Speaker 1 (00:00):
You're listening to Hawk Talk with former Seahawks wide receiver
Michael Bumpus.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
Playfake gonna roll right, jumps it off into the right
flat to Michael Bumpers, who bounces off of one tackler
cats inside the forty down of the thirty.

Speaker 3 (00:11):
Five yard line powered by seahawks dot Com.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
Matt Pumpfake's looking to the gold line. He throws it
into the m zone. Touchdown, Say Hawks, it's Michael Bumpas
with a diving catching the end zone. A ten yard
touchdown receptions for Bumpus, and the kid out of Washington
State has found himself a place on this team.

Speaker 4 (00:30):
Now, here's your host, Nasa Chopie.

Speaker 1 (00:33):
Welcome into another edition of Hawk Talk, another one the
Seahawks victorious beating the Arizona Cardinals thirty to eighteen down
in Glendale, Arizona. We are broadcasting from the Seahawks Podcast Studio,
presented by Sony, the official partner of the Seattle Seahawks.
Bump and I'm gonna jump right into it because we've
got some good stuff to talk about. Yeah, got some
good stuff. Seahawks obviously take care business. Forth can say

(00:53):
good win. That is their four hundredth regular season win
in franchise history. So big ups there, lots of wins.
Yawks are now ten one in one against Arizona at
State Farm Stadium since twenty thirteen owned that thing. The
twelves are out there in full force. As we heard them,
they were loud, they were loud. And then Seattle's won
seven in a row and eight of nine in this series.

Speaker 5 (01:14):
That's crazy. I didn't feel like they had that that
much dominance. I know Colt McCoy snuck one in the
years ago. Yeah, but uh, Kyler Murray hasn't beaten the
Hawks yet.

Speaker 2 (01:23):
Is that?

Speaker 1 (01:23):
Is that what you told me? Or is that he's
that I hear that he's beaten the Hawks. He just
hasn't beaten him down there. Okay, I mean, let's see,
I'm trying to think the last loss down there that
ten to one to one. The loss is twenty twenty
COVID YEP, where the Seahaws are five and no memory,
lost in overtime and then though other than the tie
obviously in twenty sixteen, but their only other wins have
been up at Lomenfield unfortunately.

Speaker 4 (01:43):
Anyway, things are good, Bob.

Speaker 6 (01:44):
Looking good, baby, let's get it.

Speaker 4 (01:46):
Vibes are goodletop right into that matchup. What had happened, See.

Speaker 1 (01:52):
What had happened was what had happened at first was
what had happened was on Hawk Talk. But the Seahawks
defense has been dominant the last five games.

Speaker 4 (02:02):
They're probably the corport not probably.

Speaker 1 (02:03):
They are the culporate for the turnaround in this season
and what's happened as of late. And like I said,
they're the major factor. They're the reason why the Seahawks
are the position they are. But Sunday, for the first
time in a couple weeks, kind of started off a
little rocky defensively, wasn't their best start. Cardinals march right
down the field, going six plays seven yards, ending with
the forty one touch forty one yard touchdown to Michael

(02:23):
Wilson that made the score seven zero.

Speaker 4 (02:25):
So Seahawks behind the ball early.

Speaker 5 (02:27):
Yeah, Covid just got caught flat footed. I don't know
exactly what the call was. Maybe he was expecting some
help somewhere, a reroute, who knows, but goodbye the Cardinals to.

Speaker 6 (02:35):
Come out swing him.

Speaker 5 (02:36):
But the Seahawks offense will respond, but a drive of
their own legal thirteen plays seventy one yards. Had to
settle for field goals. Okay, you get points. That made
the score seven to three. That's when the defense got going.

Speaker 2 (02:47):
Man.

Speaker 5 (02:47):
On the next drive, Ernest Jones drops to the hook
reeves Kyler Murray's eyes snatches it out the air. It
was intended for Marvin Harrison. On the next place, Geno
waste no time. Jayson corner route, nice routes at the
top of his route, violent with the stick left foot
in the ground in the corner touchdown way to respond quickly, Yeah.

