Speaker 1 (00:00):
What's happened? Everybody. Welcome into a Monday edition of Texans
All Access from the booth that's right at Energy Stadium.
John Harrison, Mark vanderm here. I know you now, I'm
not normally here. I know when you walk in this booth,
you get a different feeling.
Speaker 2 (00:15):
Most days, most days, this is the Hyundai Texans Radio
booth today because the studio is being worked one. So
we're gonna be up here for the next week and
a half until the start of training camp. And it's
fun to be up here. Most days would mean game days, right,
So when I walk into the booth, I get that chill.
It's a good chill. I get that feeling of hair
(00:37):
standing up in the back of my neck. Let's go.
But it's all dressed up in no place to go
because we're here at the stadium. Looks gorgeous. Field's not
down yet, but it's coming, you know it. Players are
filling the building. I was here on Friday. The weight
room was packed with players.
Speaker 1 (00:54):
How about that packed?
Speaker 2 (00:56):
Yeah pack? Yeah, yeah, they're uh, they're rare to go here.
I mean, you got If you're not ready now, you're
not gonna be ready by next week, right, so.
Speaker 1 (01:02):
They need to be ready. I mean, you gotta get outside.
You got to work out in this heat. You gotta
get acclimated to it before camp starts. And I know
that we're going to the Greenbrier and you're going to
take some heat off of us, if you will, But
you gotta get out there and you gotta work out.
And I know you're talking about the weight room, and
there are a lot of guys in the weight room,
but they go from the weight room right outside and
(01:23):
do conditioning outside, and they've got to do it. I
mean you have to. I mean, you people did the
Houston long enough. You know that if you just walked
outside one day, another day the next day, and then
the next day you turned around and ran twenty miles outside,
you'd be dead. You have to be doing something every
single day to get yourself acclimated in this heat. So
a lot of guys here. That's great to see. We
(01:46):
are nine days away from training camp, so the schedule
just as I know you're probably wondering eight days from
today on the twenty second Rookies and Veterans report. Now
you're seeing other teams are a report. Like last year
the Texans we had to report early because we're going
to Campton and play the Hall of Fame game, so
we got a chance to arrive early. I think it
(02:08):
was the seventeenth this year. Obviously we're more in tune
with most of the league, but there are some teams
that have already been at camp. The Chargers rookies have
been in the building. One notably not there and that
could be the result of Nick Cassario and Jane Higgins.
But that's a different store for a different time, I believe.
But teams are arriving at camp over the next how
many ever days, and Texas will be arriving on the
(02:28):
twenty second. They will start practicing on the twenty third,
That is a Wednesday, and Mark and I will have
everything that you could possibly want on Texas Training Camp
Live starting Wednesday the twenty third at eight am.
Speaker 2 (02:42):
Do you want the ten day four cast outlook for
the start of training camp?
Speaker 1 (02:46):
Come on, No, this is good. It's good.
Speaker 3 (02:49):
It's good.
Speaker 1 (02:49):
I do not it is no. Anything that starts with
a nine is not good news.
Speaker 2 (02:53):
It's not bad. It's because it's the low nineties, Johnny.
It's not like two years ago. Remember when we all
one hundred degrees for two months in a row or whatever.
Speaker 1 (03:00):
That was ridiculous.
Speaker 2 (03:01):
We got low nineties high and wins in the teens.
That means there's a nice little breeze. Okay, this is
gonna be pretty good for the start of camp. I
don't know where it ends up, but that's the start
of camp. And then you know, the next to what
week and a half you're here, you go to the
Green Briar.
Speaker 1 (03:15):
On a second, yeah, that's what I want you to
do next. Look up white sulfur springs temperatures. Look those up,
and my god, how awesome that is gonna be. So
that's what follows up the first eight nine days of camp.
Then a fly to the Greenbrier, have some workouts there
out of the heat, and then go to Minnesota for
the first preseason game. So it is all going to
(03:35):
be here very very soon. In fact, Mark, if my
math is somewhat correct, we are a little over a
month from when you will actually be in here calling
the game against the Panthers.
Speaker 2 (03:48):
Right, because that'll be the sixteenth, it's the sixteenth. You
will have a joint practice with that before that game.
Speaker 1 (03:54):
A month from today, we will be joint practicing with
the Carolina Panthers.
Speaker 2 (03:57):
That's cool, Bryce Young, c J. Stroud from today, it
is on, It is on, and I can feel it.
Let's go all the shows on sports Radio six to ten.
I'm not gonna say there's not a ton to talk about.
There's actually been a lot to talk about because you
have the Durant signing, the Astros playing well up until
the last week.
Speaker 4 (04:15):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (04:15):
In fact, you always have something. But that is just
going to be chock full of content for everybody when
you have CJ. Stroud and Bryce Young, and that's after
you're already ad it for a few weeks and you've
played the Minnesota Vikings. We're going to look at JJ
McCarthy in that game. Have plenty to discuss relative to that,
but most importantly, what's going on with the Texans and
their progress throughout camp and how does the offensive line look?
(04:37):
What's the configuration, what's it gonna be on opening day
against the Rams versus what they start out with in
training camp? So many questions to answer, who's playing wide
receiver well, who's going to be in the lineup, who's
gonna make the fifty three man roster? Questions galore in camp,
can't wait to get to them all.
Speaker 1 (04:53):
Yeah, we'll definitely have it all for you right here
at Sports Radio six ten. We're gonna have you covered
from the Greenbrier. We'll have our eight to ten, our
eight am to ten am shows while we're at the Greenbrier.
Those have been some of my favorites because at eight
o'clock Eastern time, so I guess it's nine o'clock Eastern
time when we start to show. Oh nice, it's like
(05:14):
seventy degrees.
