Speaker 1 (00:00):
Wow, Jordan and Jake, I'll go good. I'm ignited, ready
to go the home stops.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
He throws at a crossfield.

Speaker 1 (00:09):
Guess who, George Gross, here are your Panther Hall of
Honor remembers Jordan Gross and Jake Delome.

Speaker 3 (00:19):
Jake, I'm in California still. We're recording this on Tuesday.
I don't have no idea when we're gonna release it.
That's not my decision. But I'm still at the hotel.
Jake covered for you on Monday Night Football. Some highs
and lows from the trip. Jake, I'm gonna be honest
with you.

Speaker 2 (00:35):
You know.

Speaker 4 (00:35):
I got here at the hotel.

Speaker 3 (00:37):
Eight thirty in the morning, a direct flight from Idaho,
and I never left the lobby until it was time
to go to the game, if you could believe that
or not, because I ended up talking to Panthers.

Speaker 4 (00:47):
There was like with the night game.

Speaker 3 (00:50):
The players were just milling around NonStop around the hotel,
you know what I mean, like cause there's like so
much time to kill. They all were up super early,
so I hung out Lou could drink coffee, and then
Ryan Khalil showed up. He was here for the game
and Deshaun Foster came to the game with his wife
and we caught up.

Speaker 4 (01:07):
So it's like old homeweek Jake and great.

Speaker 3 (01:10):
Build up Monday night football, Levi Stadium, the sight of
the Super Bowl this year, and then the game didn't
go our way, so it's an interesting day. And then
my good friend Jake was on the day manning cast.
So there's lots to cover here, buddy.

Speaker 1 (01:25):
Yeah, buddy, it was a I did. I had some
fomo yesterday. I mean I I it really bothered me
during the day yesterday.

Speaker 2 (01:33):
I guess leading up to the game, wish.

Speaker 1 (01:36):
I was there one knowing you were coming in and
then certainly hurt Khalil was coming into Sean and just
being at that game, Monday night football, and yeah. So
but I was able to watch it at the house
and went on the manning cast in the fourth quarter
and really hopeful that, you know, we would have pulled

(01:56):
it out. I just I truly believed there was gonna
be one of those where we was gonna come down
to the end and we were gonna win it at
the end, and what better way to do it? And
I still thought, you know, I still thought that was
an opportunity that we had, but just a tough night, Jordan.
And you know, I read some of the coach canalysis
from the press conference late last night and he said

(02:18):
I was hoping we could take that next step, and
I thought, exactly like him, this is the next step.

Speaker 2 (02:25):
And I think we're taking steps right on growth and
things like that, but last night would have been a
huge step.

Speaker 1 (02:31):
And man, we battled some injuries guys, and our guys
fought hard, but man, it was just it was disappointing
because I think we had opportunities last.

Speaker 3 (02:39):
Night, absolutely, And you think Jake gave us the ball
three times in the first half, man, and Christian McCaffrey fumbled, like, yeah,
never happens, right. There was just such an odd game, man,
Like before the game, you know, you do your keys
to the game, and you're talking on the air and
off the air, and you sometimes can't remember if you
said something on or if you said up. But some

(03:02):
point in the day I said, man, we just got
to play clean. Like, if we play a clean game,
I think we got a shot to beat these guys, right,
and golly if we could have, because we we get
a turnover.

Speaker 1 (03:12):
J C.

Speaker 3 (03:13):
Horn two picks and one gave it. He went from
he had three picks. He went from I think he
was in the top top ten somewhere and picks in
the league. Boom, Now he's tied for first. And we
turned those into nothing, you know, a couple of times,
and then we go, you know, we can we get
a drop by t mac which is you know, unheard
of by him on the third day version, we get

(03:34):
a holding on our first drive of the game, puts
in second and twenty.

Speaker 4 (03:39):
Just not clean.

Speaker 3 (03:40):
And I mean I was shocked by how many times
brock Purdy gave us the ball in that first half. Jake,
it was just an odd game by both teams in
that first half.

Speaker 2 (03:50):
Yeah, Jordan was very, very odd. And I know I
went on air.

