they're good defense. They're good up front. They get that
for the passer, and I gotta do a better job
of getting the ball out and knowing them, knowing the
kind of what mode I'm in to get it out.

Drake, did it feel like Josh was kind of the
way he called plays at the beginning of the of
the second half, kind of there's some cleverness, some creativity
that kind of opened things up for you guys, and
it was that something that that it was a little
bit of a conversation in locker room a halftime.

Yeah, No, he was, uh, you know, his demeanor and
halftime was you know, he could tell that you know,
he's calmings down and knew that we were good and
ye had just classic you know, coach mc daniels drive.
I mean, he's just you know, you know, dialing it

and really making it easy for me. So you know,
he's done his whole life and you know, I think
he's you know, put on the surf speed off at
the coordinator.

It's been really cool to really see the difference from
from last year to this year. Man, it's been a uh,
it's been a journey, and you know they've been through
it and they've been you know, the fans have been
through it the last couple of years. So it's just
credit to them. And we did the intros today for
the first time, so we know how that would go.

That was pretty cool. But I know the fans have
been awesome.

Like I said, I think the best fans in the league,
and they continue to show out every week.

Drake, I'm curious with the two touchdowns today, one to
Hunter and one to Stephan Diggs. First with the Hunter
one getting him the ball on National tight Ends Day,
just what did that mean? And then with that second
one to Stephan Diggs finally getting him the ball, uh
in the end zone as a Patriot. Well, just on

Yeah, they mentioned, you know something to me this week
Hunter and Hoop did about Nashville, you know, tight end
Day and you know, Glad big Hoop had a big
catch and you know a couple of big catches and had
one thing at the end.

They miss him a few times. I've been missing him.
Speaker 2 (02:37):
A lot throughout the throughout the year, so it was
good to see him get in there. And then Steph
was you know, we've been joking about him the other
day that you know, Casey Kevon chase On had more
touchdowns than Steph did, so finally Steph got in there
and got one, so it was cool.

Drake, Can you walk us through your touchdown to Kayshawn
Booty and whether there were any advantage you guys game
by going formation the boundary on that play.
Speaker 2 (03:03):
Yeah, you know, we were just trying to you know,
we've worked into the boundary and you know, Kyseeawn liked it,
you know on that side. We worked on that side
during the week, so we just kept it that side
and he made a great, great, great move on him
and just trying to give him a chance. Thought it
over throw it again, but uh, you know, he made
a nice adjustment to it, a great catch.

Drake obviously number one ranked defense in the league. What
did you learn about kind of yourself and how you
had to adapt through the course of this game and
make plays end up with, you know, stat line that
you would like despite some adversity in the game.

Yeah, just bouncing back.
Speaker 2 (03:40):
You know through early interception, and we talked about all
week kind of this what they they drived on their defense,
their offense.

And good positions.

And he was looking downfield and you forgot the guy
in front of me could jump, you know, so he
picked it. But you know, nice play a boy him,
but just bat him back for adversity. This is that league.

run in and play action and boot and just try
to keep the defense offense kind of you know, be

unpredictable on offense. And I think coach you caught a
great game and good to you handle adversity and come
out of halftime and just scored three touchdowns and third
quarter was big.

Last last question in the front row, Drake, you had
mentioned about the pregame introductions. I coach raybel mentioned a
chance to create more energy in the stadium and sort
of get the fans maybe engaged in that moment. I'm
curious did you feel that like a difference with those
introductions and what was your thought being the last guy
out there.
Speaker 2 (04:34):
Yeah, I thought it was I was nervous, A little
bit nervous for it. You know, you always see other
teams do it, and you know, I got no really
no swag, so I just go out there and run.
But I think, uh, I think the guys enjoyed it.
I think it was cool, kind of hanging back there
in the back, being the last one. I think the
first like ten guys they had the wrong names running out.
We run out too fast, So I don't think we'll
work on it. But uh, I think the fans, I

think it was new for them to so they probably
have to adjust to it. Maybe next time you'll be
ready for by that to at they're allowed, you know,
I think it's really allowed every.