Speaker 2 (05:15):
Yeah, I listen.
Speaker 1 (05:16):
I've had to do my math on this because when
I was out in LA, I had people from every
different time zone on with me, and I was two
hours beyond my normal time zone, so I had to
do math on all my time zones. So just going
one hour to the east will be a lot easier
because now it's on LA. We got all kin Wait,
I got James Palmer, so he's Central, he's Mountain time,
(05:38):
so he's only one hour behind me. But that's two
hours behind us back in the studio, so it got
all kinds of confusing at some point. So I'm not
gonna try and do that, but it is gonna be
It is gonna be nice to get out of the
heat for a little bit, and we'll also be able
to get out of it a little bit hopefully. Now
you know this as well as I do. Michigan can
be sneaky hot at times in the summer. Yes it's
(05:58):
not gonna be Houston hot, but it can be sneaky hot.
But we are going to get out of Houston and
go to Detroit that third week of the preseason and
take on the Lions. So there'll be one joint practice
with the Lions, and then there will be a game
on Saturday against the Lions, and then it's regular season time.
Speaker 2 (06:12):
It's all relative and humidity has so much to do
with it. I was in Park City, Utah, a couple
of weeks ago, and it got to ninety a couple
of days. They were having a heat wave. It felt
like seventy five here because there's no humidity. I thought,
this is nothing for ninety. By the way, the Greenbrier's
got some rain coming in tomorrow. The high is going
to be fifty four tomorrow at the Green Briar. That's ridiculous.
Speaker 1 (06:32):
Okay, the next day, pack another bag for all.
Speaker 2 (06:35):
It's actually the temperatures in the mid seventies to upper seventies,
low eighties. It's going to be around there, I believe
by the time we get there, but I don't have
that projection. And who knows. It's the mountains. It changes hourly.
Speaker 1 (06:47):
I've said this to people before. In fact, I said
it to three ka Ryan's about being at the Greenbrier.
The one thing that I noticed the most was we
we always get an interview after practice with one of
the players with the Texans, and they're gracious to spend
two to five minutes with us after practice, depending on
how vocifist they are and how much they like to talk.
(07:10):
But when they walk over to us, when they're here
for the interview, you can tell there is this feeling
of they survived practice. Yeah, because it is that hot
and it's getting hotter. By the time they walk over
to us, They've survived the last ten to fifteen minutes
of every practice here in Houston is nothing but survival. Well,
we were at the Greenbrier. I remember in twenty seventeen.
(07:32):
I think my very first interview is Bernardre McKinney, and
I remember talking to b mac afterwards, and bmck had
been with us since fifteen, and I was like before
we started an interview. I looked at him and said,
you feel good, like you don't seem as tired as
normally goes man. This is great. Yeah, like the last
ten to fifteen minutes here is survival. The last ten
to fifteen minutes every practice up there, you got something
(07:53):
out of it. You get something positive out of that
part of practice. And when a coach realized is that
the light goes on like, huh, okay, well let's see
when we can get done. It's like being in the bubble.
And I know they want to be in the bubble
on the field, turf and everything. They want to be
out on the grass. That's just so hard to do
here for an entire summer. So you break it up
(08:16):
with trips to the Greenbrier, break it up with a
trip to Detroit. So I'm looking forward to that for sure.
Speaker 2 (08:20):
Absolutely, And I think the lack of humidity there does
so much for you. In fact, I'm always scouting out
potential places for Texans training camp. I want to get
my suggestions to football operations because I've actually asked a
couple of them. Hey, isn't there like some small college
somewhere in Idaho or Montana and believe me, they've looked everywhere,
(08:43):
and a lot of it is about what can you
do with the field. Is there enough of a hotel
situation or dorm situation plus meeting space. They have a
lot of different components that need to come together. They
actually had a pretty good time of it in the
Cleveland area last year at Nick's High School. That went
pretty well. I've thought for a moment they might run
that back, even though they don't have a game up there.
Maybe they do a joint with Cleveland. That sounds weird.
(09:06):
Maybe they do a joint practice with Cleveland and they
still practice at Nick's High School. They like the bonding
that took place up there. They thought it was good
for the team. But anyway, they're gonna have the Greenbrier.
They're gonna leave August second for that. So before that,
we got plenty of training camp practices. The first open
practice is a week from Saturday. Holy crap, it's a
week from Saturday for open practice. Many of our listeners
(09:27):
will be going to that.
Speaker 1 (09:27):
A week from this Saturday is the first open practice.
Speaker 2 (09:31):
Yeah, that's incredible. Yeah, we're there, We're there.
Speaker 1 (09:34):
It's a wild thing.
Speaker 2 (09:35):
And by the way, we are in the Hundai Texans
Radio broadcast booth because they're working on the studio. Like
Johnny said, I'm an Andre seat right now, and you're
in my seat. So this is where I like sitting
over to the left side of the booth as you
look at the field and like I'm getting my Andre vibe,
like you know, just chilling and watching the game and
giving my analysis and all my football knowledge. And you're
(09:55):
over there in the stress filled Vandermere seat. It is
filled with anger, anxiety, exhilaration, all the emotions, the roller
coaster that you go through.
Speaker 1 (10:07):
Get out.
Speaker 2 (10:08):
I'm telling you, you know these get out. That's the
Pittsburgh Steelers game.
Speaker 1 (10:12):
But get out.
Speaker 2 (10:13):
Look at these YouTube videos that surface this time of year.
Watch the final moments of the Buffalo game, the final
moments of this game, that game.
Speaker 1 (10:20):
That's what I've been doing.
Speaker 2 (10:21):
It's it brings all the stress back. I'm watching these things.