Speaker 1 (03:54):
A couple of hours before with Soaki on Panther pregame,
and I was hopeful, like, you know, everyone's talking about
the run game right from last week the pass game
from last weekend, and that was great.

Speaker 2 (04:06):
But I'm like, man, we can run the ball in
this team. That's what we have to do.

Speaker 1 (04:10):
And keep Christian off of the field him and Kittle,
just keep them away because we actually ran it.

Speaker 2 (04:18):
Okay, Jordan it's just we didn't possess it enough. That
was the thing.

Speaker 1 (04:22):
Both backs were averaging over four yards of carrying, but
just we never possessed it enough. And then the cruci
will turn over inside the five, and I know Bryce
is beating himself up over now, and it's so easy
to see when you're watching on TV. I think he
had Mitchell Evans right now, and then that corner actually
played two. He kind of he was playing Bryce and

(04:43):
then he fell back and got the pick, and you know,
that's one Bryce is gonna want to have back. And
it's just one of those games where the opportunities were there,
we just couldn't take advantage of him. And it's one
where you gotta flush it in a short period of
time because this week it's here already, it's already Tuesday.
I'm not sure what time the guys got back, but

(05:04):
it was probably five, six seven in the morning, Charlotte time.
And then you have the in my opinion, the best
team in football showing up at Bank of American Stadium
this Sunday.

Speaker 2 (05:15):
So it's a short week that we got to get
ready to go.

Speaker 1 (05:18):
And we lost some guys last night, some key guys
in my opinion, that went out due to the injury,
and I'm not sure what availability they're gonna be to
us on Sunday.

Speaker 4 (05:27):
Well, Jake, we lost chaer list was out.

Speaker 3 (05:30):
Horn was like a mystery injury, right, Like he went
in at halftime, fine, is what Canalis said after the presser.

Speaker 4 (05:39):
And then he came out for the half after the half.

Speaker 3 (05:42):
And he started to like gett nausea and all the
signs of the concussion or whatever. Then he's at we
get that report that hit up in the booth from
sharing down on the sideline, We're like, what the heck happened?

Speaker 4 (05:52):
Man? And when you get the guy like that out,
it's significant.

Speaker 1 (05:55):
Yeah, And honestly so JC and I think it was
more of a friendly fire earlier in the game, in
the first or second quarter.

Speaker 2 (06:03):
I can't recall. I watched it.

Speaker 1 (06:05):
And and it's like I thought, I saw him kind
of take a while to get up, and I said, man,
I hope it's not a head deal.

Speaker 2 (06:11):
And Jordan, I think we all know some of those.

Speaker 1 (06:14):
I think you're learning, we're learning more about the whole
the head issue. That's something that it just kind of
it kept on creeping up a little bit and then
when he had a.

Speaker 2 (06:23):
Time to I guess let the body calm down, it's
when it kicked in, you know. So that was so unfortunate.

Speaker 1 (06:30):
And then claud and cherlists, you know, he's one that
was getting an opportunity and we played so many young guys.
But I got to give credit. I think Shaw Smith
Wade we had a great tackle on Christian coming up.

Speaker 2 (06:43):
I think Bam did the same thing.

Speaker 4 (06:45):
Luke was read hot on Bam. Luke was like in
a good way.

Speaker 3 (06:48):
He was so impressed with how he played and having
a tackle for loss on Christian.

Speaker 4 (06:52):
McCaffery is not an easy thing.

Speaker 3 (06:53):
We actually got to talk to him after the game
as our player you know, interview, and I said, hey,
going from undrafted rookie free agents and now you're playing,
you know, thirty something snaps on Monday night football, tackling
Christian McCaffrey. You never know what the future holds on
He's He's like, man, I've been so blessed, and you
know he would there's always like within a football game,

(07:14):
there's so many individual players, and yes, the team could
lose and you're upset about that, but that was a
big deal for him and I'm sure his family's just
so proud of him. He's played a good number of
special team snaps one hundred and seventy or something like
that this year, but to get linebacker snaps on Monday
night football is pretty cool for him.

Speaker 2 (07:31):
No, there's no doubt.