Speaker 4 (03:06):
No kidding.

Speaker 1 (03:06):
And you talked about that violent move as a safety
there he kind of he didn't.

Speaker 4 (03:11):
Make him freeze, but he kind of he kind of
froze right there, like.

Speaker 6 (03:13):
A little lost step like what you're doing, which.

Speaker 1 (03:16):
Jay said, he's smooth, smooth, smooth, smooth. That made the
score ten to seven. Two plays later, the Kyler Murray
got forced into another bad decision that he was pressured
then picked off by Kobe Bryant, his third on the season.
So the Seahawks offense made the Cardinals pay once again,
driving down the field on five plays forty six yards,
ending with a one yard touchdown from Zach Sharperney.

Speaker 4 (03:36):
Bump.

Speaker 1 (03:36):
Can you talk about what happened on that play a
little bit on Zach Sharpernett. Yeah, a lot, a lot happened.
A lot happened. Was that one where they were shifted
all the most? Yeah, I got it tied in there.
We're gonna shift you that way. We got a receiver,
he's gonna move Zach Sharpenna. Actually you go over here.
There was just a lot of window dressing. And you
know what, I appreciate that because inside the five yard
line this team has not been really successful. And Grubb said,

(03:57):
we gotta try something else. We can't just line up
and try to play big boy football, get downhill because
unfortunately that's just not our game. So you get outside
and give it to Sharbonay and you get her done.

Speaker 6 (04:08):
So I appreciate them trying something different.

Speaker 5 (04:11):
Even if it didn't work, I would have appreciated a
different approach.

Speaker 4 (04:14):
Well, the thing about it, you mentioned all the moves.

Speaker 1 (04:17):
First of all, when you move the tight ends all
over the place, because they've had formations, they have three
tight ends out there.

Speaker 4 (04:21):
But I wrote it down. I think there was four moves.

Speaker 1 (04:23):
Brady Russell, he shifts the offset right, then Zack Charbonay
motions outside outside of the tight end. Then aj Barner
comes across the formation. Now he's the other wing on
the other side, and then Sharbai comes back in motion.
Titans come out hat on a hat. I love it
because he was in his back. Let's just call it
what it is.

Speaker 6 (04:39):
Yep.

Speaker 1 (04:40):
You have to get creative in situations where you're struggling.
So big ups on Ryan greb on that. That made
the score seventeen to seven. Bump Cardinals. They would respond
after that a little decent drive. They'd have several field
goal that made the score seventeen to ten, and then
after back to back punts from both teams, the Seahawks
would really chake control of this football game with Zach
Charbone broke off a fifty one yard touchdown, making the

(05:01):
score twenty four to ten.

Speaker 6 (05:03):
That was nice.

Speaker 5 (05:03):
We're gonna we're gonna look at that a little later,
give you all the details, but that was a back
breaker fifty one yards. Sharbonnege getting down hill and doing
what he's supposed to do. Then the Seahawks they will
go into the locker room up at the half by
two scores. After back to back punts, the Seahawks offense
would get back on the scoreboard again after ten plays
forty five yards, settling for a field goal from Jason Myers.

Speaker 6 (05:24):
On third down, Geno Smith.

Speaker 5 (05:26):
Nearly connected with Tyler Tyler Lockett in the corner. It
was a vengeance Tyler Lockett situation. Just couldn't pull an in,
but it's alid good. They settle for a field goal
that made it to score twenty seven to ten.

Speaker 4 (05:39):
Cardinals.

Speaker 1 (05:39):
They would try to stay in the football game, responding
with a twelve play seventy yard touchdown. Driver Kyler Murray
found James Conner and I still play called little shovel
pass yep. They would convert the two point conversion to
make it twenty seven to eighteen. So the game is
kind of feeling like in reach. The Seahawks never felt
like they weren't in control, but at that point it's
a game. The Hawks will punt on their next two
drives and the Cardinals will drive all the way down
to the Seahawks twenty any one yard line. After getting

(06:01):
stopped on third down, they would decide, Hey, we're gonna
need to get you know, we're down two scores. Let's
kick the field goal. Not so fast. They went out there.
Chad Ryland, he was doing double duty. He was punting,
he was kicking. Unfortunately, the kick went off the crossbar
and he missed a forty yard field goal.