It's like, are we going to pull this out? You know,
the Buffalo game, and we pull it out, and I'm
reliving the feelings I had during the game when certain
things happen. You think when Josh Allen comes back into
the game after being in the tent for that BS
concussion check, Like he went.
Speaker 1 (10:43):
Down hard, right, I forgot about that, and.
Speaker 2 (10:46):
They have wait, who is about Trubisky? He comes into
the game and Alan is told in the tent, listen,
we just got the ball in scoring range. We need
you a big fella concussion or no concussion. See this
is where it gets a little nice. He checked himself
right back in and I mean that was a Bill
(11:06):
Romanowski right there.
Speaker 1 (11:07):
I'm fine.
Speaker 2 (11:09):
Stop asking me questions. I'm goody.
Speaker 1 (11:11):
They asked me the locker room what happened because I
won't remember that, but yeah, I'm fine right now.
Speaker 2 (11:15):
Right, but what happened? Three incomplete passes or something like that? Yeah,
or he did not play well after Yeah, they kicked
a field goal. They get the ball deep in their
own end. I think he went three and out there
with three incompletions, three in completion. They should have run
the ball probably. You know, mcdermoy gets a lot of grief,
but he's not the OC, and I get it. You
got to blame the top guy whatever. But and you
(11:36):
and I agree on this. Mcdermot's done a hell of
a job. He is an overlooked head coach. He has
built that program. They've run through a lot of different
people on the roster, different coaches, they still find success. Yeah,
they haven't made it into the super Bowl. That sucks,
but they're still one of the elite teams in this
league right now till further notice.
Speaker 1 (11:53):
It's funny because I remember watching that a couple weeks ago.
It's like the last three minutes that game, So it
was after Ah should come back into the game, and
I feel like McDermott sort of, I don't want to say,
he kind of talked himself out of it. The Texans
had all three timeouts. And it was funny because I
was on in Buffalo last Friday, I think or last Wednesday.
(12:15):
I was on in Buffalo and I was on with
the guys in the afternoon and they they brought up
my book, which I haven't talked much about. It's Times
on your Side, and it was about clock manage, and
they asked me about different things, and I said, well,
one chapter I have devoted to the Bills Chiefs Divisional
playoff round game when the Chiefs scored a field goal
with thirteen seconds left because they had three timeouts and
(12:37):
they kept him in their pocket and Demiko had all
three in his pocket. So it's like even if the
Bills who hadn't run exceedingly well that I remember in
that game, they rammed three times into the line. They're
not going anywhere anyways, and now they are going to
force the Texas to take all the timeouts. But they're
at least forcing the Texas to take all the timeouts,
and so they weren't able to they decided, well, you know,
(12:59):
let's just try and hit a few, and they weren't
able to hit anything. But what I remember about that
was Kamari Lasser on the sidelines got pulled down hard
on pass breakup by Kean Coleman, and Kamari end up
missing the next game of maybe two. I think after
he had gotten hurt. It was a shoulder or I
can't remember what it was, but going back and watching it,
I don't know. Sean mcdermany was in kind of a
no win situation. They got to stop, but Tommy did
(13:22):
a good job of getting them pinned down in and stopping.
I think it was Chris Boyd at the time. Pin
that ball inside the five, you run it, well, they're
gonna call it three timeouts and now you're kind of
in the same situation, But the Texans would have never
had a timeout to be able to throw from CJ
to Dara to just get a little bit forward for
the fifty nine yard fieldals.
Speaker 2 (13:43):
So it would have been a sixty plus if they
had tried it, and I would guess they might might.
But the way Jimy was kicking in absolutely no timeouts
are gold. You know you're watching exactly.
Speaker 1 (13:54):
That's why so many teams burn him so often, so frustratingly.
And then you look up and you you're like, oh,
Demiko's got all three for the end of the game.
Now everything you want is right there and available.
Speaker 2 (14:04):
I think one of the best points you've made is
you've got to consider the value of the timeout versus
the value of five yards subtraction for a delay of
game or whatever it is. Right the quarterback comes up, Oh,
we don't have the right guys in here. I don't
like to look, let's call a time out. Sometimes it's
okay to take the five yard penalty and keep your
time out. When I'm watching a game, it doesn't matter
(14:25):
who's playing, and it's getting late, and it's a dicey
situation on either side or both sides, and you see
those three nodules up there. Know, wing you have all
three timeouts, that's money in the bank that you can
spend wisely down the stretch. You have one or two there.
You're thinking, oh gosh, I'm up against it now, I
got the two minute warning? Does that play in? Is
(14:46):
that going to come up at a convenient time for
me to stop the clock if I need to? All
those things come into consideration. You want those three timeouts.
Speaker 1 (14:53):
I think I can't remember what podcast it was on,
but Robert Sala was talking about being a defensive ordinator
for the forty nine ers.
Speaker 2 (15:01):
Oh yeah, yea yea, And it was a McVay podcast.
Speaker 1 (15:03):
It was the McVeigh podcast. He took He took a
time out as a defensive coordinator because they weren't lined
up properly, and he said, Shanahan destroyed him. He's like, no, no, no, no, no,
those are mine.
Speaker 2 (15:16):
Yeah, you don't touch them.
Speaker 3 (15:18):
Those are my time out.
Speaker 1 (15:19):
I died laughing, because that, in essence is what head
coach has to think. Those are my timeouts. I will
tell you when we're gonna burn them. But so many
teams do it in such dumb situations. It's ridiculous. I
can't tell you a number of college coaches I see
that will take a time out because they only have
ten on the extra point team. Yeah, so what moved
(15:40):
back five yards? Kick a twenty five yard field goal?
Speaker 2 (15:42):
Like?
Speaker 1 (15:42):
Who cares?
