We're at the Miller Electric Center. Nine new faces are
coming in from free agency. Jordan Lewis, defensive back. You
are one of those people. Welcome to Jacksonville. Okay.

What's this process been like for you? To come from
the Cowboys where you've been for a while, from how
you're in It's exciting.

Speaker 3 (00:20):
Uh, you know, we I was a little kind of anxious,
but uh, at the same time, I'm excited for the
opportunity and I'm I'm grateful that you know, Jacksonville. Uh,
the organization saw me as a a vital piece of
what they wanna do and build. So I'm excited to
g to get started.

Speaker 2 (00:35):
There's a lot of new faces around here.

Speaker 1 (00:36):
In the off season, we've had a ton of changes
front office, new coach and Liam Cohen.

Speaker 2 (00:41):
Is it exciting for you to be a part of that.

Speaker 1 (00:42):
Obviously you're going to a new franchise, but they're kind
of rebuilding right now as well. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (00:46):
Absolutely.

Speaker 3 (00:46):
I mean it's some degrees of separation. So we know
people that know people and they're familiar with you know,
each other's you know, personalities and like coach going and
and and the GM Miss Gladstone. Uh so it was
it was some some connections there already. So I'm just excited.
I've been through a few rebuilds myself in Dallas, so

I'm excited for the opportunity to you know, just to
help out and and and be known as a a
guy to to to to spark you know, a revolution
in in Jacksonville.

Absolutely.

Speaker 1 (01:17):
Uh. I feel like defensive backs they always have very
unique personalities. Right do you feel like you have a
little bit of like your game personality and how you
are off the fielder you.

Speaker 3 (01:25):
Feel like you're supposed to get those those two people
are completely two different people.

Speaker 1 (01:29):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:29):
So, well, on the field, you know, I'm as uh
ferocious as ever, But off it, I'm I'm a family
man that loves to have fun, enjoy yourself. But uh,
like you said, it's it's an alter ego down when
I get on the field. And hopefully you know, the
the the Jacks fans there, they appreciate that.

What can Jacks fans expect when you take the field.

Speaker 3 (01:46):
Uh my intensity, my uh, i'm'a give it my all,
you know, and I'm I'm gonna adopt this, you know,
as my home, and hopefully they they adopt me, you
know too. So I just wanna be a part of
the community and just just be and be known to
someone that that that represents them really well.