Speaker 1 (07:32):
And that's I mean, probably besides the Rams and a
Seattle type, because that's all in essence, the same family
of offense.

Speaker 2 (07:43):
That's the hardest offenses.

Speaker 1 (07:44):
To prepare for, with these sharp motions and these splits,
and so to watch him and there's gonna be some mistakes, right,
but you got to play fast in this league. And
I was impressed with Princely last night. Princelely showed up
on some plays and punching the ball out from Christian
and these young kids this learning curve, it's quick, man,
and you don't know when you're going to be thrown

(08:05):
into the fire. And they got thrown in last night.

Speaker 2 (08:08):
And and we've still got a lot of games left.

Speaker 1 (08:10):
So these young kids, I just I think one that's
one positive I think we could take. Yes, we're down,
we're licking our wounds after last night, but you know,
guys are gonna.

Speaker 2 (08:21):
Have to play and it's you know, the old there's
a bunch of old cliches. It's you gotta be ready
to go. You know that. That's the thing.

Speaker 4 (08:29):
It's and we have to be ready a couple of
things here.

Speaker 3 (08:32):
So the coach Canalis all weekly and after this was
talking about this game being a championship opportunity or something
like that, and he's right.

Speaker 4 (08:40):
I mean, this game.

Speaker 3 (08:41):
Felt different, long travel night game, all the hype that
comes with Monday night.

Speaker 4 (08:46):
I mean, the vibe was just awesome, Jake.

Speaker 3 (08:48):
The weather was great, the hotel we stayed at was beautiful.

Speaker 4 (08:52):
I mean, it was just a great lead up to
the game.

Speaker 3 (08:56):
And then you you squander huge opportunities. It wasn't like
the Niners came out and just played lights out, you
know what I mean. They just they kind of just
played an okay game themselves, just a better okay game,
you know. So the turnaround, now, Jake, this is what's tough.
So you said it. Those guys had to go get
on the plane land at let's say six am on

(09:18):
Tuesday Thanksgiving. So whenever you have here's how it works.
You know this, Jake, but not all our listeners do.
When you have Thanksgiving and it's a home game, it's
a blessing and a curse. And here's why, because you
get to be home for Thanksgiving. Where even if it's
a Sunday game, everybody's home for Thanksgiving. But if it's
the home game, now you got the family and visitors

(09:40):
in and yes, that's wonderful. And when you're a player, yeah,
you love seeing your parents and all that stuff, but
you also have visitors in town. And on this short week, Jake,
where you were on Pacific times, don't come back. Now
you got Thanksgiving, everybody's gonna have visitors in town. And then,
as you said, it's a home game against a dang

(10:00):
good football team that isn't having.

Speaker 4 (10:03):
Visitors, that isn't coming all the way back.

Speaker 3 (10:04):
There's all kinds of excuses ready to go for the
Panthers to not play well.

Speaker 4 (10:09):
They haven't had a buy yet.

Speaker 3 (10:10):
I talked to Dan Morgan before the game and he's like, Buddy,
we need our buy. Like these guys have gone so
many games in a row without having a week of
rest and recuperation. But it's just it's just kind of
grits your teeth and get it done this week. Jake
just sprint to that bye and then you got four
games to go.

Speaker 1 (10:28):
Yeah, Jordan, it's a in the words of John Fox, hey,
nobody's coming save us, right, And that's that's something I
think we heard all the time, and he was so right.

Speaker 2 (10:38):
Nobody's coming save us.

Speaker 1 (10:39):
And this is what we signed up for, and this
is the opportunity we have.

Speaker 2 (10:43):
And you know everything is going against us this.

Speaker 1 (10:46):
Week, right, And so this team, you'd have to assume
it's going to be many walkthroughs. I'm assuming there'll be
one form of practice at one point during the week,
but you know how difficult that's gonna be, just because
of the sheer bodies. And I believe we Savalla again
last night he went out yep.

Speaker 3 (11:04):
Yeah, Well I don't know if he's out like next game.
But and on the quick turnaround the concussion guys, that's
gonna be hard in five days to get them cleared.
And I mean, you know, who knows. But yeah, there's
a lot of things up in the air.