Speaker 2 (15:43):
Right?
Speaker 1 (15:43):
How costly is it? You have to ask you and
a lot of a lot of teams, a lot of
coaches do that. I think NFL teams have got a
lot better. But it's funny because one of the things
they asked me was why are coaches essentially still not
really good with time management? I said, Look, when when
a guy becomes a coach, he learns a particular position,
and you coach that position, and then you maybe become
(16:04):
in charge of a defense or an offense, and then
you become a head coach. But at no point, really,
until you become the head coach, are you all that
completely concerned about the game management side. You're just calling
the next play? Hey, what's the next play? Hey it's
third and five? The next play is this? Next play?
Speaker 2 (16:21):
Is this?
Speaker 1 (16:22):
You start to get involved in it as a coordinator
a little bit, especially as an offensive coordinator, but you
just don't. It's the part of the game. That you
don't really spend time learning.
Speaker 2 (16:31):
It's the pressure part of it, right.
Speaker 1 (16:33):
And that's that's really what what coaches should be doing.
Their assistant coaches should understand and know those same situations
as the head coach does, and so they learn it
and they get better at it. And I think that
good staffs have that that understanding of it, but there
are some that even still, there are some head coach
in the NFL that just don't get it because they've
(16:54):
never done it before. Well they've gone from position coach
to coordinator to head coach and it's like, oh, man,
I gotta worry about game management.
Speaker 2 (17:00):
Now, Yeah, you need somebody in the booths you trust absolutely.
And there are a lot of voices in your head
if you're a head coach, a lot of things you
got to think about. And this is another one of
those things from you. I steal your anecdotes, Johnny. I
don't say that I live them. I say that you
live them, but I'm using the material. It's kind of
like repurposing other people's content on social media. But when
you told me that you were doing the Madden Tournament
here and you noticed how well these guys were handling
(17:24):
the clock management situations. These these pro style Madden players
who are outstanding at playing mad which is weird, but
we all have played Madden, and some people are better
at it than others. But these guys get one thousand
reps a year if not more calling time outs. NFL coaches,
how often does it come into play? Almost every week?
But sometimes it doesn't even come into a play. And
(17:45):
obviously you have different situations at different times. But some
games you know flows right, or you're so far down
it doesn't matter, or you're so far ahead it doesn't matter.
But when it's a tight game and it becomes a
real touchy situation with the time out, it's great to
have that experience that you can rely on or somebody
in the booth that you trust implicitly to give you
(18:06):
the heads up. Listen, coach, this is the good time
to call it. And in addition to all the other
information you're being fed, it's got to be really tough.
It's tough to be the head coach. We talk about
being a coordinator moving up to that spot. Being a
head coach, you're the CEO. You have all the media
to deal with. That's another thing as a coordinator, yeah,
you get it once a week or whatever. But the
head coach is up there a lot and has to
(18:27):
deal with all this stuff and everybody in the building.
In a way, the coordinators never have to until they
are in that seat.
Speaker 1 (18:33):
Yep, first year offense. According to Nick Hayley, we'll have
a quarterback by the name is CJ. Stroud to coach
this year for the first time. Now, ESPN did their
top ten ranking of quarterbacks.
Speaker 2 (18:47):
Okay, I haven't seen this. You haven't seen it. No,
if you were to guess, where do you think cjfl
in the top ten? In the top ten eight nine,
that's the key. It's kind of a trick question because
is he in there? Because you said top ten, I
was like, yeh should say it. He actually does not
(19:08):
come into the top ten. He does not make the
top ten. I need to know who's ahead of him.
Speaker 1 (19:13):
So this was written by Jeremy Fowler. He had some
notes about this quarterback class that we have now in
the NFL. He's got a couple notes. I think this
is interesting. He says. The group is more exclusive this
time around. He said in motion. Now they interview GMS
scouts coaches the NFL luminaries. So they get a group
that votes on these guys.
Speaker 2 (19:32):
But do they do the group members vote in order
or are they giving them.
Speaker 1 (19:37):
A score of us? They do their top ten. Oh,
then ESPN compiles them kind of with the points, oh,
like as you would go, like an MVP sort of situation.
So he says, in most years, at least sixteen quarterbacks
attract significant votes. No longer. Just twelve quarterbacks had traction
this time around the top ten, plus two honorable mentions.
(20:01):
That means that four quarterbacks on contracts of fifty or
more are not under serious consideration for the top ten.
Second note, four of those twelve are from the twenty
twenty draft class draft class, which is turning out to
be one of the very best of the two thousands
since our rankings began at twenty twenty. This first year
without Aaron Rodgers. Next note, youth prevails. Matt Stafford is
(20:21):
the only top ten passer above the age of thirty.
The list features three new entrants, including one possible surprise,
though not to people in the league. The league is
not concerned with the possibility of a Jane Daniels dipping
production at all, because Jaden Daniels was voted number five.
Now we know the top four. Here's the order that
(20:42):
the luminaries from the NFL came out with the top four.
Speaker 2 (20:46):
Mahomes, Lamar Jackson, Josh Allen, and Joe Burrow.
Speaker 1 (20:49):
Not quite in that order, right, Mahomes one, Burrow two.
Speaker 2 (20:53):
Nope, Lamar Jackson nope, Josh.
Speaker 1 (20:55):
Allen, Josh Allen two, Burrow three, and then.
Speaker 2 (20:59):
Lamar Lamar Jackson four. Still not getting respect, Still not kidding,
after throwing for over four thousand yards and over forty touchdowns,
still not getting respect. It's not like it's not like
he's a running quarterback, folks. He threw for over four
thousand yards in forty touchdown passes. Yes, that's passes, yeah,
not runs past.