Speaker 5 (06:15):
I hate to see it. They're Uh, their punter twisted
his ankle. Man unfortunate, but been rough punter. It has
been rough youself. You got what the cheese on their
third punter. You got Tucker missing stuff.

Speaker 1 (06:26):
Michael Dixon big ups getting back in the Yeah, Mike
back in the backspasm stuff.

Speaker 5 (06:29):
It's a kicking game across the league is crazy right now. Uh,
the Hawks would We'll put the game one of the
next drive, though, another field goal from Jason Myers made
the score thirty to eighteen, and the defense would keep
the Cardinals out of the end zone on the game's
final drive. The Seahawks out game the Cardinals four hundred
and nine yards to three fifty six. The Seahawks also
out rush the Cardinals. Look at that one seventy six

(06:50):
to one twenty one. Man, we haven't seen that in
a while.

Speaker 4 (06:54):
No, we haven't.

Speaker 1 (06:54):
Actually, well, it was the best performance of the season
in the football. First time they had one hundred yard
rusher since the Week one, and it was the first
time the team as a team they had rushed for
over one hundred yards since the Rams game in November.
Seahawks one time possession thirty three to twenty six. And
most importantly, they won the tur turnover battle going to
and Ozero.

Speaker 5 (07:14):
Yes, sir, you win the turnover battle, You're probably gonna
win that game.

Speaker 6 (07:18):
So big us for them.

Speaker 5 (07:19):
And after the Hawks lost five or six games, they
have now won four games in a row. First time
that happens is twenty twenty two. That doesn't feel right.
The Seahawks remain all alone the first place in NFC West.

Speaker 4 (07:32):
Love to see it. And here's the thing. The Seahawks
are going for a five in a row.

Speaker 1 (07:34):
The last time that happened was the last time Seahawks
had won the NFC West title.

Speaker 4 (07:38):
That was back in.

Speaker 1 (07:38):
Twenty twenty all right, so there was more of that
good mojo. We were broadcasting live from the Seahawks Podcast Studio,
presented by Sony, the official partner of the Seattle Seahawks
and Bump. I think it's safe to say this was
the most complete game by the Seahawks this season. Offense, defense,
special teams. Let's talk about it, playmakers, touching, playmakers to them,

(08:04):
what time it is? Ho wait normally, but we start
with the quarterback and we'll get to Genoss a day.

Speaker 4 (08:11):
No, not today.

Speaker 1 (08:12):
You gotta talk about these running backs specifically Zach sharbonnay
Man career day Career Day twenty two carries one hundred
and thirty four yards, two touchdowns. He also had seven
receptions for fifty nine yards career hiding total yards, rushing
yards and receiving yards. First one hundred yard game since
Ken Walker had one hundred and three in the season
opener vers Denver.

Speaker 4 (08:32):
That was Week one.

Speaker 1 (08:33):
We just completed Week fourteen. So love to see it.
Zach Sharbon name running his tailoff, running hard. The offensive
line obviously, if we're talking about Zach, we gotta give
props to the old line did their thing.

Speaker 4 (08:43):
But it was really cool to see.

Speaker 1 (08:45):
Hey, but the Seahawks are capable of running the football
when they want to. And I just love the physicality
and that just shows that's the last missing piece to
what can take this team to the next level.

Speaker 5 (08:54):
And there were downhills kind of runs, you know, guard
tackle pools, you got traps and powers. You did run
some zone but I hit up my connections at UCLA
today and I said, man, what you guys do with
Zach Scharbone. It was a more gap scheme was the
zone he goes? It was actually more zone. So the
fact that he got off during the gap scheme, I
think obviously he's capable of doing it.

Speaker 6 (09:13):
He is a running back. You do both.