Speaker 2 (11:18):
Yeah, talk about things.

Speaker 3 (11:19):
Talk about game planning though, Jake, So we were talking
about this after the game.

Speaker 4 (11:24):
On these short weeks like this, you kind of gotta go.

Speaker 3 (11:27):
The coaches probably did a little bit of prep leading
last week, but not that much, Jake, because this Monday
night game was like the game, right, so you're not
gonna take away too much from that. Maybe on Sunday
that it's a prepper to air in the hotel Monday
before the Niners game looked ahead at the Rams, but
they're a little bit behind as well, So you're only

(11:47):
gonna have so much install so much new stuff to
be able to put in. What do you expect game
plan wise for the offensive defensive coordinators?

Speaker 1 (11:55):
Well, I think the big thing is that offensively, we
probably didn't get to any of our things last night
because we just didn't possess the ball a ton, right,
So I think there'll be a ton of carryover. So
we talk about a blessing and a curse, Well, this
is the blessing part of it is that we have
some reps already banked from last week that we've done.
And defensively, I know it's not the same offense, but

(12:19):
there's a lot of the same parts, right because McVeigh
and Shanahan they were together and so it's a lot
of the same parts.

Speaker 2 (12:27):
Now it's going to be personnel. Listen, we all know how.

Speaker 1 (12:32):
Good San Fran is and some personnel, but the receivers
that the Rams have San Francisco, they do not possess
those animals that play wide receiver for the.

Speaker 2 (12:41):
Los Angeles Rams.

Speaker 1 (12:42):
Right, and the quarterback this is guy is on the
heater of all heaters, I think, yes, twenty five touchdown
passes and no interceptions in his last so many games.
So they are just playing unbelievable football. They dismantled Tampa
in the first half the other night, So yeah, it's
a it's tough, it's difficult, but communication is going to

(13:02):
be so key, especially I'm just hopeful maybe we get
a Rose Boom back, you know, he missed last week
and the familiarity that he has with mcveay's offense coming
from them.

Speaker 2 (13:13):
I don't know what Trevin's situation.

Speaker 1 (13:15):
That would be huge blessings if we could get these
guys back. But then again, what is their injury Like,
do you risk them for one game and a re
injure to affect them the rest of the season, or
knowing that, hey, we got to give you another week,
knowing we have a bye following that I can have
you for the final push of the season. So it's
going to be very tricky exactly on how the construction

(13:37):
of the roster is going to be made up this week.

Speaker 3 (13:40):
How is Matthew Stafford that you said he's on the
beater of all heaters? His regular season stats this year
two and thirty yards, thirty touchdowns, first in the league,
only two interceptions, sixty nine point seven QBR. He's thirty
seven years old, Jake, And this guy's always been a
starter all the way through. Had some injuries, but he's

(14:01):
like what they he did a restructure, didn't he going
into this season? Like there he was, he tested the market,
there was talking about him leaving, and then now he's
back and he's just killing it.

Speaker 4 (14:11):
Jake. It's incredible.

Speaker 1 (14:13):
He didn't go through training camp, Jordan, he didn't even practice.
He had a back deal that obviously they needed to
give time.

Speaker 2 (14:21):
But it's incredible.

Speaker 1 (14:23):
Two thousand and nine first overall pick and played for
an awful Detroit Really and truly that that it's.

Speaker 2 (14:30):
Not I'm not saying anything that nobody doesn't know.

Speaker 1 (14:32):
That franchise was in disarray for the majority of his.

Speaker 2 (14:36):
Career there and now they guy it turned around.

Speaker 1 (14:39):
But he was a guy that put up a ton
of yards and and listen, everyone would talk about.

Speaker 2 (14:44):
Yeah, that's a lot of empty calories.

Speaker 1 (14:46):
He's putting up because they're they're losing so much and he's.

Speaker 2 (14:48):
Getting all these yards.

Speaker 1 (14:50):
And he had a Hall of Fame receiver in Calvin Johnson,
and but this guy, it's never been in doubt his
ability to throw the football.