Speaker 1 (21:15):
He's it's it's unbelievable, it's incredible. Underrated he is. Now
those are the only quarterbacks to get a number one
as the highest ranking. Nobody else. Those four got all
the number one votes in no way, shape or form.
Mahomes highest was ranking was one, Lowes was four, Allen's
highest was one as lows as four, burrows highest was
(21:37):
one as lowess as five, and Lamar's highest was one
as lowest ranking was six.
Speaker 2 (21:41):
So Daniels is fives, is five, and they're gonna piss
me off and put Herbert in front.
Speaker 3 (21:46):
Of c J.
Speaker 1 (21:47):
Well, they did know that they've got the two LA
guys next, but in different order. Okay, Stafford six, right,
Herbert seven.
Speaker 2 (21:56):
They put Herbert seven. Just had a bad day here
at rg's as we overlook the field right now.
Speaker 1 (22:02):
Number eight, Jared Goff, number nine, Jalen Hurts, number ten,
Baker Mayfield.
Speaker 2 (22:11):
Ooh, that's interesting.
Speaker 1 (22:13):
Number eleven, I said, Air quotes Caazano will mention CJ.
Stroud number twelve, the twelfth one of the quarterbacks of
Jordan Love. Everybody after that was just also receiving votes Kyler, Murray, Brock, Purty,
dak Press got Aaron Rodgers, Tu Tongo, by I Loa
and Bo Nicks. But according to Jeremy Fowler, there was
a big gap from Love being the twelfth guy and
(22:33):
everybody else now Stafford six, Herbert seven, Goff eight, CJ eleven.
Now here's what the what the NFL people had to
say about c J. Stroud. Most doubters expect him back
in the top ten next year. Set an NFL quarterbacks
coach quote that can affect your confidence when the protection
(22:55):
and the play calling around you isn't great. It can
all tie together. But the framework of what made him
great his rookie year is still there. Such a natural
throw of the football with elite ball placement, so people
believe he'll he'll he'll bounce back. I have issues maybe not. Look,
I think Jalen Hurts is a top ten guy. I
don't think he gets enough credit. I definitely think Baker
(23:16):
Mayfield is the top ten guy and doesn't get enough credit.
I am not putting Stafford, Herbert Jared Goff.
Speaker 2 (23:22):
In front of CJ. Strout Stafford. You're not putting Stafford
ahead of CJ.
Speaker 1 (23:26):
Nope, I'm not doing it. I mean, look, he's already thirty,
He's what thirty seven, He's thirty seven. I think I
think that's what it's going to be. Now. Do I
like Matt Stafford? Absolutely? Absolutely? I love Matt Stafford. It's
hard for me to put him in front of CJ.
Speaker 2 (23:43):
Strout.
Speaker 1 (23:44):
It really is. Now that said, watch every snap from
downfield level last year, and I know CJ. I think
it's come out this summer as we kind of, you know,
people started kind of going back this offseason, looking at
what last year was all about for him, I think
people are starting to see a little bit more what
I saw, and that was he's gotten no time. There's
(24:06):
no time to throw the ball, and when he has
time to throw the ball, the ball is on the
money most of the time. Right now, I went back
last week and I watched the Titans game, and there's
some there's some tough throws in that Titans game. And
that is that is an afternoon that will still puzzle
me fifteen years from now, everybody like, what the hell
happened against the Titans of twenty four home? It will
always it'll it'll baffle me. Even after Jimmy has that
(24:28):
touchdown or Jimmy Ward has the pick six and takes
it all the way back to the house, I'm like, okay, finally,
all right, we're good. But it wasn't the Chicka Konko
Will play that drive. We got the ball, didn't do
anything with it, punted it, they fumbled it. We still
couldn't do anything with it.
Speaker 2 (24:43):
So we got it twice.
Speaker 1 (24:44):
So we had it twice, couldn't extend the lead, but
four points. Then Chicka coonk Will scores and now we're
in a world to hurt because we can't function the
rest of the game and we can't block the two
big guys inside. So take that that game as it was.
I saw him make some throws last year, and being
at field really get you, gives you the opportunity of
seeing some just at times almost heroic things like he's
(25:06):
wearing guys and he's still getting the ball to a
spot where eighty percent of the quarterbacks NFL can't even
get to.
Speaker 2 (25:13):
How about how well he threw it on the move
in so many instances, you know, And people think about
the misses, and I get it. And sometimes the misses
tend to stick out more than the makes. But you
got to watch the makes. It's like your own golf game.
You think about your misses more than your good shots.
Take the good shots with you, take the good throws
with you. Oh, he missed Tank in the Detroit game. Okay,
(25:35):
that's fine, all right, it happened. But look at all
the throws he made to throw against Green Bay to
get it down in there. Now, the next two plays
money plays to try to get him to burn it
timeouts and we're just talking about clock management. That was
not a prescribed clock management situation of get them to
burn their timeouts. That was we got to get another
(25:56):
first down and possibly score a touchdown here, if not
more clock getting them to burn their time out. It's great,
burn one, but now you've got to move the ball.
You gotta get a first down. You got too much
time for Jordan Love on the other end, the number
twelve quarterback on this list. As far as Baker goes,
it's a fascinating story, it's a great story. Did you
(26:16):
see Baker shotgutting a beer at the American Century? I mean,
you know he loved Baker, right, a man of the people. Yeah,
he's shotgutting a beer with fans and everything. He's he's wonderful.