Speaker 5 (09:15):
But maybe he's adding something to his game a little
bit because it was a lot of zone at UCLA. Nonetheless,
big day for Zach Charbeney deserves all the flowers in
the love that he is getting.

Speaker 6 (09:24):
Now we're getting to our quarterback.

Speaker 5 (09:26):
Geno Smith was twenty four thirty twenty to thirty three
yards in one touchdown, the second consecutive game with zero turnovers.
That is crucial, So the first half of all season
he's gone multiple games without a turnover. He completed eighty
percent of his passes, the best of the year so far.
Look at Gino when you give him time, look at it.
And also what I liked, he wasn't forcing it down
the field. He took so many checkdowns. Man Aj Barner

(09:48):
had a big reception of thirt two yards running gaves
over you got obviously Zach Scharbonay, contributing to the game.
I love the composure in the decision making of Geno.

Speaker 1 (09:57):
Yeah, I mean taking care of the football's paramount. And
how many time this year have we seen Geno go
to the podium and take responsibility for a lot of
interceptions Quite frankly that weren't his fault somewhere, but a
lot of them haven't been this season. And every time
we talk about his eyes, it's got to be better.
They trust me with the ball in my hands to
make good decisions, and that's exactly what he's done the
last two weeks. And like you said, it helps when

(10:19):
you're not under pressure. It helps when you're not getting
sacked a million times of games. So big ups to
the on line and big ups to Gino.

Speaker 5 (10:24):
Second game in a row where he experienced the least
pressure of the season. Big us Brady Henderson for that stats.
Second week in a row.

Speaker 4 (10:30):
It's hey, I love that trend.

Speaker 1 (10:32):
I'll take that trend because, honestly, I mean, we're not
going to get super ahead of ourselves, but if the
Seahawks can protect and run the football, this team can.

Speaker 4 (10:39):
Beat anyone in the NFC.

Speaker 1 (10:41):
I'll say it right now, the NFC, as good as
the Lions are, as good as the Eagles are, as
good as the Vikings are, Packers wherever you want to
say it, the compete with any one of them, that
they're playing football like that. I mean, shoot, they almost
beat the Lions and that's a completely different team man
on the road. That personnel is a lot different these days. Yeah,
and I'll take the chances in that one in the

(11:01):
rematch anyway. We'll keep it going down the list. Jackson
Smith and Jig Budd just doing what he does, what
he's been doing. Five receptions for eighty two yards one touchdown,
set a single season career high with five touchdowns, and
then this is a sixth game in a row he
has led the Seahawks in receiving. Jackson Smith and Jig
Budd is emerging into a number one receiver and it's

(11:21):
pretty cool, and you have two of them on the
same roster.

Speaker 5 (11:23):
He's grooving and Grub is finding ways to get him.
The football man, the slot receiver in today's NFL is
a valuable one and we're seeing that with JSN. He
can play outside too, but he primarily works from the slip.
He's the fifth leading receiver in the league right now,
when it comes to the yards, nine hundred and eleven yards,
that's when check that I go hold up.

Speaker 6 (11:40):
He's just been consistent.

Speaker 5 (11:41):
He has three one hundred yard games, but then he
has a seventy and eighty, a sixty, a sixty to seventy.

Speaker 6 (11:46):
He's consistent. He's looking more and more comfortable.

Speaker 5 (11:48):
Had a couple of big plays on third down fingertip
play where he could have gone down to get the football,
use those hands to get after jsm man, I see you.

Speaker 4 (11:56):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (11:56):
I was probably the most underrated play of the game.
I mean that is just textbook. You can't body catch
that one. Ye, most people would have tried to dive.
I would have tried to dive some hands like that.
I'm gonna hit off my soular pass, but no good
gun on him, knowing that he could do something with it.

Speaker 6 (12:10):
Yeah, yeah, get money. Next up.