Speaker 5 (14:57):
Number one overall player coming out of high school went
to large and number one overall pick and a marvel
at the way he throws, and so much is made
of these no look passes that he does weekly and
his accuracy, the anticipation.

Speaker 1 (15:10):
This guy, he's a he's a gift when he throws
the football. And pair him with McVeigh, who's probably the
leading mind in football offensive mind, and how they attack defenses,
and it's it's been a scary, scary combination.

Speaker 3 (15:24):
He's been sacked five hundred and seventeen times in his life. Jack,
how does that feel?

Speaker 2 (15:28):
It hurts, Jordan, It hurts. I mean, I can only
imagine how he's incredible.

Speaker 4 (15:34):
That's incredible.

Speaker 1 (15:35):
It's like he's found the fountain of youth in that
system and the way they do things.

Speaker 3 (15:40):
What did that trade though, the golf trade with him?
Like what a win win for everybody. You know, it
just rarely is there a trade where both sides this
far down the road from when it happened. You're like, man,
both sides did pretty good on that deal.

Speaker 1 (15:54):
No, there's no doubt they were able to get Golf
who's turned into a fantastic quarterback in the NFL, but
also some of the assets that they were to acquire,
and Detroit's been able to build a team that's been
really a contender for the last few years and again
this year.

Speaker 3 (16:09):
So you're on the Manning cast, which I I don't
know pay.

Speaker 4 (16:13):
I mean, you don't pay better than me.

Speaker 3 (16:14):
I've I've run into him a few times, did some
football stuffs in a concert one time, and so like,
it's always been a great dude. Those guys do a
tremendous job on that show. I love watching it and
you got to go on there. So tell me tell
us about how that whole thing works, Jake, you got
a camera crew comes to your house or what's going on?

Speaker 1 (16:32):
Yeah, so you know, Jordan, really it's they're very prepared naturally,
so the way Peyton is maniacal and everything that he does.

Speaker 2 (16:41):
But leading up to it, the producer.

Speaker 1 (16:43):
Last week, I had numerous phone calls with the producer.

Speaker 2 (16:46):
We had a long zoom call I say long, you know,
on Friday.

Speaker 1 (16:50):
And we just kind of went over some topics that
we could have hit because going on in the fourth quarter,
you don't know what the game's going to be like, right,
and so if it's a if it's a blow away,
then you've got to fill time.

Speaker 2 (17:03):
And so we went over certain stories we would.

Speaker 1 (17:05):
Do, and we were hopefully it was going to be
a really tight game where we could just be all
in it, right, and so we went over a bunch
of things that we could possibly discuss, and camera crew
came to the house. They set up in my office,
and you know, Jordan, you just you get on. I
have the earpiece in my ear and you just start going.
And I have a TV monitor directly below the below

(17:26):
the camera, and so I'm watching the game and you're
trying to talk into the camera at the same time.

Speaker 2 (17:31):
But it was very easy. It flew by, and you
just kind of discussing the game, and then we brought
up a few things.

Speaker 1 (17:37):
He brought up some plays, certainly the moose in Muhammad
play in the Super Bowl for the longest touchdown, the
Steve Smith X clown play. They brought up the play
when my pants ripped and my butt was hanging out
in Atlanta, and they showed plenty of footage on that.
And then another time something I did against Jacksonville my
first start, where I did the fake clock, uh, trying

(17:59):
to get a cheap one at the end, and I
get destroyed because everybody thought I was clocking it.

Speaker 2 (18:04):
So there was a lot of We had a lot
of fun.

Speaker 1 (18:07):
Man and brought up an old picture from the Manning
Passing Academy from the initial year that it started, and
Eli's in high school at the.

Speaker 2 (18:15):
Time, and he's just a complete bean pole, and so yeah,
it was fun.

Speaker 1 (18:18):
But it flew by, and you know, we're able to
watch and you know, as you're watching the game, that
was when we had the second interception on the end
route that we were trying to throw the t MAC
and I couldn't see a replay, and we're like, oh
my gosh, I kind of wish we could have not
thrown that, certainly to get a field goal. But when
you watch it, his arm gets pulled when he comes

(18:39):
out of his break and Bryce lets the ball. If
the arm doesn't get pulled, it hits him in front
of the safety, and either we catch it or it's incomplete.