Speaker 1 (26:26):
I got a feeling I love that he's gotten this
second opportunity you want to call it with the bucks,
I mean it's I'm glad he's gotten it because he's
proved that he deserved it and he got it. I mean,
he just he kind of got screwed out of Cleveland,
and then of course he was trying to find the
next fit. Tampa Bay fit him, and I mean they
(26:48):
get him for nothing, he proves it, then they give
him more money but yet less than some of these
guys from the twenty twenty class are making that aren't
proving it. And he's got them winning. They've won af
NFC South championships. Tom Brady left, okay, here comes Baker
Okay to keep winning NFC South championships. And I'm not
going to sit here and tell you the NFC South is,
you know, the AFC North. I'm not going to tell
(27:09):
you that. In fact, that was another article that came
out the AFC South rated the eighth ranked division in
the NFL.
Speaker 2 (27:16):
I can't really come out against that right now. The
way things are on paper now, they might play out
totally different. And oh my gosh, the Colts are way
better than we thought. Look at what cam Ward is
doing in Tennessee. All the Jags are having a real
tremendous bounce back season. It could all happen. You know,
two years ago this division had three winning teams, right,
(27:38):
you know that winning records between the Jags, the Colts
and the Texans who won the division. That was and
I hate to say impressive because it was ten wins,
nine and nine, but still three winning teams in the
division of division you beat each other up whatever, you
know the drill. I can't argue though it looks like
the eighth best division right now, the last place division,
(28:00):
but the Texans are certainly not the last place team.
And guess what, you don't have to apologize for anybody
or to anybody, because look at the Patriots all those
years they dominated the AFC issues terrible. Everybody was under
five hundred for twenty years collectively, totally. You know their
franchise record, Miami, the Jets, Buffalo for a near twenty
(28:22):
year period under five hundred. All of those teams over
the span of two decades. That's what the Patriots. Now,
they were contributing to that record. They did twice a year.
They would get wins more often than not, but they
were still losing some of those games. And those division
teams were terrible. It helped the Patriots, that's my argument.
Now it didn't. It wasn't the only thing. The Patriots
(28:44):
every year matched up with Pittsburgh with all the brass
of the time, you know, the Colts when they had
Peyton manning all that stuff. Every year you'd play those
first place teams just like the Texans are now that
they're winning the division. They're playing the first place teams
every year. You get the Ravens, Bills, and the Chiefs.
Now you get because we're in the AFC West.
Speaker 1 (29:03):
As I'm looking at this quarterback ranking, I would take
CJ over Matt. I think part of it is his age.
But Matt Stafford's still great, There's no question about that.
One of the NFL luminaries. When they did Justin Herbert,
had Justin Herbert ranked as high at third? Did he
watch the playoffs? So did they put Justin Herbert in
(29:25):
front of Patrick Mahomes, Joe Burrow, Josh Allen or Lamar Jackson,
which one of those quarterbacks and maybe a couple of them, Shoot,
who knows he's somebody had him at three.
Speaker 2 (29:37):
We all know he had a terrible day here. But
the Texans contributed to that terrible day. But isn't the
playoff performance important? It doesn't it weigh so heavily? Isn't
that why you want to put Eli Manning in the
Hall of Fame? At you? But people because he won
two Super Bowls But the rest of the time he
was not terrible at all. But he's something like five hundred. Yeah,
(29:57):
that's his record, and he threw a lo picks and whatever.
So why are we not weighing the playoff performance more
for Justin Herbert through that year?
Speaker 1 (30:07):
How about performances?
Speaker 2 (30:09):
Playoff performance says, the second half of that playoff game
against the Jags in twenty two is an abomination. Three
halves of playoff football were terrible for Justin Herbert. Three halves, yeah,
one other half good? But the Jackson tribute and how
did twenty twenty three got? Let's play that song. Yeah,
so they give him high marks, and look, he's a
good quarterback. There's no doubt. Maybe he bounces back.
Speaker 1 (30:30):
Maybe because now I've been one of Justin Herbert's staunchest
supporters yea throughout this But at some point when you
don't perform in the biggest games.
Speaker 2 (30:37):
Right, I don't care what you know? You know what
I like? Here? Though, we play Baker Mayfield week two,
We played Matthew Stafford week one. Play Herbert down the line.
I want CJ to read this list, read it well, CJ.
Speaker 1 (30:48):
Yeah, how many these quarterbacks do we face? Let's see,
we face Mahomes in Kansas City, every bus, Josh Allen here,
face Lamar Jackson in Baltimore. We face Matt Stafford La
Herbert in La.
Speaker 2 (31:00):
We face Jared goffin preseason, and then we face Baker
Mayfield here.
Speaker 1 (31:04):
No, Jordan loved this year.
Speaker 2 (31:05):
So yeah, we're.
Speaker 1 (31:07):
Gonna get tested. That defense is gonna get tested. But
I got a feeling that, uh that Derek Stingley and
the boys are gonna be ready.
Speaker 2 (31:13):
So you gotta at least split those first two games, Johnny,
at least split at least you go to and oh
against those teams. And in the overreaction on the positive side,
it's gonna be crazy. You go to you beat the
Rams on the Bucks to start the season, people are
gonna be, oh, my gosh, this is the year because
you know it's the Jags and Titans next, which people
will say, then you're gonna lose to one of these.
(31:34):
You're gonna go three and one.
Speaker 1 (31:35):
Wait a minute, I don't even want to get started out.
Speaker 2 (31:39):
It's gonna be five. One day at a time, that's
all you can do.
Speaker 1 (31:41):
That's what you can do.
Speaker 3 (31:43):
Now.
Speaker 2 (31:43):
A guy who's taking it one day at a time
because he missed all of last year, but he's chopping
at the bit to get back and play some football
this year.
Speaker 1 (31:50):
It's got a lot of people talked about this offseason.
