the with the top, with those good teams coming in
instead of playing them on the road, I think they'll
be seven and two. They may go seven and two
on the road too, though. Oh okay, you know I'm
or even better. Yeah, I think their road schedule roads
(23:53):
someone week is weak. I like them as much on
the road as I do at home this season this year. Yeah,
so I'm that's I think that's my prediction.
Speaker 1 (24:05):
Yeah, I kind of like where you're at there. I
was going to say either eight and one or seven
and two, and I'm kind of leaning towards seven and
two myself. Just to give you an idea on how
difficult it is to go wire to wire at home unbeaten,
there were only two teams in the entire league last
year that went unbeaten at home. It was the Bills
and the cheating.
Speaker 2 (24:25):
Bills in Kansas. That was it.
Speaker 1 (24:26):
Nobody else went unbeaten at home, not even Minnesota and Detroit.
Detroit was like fifteen and two or fourteen and two
or fourteen and three, and even they had home.
Speaker 2 (24:37):
Loss to the Bills.
Speaker 1 (24:39):
Yeah, and you know Minnesota had a home loss. It's
it's hard to pull off. So yeah, I like seven
and two. That seems to be afe spot to come
down again.
Speaker 3 (24:50):
I think the Bills can be seven and two on
the road or even better, and you go down and
you know you do it.
Speaker 1 (24:56):
Well, they only have eight they only have eight road games,
so let's remember, so they would be So do you
think they're gonna be six and two or do you
think they're gonna be seven and one on the road?
Speaker 3 (25:08):
Cleveland, New England, Pittsburgh, Houston, Miami, Carolina, Atlanta, the Jets. Yeah,
I'll go I'll go six and I'll go seven and one,
seven and one, Okay, So Steve's going fourteen and three
on the Bills record this year.
Speaker 2 (25:26):
Giddy up, I'll do it.
Speaker 3 (25:28):
Giddy up, I'll go there. Now it's a long season.
Who knows, but yeah, they're gonna be.
Speaker 1 (25:36):
I'm inclined to go six and two there and you
go thirteen and four. Yeah, kind of like just what
they did last year. I kind of see that in
the cards for them.
Speaker 3 (25:44):
Will that be enough to get a high seat? And
what's gonna be the number one seed? You think somebody's
gonna go fourteen?
Speaker 1 (25:49):
And I'll admit I have I'm gonna admit I haven't
taken a look at the other team's schedules just yet.
I'm gonna be doing that over the next couple of
days to kind of formulate an educated opinion on that, because.
Speaker 3 (26:02):
The Chiefs it's not going to be easy for him
to get there.
Speaker 1 (26:07):
Well, their division is better, Denver is a better team,
Chargers are a better team. They play Still Suck.
Speaker 3 (26:13):
They play the Ravens, they Prayed, play the Lions, they
play the Washington Commanders.
Speaker 2 (26:19):
Obviously, Denver twice and the Cowboys. So oh, they played
the Eagles and the Eagles, so yeah, they Yeah, thirteen and.
Speaker 1 (26:28):
Four might get it done in the conference.
Speaker 2 (26:30):
Maybe.
Speaker 1 (26:31):
I think a lot of these teams are gonna beaten
up on each other, and you know, I think it'll come,
it'll you know they're lost.
Speaker 3 (26:38):
Yeah, might be a little higher darts from this end
of it. But some of these teams are going to
emerge like Washington Commanders did last year. They were an
afterthought for most of the offseason and preseason last year
and all of a sudden, you know, there they were
at the end. It was impressive. So there'll be another
one of those, or two and two one or two
(26:59):
go in the other direction.
Speaker 1 (27:00):
Our closing figure deals with Buffalo's home field dominance of late.
As we know, Buffalo in a perfect eight and know
at home in the regular season ten and oer counting playoffs.
Has previously mentioned, the Chiefs were the only other unbeaten
team at home last season as we told you, but
since twenty twenty two, the Bills have the best home
record in the NFL twenty two to three over the
(27:22):
last three seasons at high Mark Stadium.