Speaker 2 (18:48):
We have a chance for the field goal. With a
whole lot more time.

Speaker 1 (18:51):
It's those little things in the game that we had
opportunities that were there.

Speaker 2 (18:56):
It's just unfortunate they missed the call.

Speaker 4 (18:59):
You're timing on that.

Speaker 3 (19:00):
That was incredible because you were just saying, they're asking
you about the Panthers. You're like, Yeah, we're getting over
the We're getting around the corner. We're turning the corner
right now. This season Bam interception.

Speaker 1 (19:09):
Oh man, it's a It was so like you and
you see it, you feel it.

Speaker 2 (19:14):
With this football team. It's it's coming.

Speaker 1 (19:16):
And yes there is some inconsistencies, but I think that's
just the way teams kind of start to kind of progress,
right and the more Jordan, I'm just telling you, I
understand everyone probably in Carolina, you're down right, you're frustrated.

Speaker 2 (19:31):
I get it. But Jordan, I just see the light
and I think it's pretty bright at the end of
this tunnel.

Speaker 1 (19:37):
I really and truly do. And it's just from these
young guys that we have and our ninth different starting
offensive line combination that we had to go through.

Speaker 2 (19:46):
We it's just some injuries.

Speaker 4 (19:48):
They did a reason. They did a great jake like that.

Speaker 3 (19:51):
The Niners were last in the league in sacks, like
their defense, and they played a lot of coverage, but
four man rush and an occasional fifth man on a
or a pressure.

Speaker 4 (20:01):
Our line did a phenomenal job.

Speaker 3 (20:03):
And when Kerhan had to come in off the Banji run,
right in, he started doing his warm up.

Speaker 4 (20:07):
Here we go. Brice was not under duress.

Speaker 3 (20:09):
And as you said, there wasn't very many plays in general,
but just I was really happy with the old line.
I brought that up to coach Canalis after the game
and he agreed, So, you know, tip my hat to
those guys.

Speaker 2 (20:21):
Yeah, I agree, Jordan. I mean all the different combinations.
But this is.

Speaker 1 (20:25):
Another thing that we don't talk about a lot, right,
the different centers we've had to play with this year.
That it doesn't matter, Jordan, because you can speak to
it more the cohesion that the offensive line group needs
to have. But when you have that center that's making
all the points in the run game, in the pass game.
And we're going from May's game for a few games,

(20:46):
then we're going to Corba. Then back to May. It's
just in back to Corbet. That's just so difficult and
it's hard.

Speaker 4 (20:53):
It's hard.

Speaker 3 (20:54):
But Jake, if you've got the same guys in the
room for a number of years, which is what we have,
you can do it.

Speaker 4 (21:01):
And that's what we're seeing with this group.

Speaker 3 (21:03):
So like we had Jeff Hangartner was like our swingman
for a number of years, right and hang Gardner might
have been a right guard, he might have been a center,
he might have been a left guard, whatever we needed,
but you knew him as a player, and he knew
our stuff so well.

Speaker 4 (21:17):
He knew on like. So we had a whole.

Speaker 3 (21:20):
Intricate silent count system based on the head movements of
Khalil right to be able to go on one or
quick count or double kids whatever, Well, hang Gardner knew that,
and I would always get on Khalil like, you gotta
be rhythmic. You can't just like a cadence from a quarterback, like,
you can't change the rhythm of the cadence or you're
gonna get false starts. Well, your head, when your head's

(21:41):
a cadence on silent count, you can't change that rhythm.
And Han Gardner would hear me getting on Khalil about
that all the time. So when Hang Gardener would come in,
he would do the exact same thing that Khalil.

Speaker 4 (21:51):
And I think that's what we see with Mays and
Corbett and the musical chairs there.

Speaker 3 (21:54):
They're all in the same room long enough, Jake for
years now that they can just plug and play and
it's beautiful.

Speaker 2 (22:01):
No, it is, Jordan, and I got to tip my
hat to them, and you know, I.