Le Darius Henderson offensive lineman joins us. Next the Texans
All Access up. But everybody, welcome back to a Monday
at issue of Texans All Access from Monday Texans Radio
Studio the booth, if you will, John Harris here with you,
and it's time to catch up with a guy that
I wouldn't say he's a mystery, but in a sense,
(32:12):
who's drafted in twenty twenty four, but he had to
sit out the entire year due to injuries he suffered
in his final year at Michigan, a national championship season
for Ladarius Henderson. But this offseason, when Nick Cassario was
asked by our friend Shawn and Seth on Sports Radio six'
ten about what's kind of been going, on who's in the,
building who's impressed? You a more question of that, Ilk
(32:36):
Ladarius henderson's name was brought up in, Immediately Texans, Twitter
Texans internet went into. Overdrive Who's Ladarius? Henderson oh my?
God and Over Ladarius? Henderson he was drafted last? Year
what about? Him he's gonna play, guards he's gonna play?
Tackle what is?
Speaker 3 (32:49):
He who is?
Speaker 1 (32:50):
He all that kind of stuff came from all over the.
Place so when we had a chance during media days
a while back to sit, out we lived With Ladarius
henderson and we had a really good conversation with the
young man who is still recovering from the injury from last,
year but ready to go for twenty twenty.
Speaker 2 (33:07):
Five Ladarius henderson joining us in studio right. Now this
is your first visit to The Hunday Texans radio. Studio,
Welcome thank you so.
Speaker 3 (33:14):
Much i'm loving it here.
Speaker 2 (33:14):
Already AND i know you're familiar with the stadium from
a certain. Game we'll get into that, later but how
are things going for you heading into year?
Speaker 3 (33:23):
Two? Ladarius things are going.
Speaker 4 (33:25):
GREAT i mean it's automatic upgrade from year one, obviously
SO i have no complaints.
Speaker 3 (33:31):
Right, Now.
Speaker 1 (33:31):
LARIOUS i know you may not be able to get
into everything about last, year but you missed the, year you,
know dealing with injury. Rehabbing did you kind of know
that was the case when when you were drafted that
that was gonna. Happen was that kind of something you
knew in advance or was it just something that kind
of popped up as you were training for the draft
and it was just best to get whatever needed to
(33:51):
be done done so you can then rehabit it come.
Speaker 4 (33:53):
Back, WELL i played the last my whole last college.
Season we'll started draft. Training THEN i get to the
comment mind AND i have this surprise injury that.
Speaker 3 (34:03):
They do the, Medicals, yeah do the recheck.
Speaker 4 (34:04):
Medicals that's like apparently super serious THAT i didn't think
was that, serious just feeling my. Body, yeah and then
once they told ME i might need to get this
fixed and with the ramifications that might, BE i was
like obviously.
Speaker 3 (34:17):
Devastated, yeah of.
Speaker 1 (34:18):
Course so is it like going through the, year BECAUSE
i know it can be, tough especially your first, year
absolutely getting to know the, building getting to know, everybody
not being able to participate the where you wanted, to.
Speaker 3 (34:28):
It really does. SUCK i, MEAN i would say that
we do a great job.
Speaker 4 (34:32):
Here everybody tries to say they have like a family
feel THAT i would say we actually do BECAUSE i
didn't really feel as isolated AS i probably should, have
not being able to, practice not being able to go to,
meetings and being.
Speaker 3 (34:45):
Bed ridden with my.
Speaker 4 (34:46):
Feet but these guys that kind of like really embraced.
Me SO i had a great time with.
Speaker 2 (34:51):
That, yeah all, Right so what about going into twenty twenty?
Five what's important to? YOU i, know being out on
the field is important to, you but what aspects a
of your game or you're looking to develop very quickly
here as you try to make a.
Speaker 4 (35:03):
Contribution, well what's important to me is AND i know
technically you might people might look at this is going
into my rookie, Season but what's important to, me since
it is year, two is to.
Speaker 3 (35:15):
Be as little like a rookie as. Possible so that's.
Speaker 4 (35:18):
Like what I' that's What i've been trying to, do
been trying to approach this like somebody who's actually going
into their year, too as much AS i.
Speaker 3 (35:25):
CAN i know there are a lot of people that
are really curious about.
Speaker 1 (35:28):
You AND i don't know IF i don't know if
you caught wind of, this but one day When nick
Ca sario was on with our sports radio six Ten morning,
crew he mentioned your name and about all the work
you've been. Doing and that's that people like people were, like,
Well darius, Interesting they wanted to know more about. You
you got drafted in twenty twenty. Four what can you
tell the fans out there about? You? Guard tackle Play
(35:52):
Arizona state you played In. Michigan what are kind of
the important things you'd like The texas fans to know about?
Speaker 4 (35:56):
You, uh it's just Everywhere i've. Gone SO i started
playing football in eleventh, grade and SO i was a
captain of that team in twelfth, grade AND i had
a blast that walks A Hatchie High. SCHOOL i get
To Arizona state and got to start there as a true,
freshman Which i'm so thankful for BECAUSE i, mean.
Speaker 1 (36:17):
Now hold on a, second that was your third year
of playing. Football, ye starting as a true Freshman Arizona.
Speaker 4 (36:22):
State, yeah me And jay And daniels were just trying
to make it happen out There, God AND i mean
me and him were closed with roommates. Then BUT i
MEAN i sure got them sacked a lot that first.
Year BUT i had a lot of growing. Pains but
trial by fire is HOW i THINK i developed so
quickly in this. Game is Just i've gotten a ton
of reps in college and at both, positions, versatility AND
(36:46):
i mean there's a ton of things to still work,
on obviously there always will, be BUT i just feel
like the amount of reps and just the Experiences i've
got to have helped.
Speaker 3 (36:54):
Me out of.