Speaker 5 (12:11):
Ernest Jones Man probably the best acquisition mid season in
a while. Ernest Jones Man, Big ups, big cat too.
I ain't sleeping on your dog, but this year it's
about Ernest Jones getting picked up eight tackles, one pass defended,
one interception, third consecutive season with one hundred tackles. Man
first game has a Seahawks that he didn't leave the
team in tackles because the young homie Tyree's Night did,

(12:32):
But Ernest Jones is the Him and Leonard are like
the personality of this defense. When Mike McDonald dreams of
this Seahawks defense at night, he dreams of the physicality
of Leonard Williams and Ernest.

Speaker 1 (12:46):
Jones without question. I mean, Paul Moore mentioned it on
the postgame show last night. It was the first time
we'd potentially even seen Ernest missus tackle. Yeah, like, oh
my god, he is human, He's missing tackle.

Speaker 4 (12:57):
No, Ernest is a.

Speaker 1 (12:58):
Baller and so is Leonard Williams playing right down the
middle of that defense. Are balling out big reasons why
the Seahawks are doing what they're doing. And you just
mentioned it, Tyree Knight balling out too. Led the team
in tackles for the first time, twelve tackles, two pass
defended and bringing the wood too.

Speaker 4 (13:12):
He smacks somebody last year. I mean, no, buddy, he
just looks confident.

Speaker 1 (13:16):
He was on the huddle this past week and just
hearing him talking, is watching how he commands the room
he's just confident on the football field the first couple
games rightfully. So you're a rookie who was not expected
to play as much as he was. He got thrown
in there early against the Patriots and the dolphinse You
look at him now, he looks like a season vet
out there, Doge.

Speaker 6 (13:32):
He's smooth.

Speaker 5 (13:32):
He's a smooth operator out there. I'm happy for Tyree's Knight.
They man, they rolled the dice with these two Ernest Jones.
Obviously he has a track record. We knew that he
was going to be good, but you never know how
guys ads. But then Tyree's Knight, they said, look, we'll
get rid of some guys for you give you some snaps.

Speaker 6 (13:47):
He's taking full advantage of that thing, My dude.

Speaker 5 (13:51):
Kobe Bryant four tackles, one pass defended in one interception,
the second time he's picked up Kyler Murray this year.
Kyler Murray got a hate Kobe Brian at this point.
Last time it was a pick six. This time it
was him covering up for a mistake. Essentially. We heard
Mike McDonald talk about what happened. There was a bust
on that play, Kobe Bryant being the football player. I

(14:11):
was telling my coldest today. You always have a plan
X and o's on paper, but then you got to
go and just play football sometimes, right, that's not my assignment.
But the ball is in the air, I'm just going
to go attack it and get it. And he got
his third interception. He leads to the team. Now he
win his first like twenty five to twenty eight games
with no interceptions. My man's got three this year. Kobe
Bryant is holding down that safety spot.

Speaker 1 (14:32):
No question about it. Mister opportunity himself. He had to
his fairness. Quandre Diggs stole a couple of picks from
him because of the penalties. Yeah, yeah, but no, I
love what Kobe Bryant's doing again. And you get an
opportunity and you don't let it go. And the competition
on this football team is absolutely crazy. Right now, broadcasting
live from Seahawks Podcast Junior, presented by Sony, the official

(14:53):
partner of the Seattle Seahawks. We mentioned him a little
bit earlier, Leonard Williams doing his thing. Seven tackles, two
TfL is, one pass defended. When you you have a
stat line like that and you're barely mentioned in the
game crazy, that showed you the bar that you have set.
Obviously finally won Defensive Player of the Week last week.
And Leonard Williams big cat doing his thing. Bump back
on offense. What do we see from the receivers?

Speaker 5 (15:15):
Receivers gotta go on in Jackson, Smith and Jay With
the last four games, he has a ninety two percent
catch rate. Ninety two percent so today or yesterday. Five targets,
five receptions, eighty two yards, one touchdown. Zach Charvine perfect,
seven targets, seven receptions fifty nine yards.

Speaker 6 (15:32):
DK, don't sleep on DK.