Speaker 1 (22:07):
Yeah, it's just you know, I still get a tape
of deep Breath because I just felt like, gosh, we
had an opportunity last night and it's unfortunate that we
just couldn't take advantage of it. And that's where, you know,
I think maybe that what I'm looking forward to now.

Speaker 2 (22:20):
It's like, Okay, where's the next step? When are we
taking that next step? And I mean, what if it
is this weekend?

Speaker 1 (22:27):
Right?

Speaker 2 (22:28):
I mean, everyone's the Rams. I think you ask anyone.

Speaker 1 (22:32):
I'm not so sure there's a better team in the
National Football League right now.

Speaker 2 (22:35):
And I'm not talking just the NFC. I'm talking the AFC.

Speaker 1 (22:39):
Also, this team is playing, so I mean we come
back home. Who knows man, who knows how we can
how we can get going and see what happens.

Speaker 3 (22:49):
Well, no, it's this would be the game to do it, Jake,
if you could win. I was starting to a niche
in the hallway before the before the game, I said, Man,
if we win one another two of these next two,
you know, eating the Niners game or the Rams game.

Speaker 4 (23:03):
We're looking beautiful. But this is gonna be an uphill battle. Man,
it really is.

Speaker 3 (23:07):
And you know, like this is one of those where
shouldn't be a bunch of Rams fans at the stadium
on set Sunday?

Speaker 4 (23:13):
Would you agree?

Speaker 2 (23:14):
No?

Speaker 1 (23:14):
I mean, listen, Jordan, sometimes they use silent silent count
in their own home stadium, so I don't see that
being a ton of Rams fan. I'm hoping there'll be
a lot of panther of families, extended families that are
in town for the game and they come out and support.

Speaker 2 (23:29):
This team, because man, it truly is.

Speaker 1 (23:32):
And Jordan, I think you and I both can attest
to this having a pack Bank of America Stadium cheering
for you.

Speaker 2 (23:38):
I'm telling you it's one of the greatest venues man.

Speaker 1 (23:40):
And I can go back to the many memories I
had and I know you had many of them too.

Speaker 2 (23:44):
It's a great venue and it's just.

Speaker 1 (23:46):
Awesome when you hear that that crowd get behind you
in the Bank of America Stadium.

Speaker 4 (23:51):
Well, you'll be there. I'm a little mad. You'll give
you a shout out.

Speaker 3 (23:53):
On Manning cast, you said I do radio with Luke
Keikley and they gave me the night off.

Speaker 4 (23:58):
I mean whatever, But I mean, I mean, I've done
radio with you this year.

Speaker 2 (24:05):
Yeah, but you filled in for Luke, so.

Speaker 4 (24:08):
You've done it. Whatever. I'm just saying.

Speaker 3 (24:11):
And Luke was calling me Jake during the dang broadcast
as well. I said, like, man, I know where I
sit with you guys.

Speaker 2 (24:19):
Oh man, Well, okay, here's the problem. You need to
come around more often.

Speaker 4 (24:24):
You know you're right about that. That is correct. I
will not push back on that. I'll see you this
weekend though.

Speaker 3 (24:29):
I'm gonna be out there for with my family for Thanksgiving,
trying to just bring some holiday cheer to the Bank
of America Stadium.

Speaker 2 (24:36):
That sounds good. I know you. I know you always will.

Speaker 1 (24:39):
Any chance you're going to be doing anything special with
the team this weekend.

Speaker 3 (24:42):
I'm just asking that there may be a drum that
needs to be pounded, and I will keep pounding that
dang thing.

Speaker 1 (24:48):
Okay, that's what I'm talking about.

Speaker 2 (24:52):
I didn't know. I was just asking. I'm just hoping.
I don't think it's been busted yet this year. Maybe
somebody can come through for us.

Speaker 4 (24:58):
Like a front flip before I hit it. Really get
some inertia going, oh my god, see buddy.

Speaker 1 (25:04):
Hey, all right, man, Thanksgiving, have a happy Thanksgiving, Enjoy
the family.

Speaker 4 (25:08):
Yeah, man, Mike