Speaker 5 (15:34):
I know Jsen is getting a lot of love, but
DK had a couple of big catches late in the
game two and he is due. Six targets, four catches
for forty nine yards. Noah Fan had three for eight.
Team AJ Barner had the biggest reception that wasn't a
touchdown or a third down pickup of the day man
when he caught that ball in the flap and ran
over the Cardinals defender had the whole sideline high. He

(15:55):
had one for thirteen. Kenny McIntosh big ups. He touched
the ball seven times.

Speaker 6 (15:59):
Run on the rock. But here you had two receptions
for seven.

Speaker 5 (16:01):
Yards, Barrel Brown got him one one for six, and
then Halani, you know what you get your first reception,
it's a negative, but it's okay.

Speaker 6 (16:08):
Receipt, you touch the rock, it's all good.

Speaker 4 (16:11):
Well, I just love what they were able to do.

Speaker 1 (16:12):
You look at attempts in rushing attempts, superbounds offensive attack from
the Seahawks.

Speaker 4 (16:16):
So love to see that there. But that'll bring us
to the play the game.

Speaker 1 (16:20):
Zach Charbonnay takes it fifty one yards to the house
in the second quarterday.

Speaker 3 (16:26):
Left side has a first down of that's up, he's
down the thirty the twenty fifteen to ten to five
touchdown Seahawks, and they are still chasing. Zack Charbonay forty
nine yards to pay dirt his second touchdown of the game.

Speaker 2 (16:45):
The Seahawks came in saying, we gotta find a way
to run the ball, Holy catfish. They do forty nine
yards for another six for Charbonay and the Seahawks extend
their lead twenty three to ten.

Speaker 5 (17:00):
Man, what I love about gap scheme runs, So that's
when you're pinning, you're pulling guys. It's not his zone
where everyone's getting downhill is that when it hits it
looks just beautiful.

Speaker 4 (17:11):
And this is.

Speaker 6 (17:11):
Exactly what happens right here.

Speaker 5 (17:12):
Typically when you run this kind of play, I call
this like a GT pull, a guard tackle pull. That
right side is gonna pull, and everyone from the center
to the left side are just gonna block down and
then Cross is gonna get to that second level to
the linebacker. Typically, when you do this, you have e
motion going the opposite direction, kind of hold the end.
This time they're gonna say, now, we're not gonna do

(17:33):
any emotion. Geno's gonna hold the end by him just
being available. Right If that guy goes downhill, maybe Gino
has the option to pull him.

Speaker 6 (17:40):
Gino ain't thinking about pulling it. He's given it to
Zach sharper name.

Speaker 5 (17:42):
So what happens is hands a football off the right
side of the line goes crazy, Oh Maya, and we
got our guy able Luke is all Maya blows somebody up.

Speaker 4 (17:52):
Right.

Speaker 5 (17:53):
You don't pass up color now, you do not pass
up a jersey. The guy that's vacated about Charles Cross
thinks he's free, then he sees the big boy lights
him up. You got Abe Lucas wrapping around scaring Kazier
White the line back of there, and then Charles Cross
working up to that second level, and Zach Sharbnay does
a great job of just giving those big boys time
to get in front, filling the space, hitting it and

(18:15):
then finishing it.

Speaker 1 (18:16):
No, I love Tala Laomaya crushing the game. Anybody pull
like that and you put someone on their back, I'm
sure they're gonna love watching that in film today. The
other thing too, is as a defender, he again, his
eyes probably got super big. He's like, oh, I'm free,
and it's like you're either going you either got to
keep your outside arm free or you got a wrong
shoulder that and try to spill it. But he didn't
neither and just ended up on the ground because Loo

(18:38):
Maya the Utah boy was like, uh uh, bro, I'm
gonna put you here against your will yep, and then
Ken or Zach Scharbarney did the rest.

Speaker 4 (18:44):
So love to see that and if they can. They
found some success with that, and.

Speaker 1 (18:47):
They went to it over and over again last game,
So I'm hoping that's just the tip of the iceberg
because Bump, you know, obviously, as an offensive coordinator, once
you start having success with certain plays, all the different
things you can do off of that action because they have.

Speaker 4 (18:59):
To respect it.

Speaker 6 (19:00):
I got five plays in my mind right now going
off for that.

Speaker 1 (19:03):
Once you swing by Grubs office on the way you
got you chop it up and figure out what had happened.
But the Seahawks another huge win taking down the division
rival Cardinals and bump this.

Speaker 4 (19:14):
I could get used to this.

Speaker 1 (19:15):
Yeah, four weeks see in a row, give us the
best formation in football.

Speaker 2 (19:20):
Here comes the Seahawks offense onto the field and the
Vikings defense trutching out there knowing that one kneel down
and the Seahawks are gonna line the clock down and
win this one.

Speaker 4 (19:32):
It's the victory formation on Hawk Talk. I alluded to
it earlier.

Speaker 1 (19:36):
This is probably the most complete game the Seahawks have
played all season long. They were getting all phases against
the in the game, the offense, defense, special teams. We
know what a disaster special teams was the week before,
so love to see them come out there play clean
football and bump.

Speaker 4 (19:51):
It was about the run game.

Speaker 5 (19:52):
It was about the run game. Let me pick up
the special team zone. No football's put on the ground.
The Canadian came in Jalen and did his thing the
biggest a special teams too. But yeah, run game one
hundred and seventy six on the ground one thirty four
from Zach sharbon Dame, the first time since Week nine
the Seahawks had rushed for more than one hundred yards
as a team. We've been begging, we've been asking for this,

(20:13):
we had it, finally showed up.

Speaker 4 (20:15):
No love to see it.

Speaker 1 (20:16):
And again, anytime you have something like that happened, everyone's
happy for him.

Speaker 4 (20:21):
We want ken Walker to be back, Yes, soon possible.
And if you got.

Speaker 1 (20:24):
Both of them playing like that, I'm telling you, man,
wash out of the seas at this run game.

Speaker 6 (20:28):
They don't see on Kenny mack sprinkling a little.

Speaker 1 (20:31):
Kenny, come on, man, I'm so advocated Mack too. You
could just see it felt the same. If he had
the same amount of carries, I feel like you would
have had the same production because he was seeing things
well and he's running hard.

Speaker 4 (20:40):
So big up Kenny McIntosh. And then Gino Smith.

Speaker 1 (20:43):
He was efficient for the second week in a row,
and like I said, most important thing, no turnovers, taking
care of the football, and Gino was in sack all long.
Big up's the offensive line because they're playing some good
ball too.

Speaker 6 (20:54):
Big boys getting it done.

Speaker 5 (20:55):
Defensively, the Seahawks continue to find ways to take the
ball away. You picked off Murray twice and you didn't
allow the run game to go nuts.

Speaker 6 (21:04):
I don't think people realize this about the Cardinals.

Speaker 5 (21:06):
At one point that the fifth best rush game in
the in the NFL, and then coming into this game,
they had a top three defense, they had a top
five or six offense. They were playing some good football,
but this defense kind of locked them up.

Speaker 1 (21:20):
They went for like a buck fifty on the Vikings,
who had the number one run defense the week before. Yeah,
and they were I believe they were so the sixth
run offense in the league going into last week. So
the Seahawks shutting them down, doing their thing. Remember, guys,
the CENTRAFL season. Feel every play, every hit, every moment
with the Sony one thousand XM five noise canceling headphones,
the official headphones of the Seattle Seahawks. With premium noise cancelation,

(21:42):
you're in the zone, no distractions. Is pure football. Whether
you're in your living room or on the go, You'll
never miss a beat with Sony headphones, Bump Seahawks in
the driver's SEATONFC West got to keep stacking. These wins
got the Packers coming into town on Sunday night. Football, Baby,
you want to talk about every week the Seahawks have

(22:03):
felt like they've been playing a playoff game.

Speaker 4 (22:05):
Here's another one at home.

Speaker 1 (22:06):
This is a huge one in the NFC and me
and bump will dive into everything about the Packers. Coming
up on Thursday with the next preview edition of Hawk Talk.
Again the Seahawks getting it done beating the Cardinals thirty
to eighteen. He's Michael Bumpus on NASA Chobe. Thanks for listening.