Speaker 2 (36:55):
Time so is there no doubt you're a tackle? Here
or can you move? Around how do you see? It?
Speaker 1 (37:01):
Sore there no doubt you're a guard?
Speaker 4 (37:03):
Here, Well i'm gonna do whatever they asked me to
do here. Exactly But i've been taking a lot of
rips out of guard.
Speaker 3 (37:09):
Lately.
Speaker 1 (37:10):
Yeah is that is that where you'd want to?
Speaker 3 (37:12):
Be it's, Close but just.
Speaker 1 (37:17):
Playing the game that much that it doesn't matter play
full back if you had.
Speaker 4 (37:21):
TO i, mean if that doesn't played, FULLBACK i would
be super, excited maybe the most excited about. That BUT
i think guard is JUST i think more, physical more right.
Speaker 2 (37:31):
Now.
Speaker 4 (37:32):
MORE i just feel LIKE i THINK i have a
lot of success at. Guard, yeah in my, opinion.
Speaker 2 (37:37):
What were you doing before playing?
Speaker 3 (37:39):
Football as a junior in high?
Speaker 2 (37:40):
School that's when you started playing, Football so what was
going on athletically before?
Speaker 3 (37:45):
That, athletically, WELL i was a. Nerd it was just
a straight a.
Speaker 4 (37:49):
Kid BUT i played a lot of, basketball not on a,
team but just at the. PARK i like to THINK
i was pretty. GOOD i THOUGHT i was going to THE,
nba BUT i. Wasn't so not too much athletically was going,
on so.
Speaker 2 (38:03):
Straight you were a straight a. Kid pardon, Me, Johnny
as you're At Arizona state And, michigan how hard is
the academic part of it while you're playing football at
a high level in?
Speaker 3 (38:13):
College, honestly wasn't that? Hard? Really? YEAH i, mean especially
nowadays everything's.
Speaker 4 (38:17):
Online just knocked knock out as much as you, can
and then you kind of got a lot of free.
Speaker 2 (38:21):
Time okazy for you to say you?
Speaker 1 (38:24):
Are you are what you get your degree.
Speaker 3 (38:26):
IN i got it in business and organizational.
Speaker 5 (38:30):
Leadership holy, Cow, OKAY i could SAY i could see. That, No, Okay,
oh in the college that, LONG i could remember because
it was two years Of Arizona, state two years In.
Speaker 4 (38:40):
Michigan it was four At Arizona, state one At michiganchigan
the most important time to be.
Speaker 1 (38:45):
There, yeah Why. MICHIGAN i mean obviously when that's, CHAMPIONSHIP
i knew. That but there were a lot of dudes
on that offensive. Line when you Left Arizona state and
you get To, michigan what are your?
Speaker 4 (38:55):
Thoughts, well in my, MIND i was LIKE i was
At ariason on The state AND i felt LIKE i
was one of the best linemen in the churntry at that,
time AND i was, like nobody's watching THESE pac twelve
games after.
Speaker 3 (39:08):
Dark it's like eleven pm on The East coast when
we kick.
Speaker 4 (39:11):
Off SO i was, LIKE i need to go somewhere
where people pay attention to the old. Line they had
just won Two Joe Moore, awards AND i was, LIKE
i need to go. Here and IF i can't be
a starter over, there how WILL i ever play in THE.
Nfl so that's kind of my mindset went into.
Speaker 2 (39:28):
That, yeah what is it like when you look at
this defensive line and the talent they have on it
at tackle in, particular BUT i know the ends you
mix up with them if you're playing, guard you're helping
out doing things like.
Speaker 3 (39:38):
That, man these guys are.
Speaker 4 (39:40):
PHENOMENAL i Mean i've got to see a lot of
them just in. Practice our old line has seeing a
lot Of Will. Anderson he's just a phenomenal, player phenomenal.
LEADER i, mean he really embodies what it means to
be A Houston. Texan and just our defense as a
whole is. Insane so we have stars all the cost
step all across that side of the, ball but specifically
(40:02):
in OUR d, line we have some really special.
Speaker 1 (40:04):
Guys january, ninth twenty twenty Four july, something twenty twenty.
Speaker 3 (40:12):
Five it's a long time to go without putting on.
Speaker 1 (40:15):
Pads, yeah have you thought about what that's going to
be like to put the pads back on for the first?
Speaker 4 (40:19):
Time The DARIUS H, YEAH i mean yes and, no
BECAUSE i got all this summertime right now to be
doing as much AS i can with. That but it
is a long, time and even With ota is just
throwing the helmet back.
Speaker 3 (40:31):
On it's been a long.
Speaker 4 (40:32):
Time BUT i feel like just the amount of work
that we've done With Coach, pop it's been a smooth.
Speaker 3 (40:39):
Transition, yeah what's he? Like he's a great.
Speaker 4 (40:42):
Coach he's just all about hard work and there's no
way to get better With you can't avoid hard work
and get better and our hard whole thing is we're
just working as an.
Speaker 3 (40:50):
Old line and that's all we want to do is.
Speaker 4 (40:53):
Work AND i feel like that's the culture he's really
setting up in this.
Speaker 1 (40:56):
Room what's the Best Chim harboughs story you can share
on the?
Speaker 3 (40:59):
Air, oh, well let's think on the. Air makes probably.
Speaker 1 (41:04):
Not, oh it was like playing for.
Speaker 3 (41:06):
Him it was.
Speaker 4 (41:08):
Awesome he was phenomenal at team, meetings AND i think one,
thing the biggest THING i could say For Jim harbotte was.
Amazing he knew exactly how to get the best out
of his team week to week and made every week
the most important, game no matter who.
Speaker 3 (41:26):
It Was Ohio, State.
Speaker 4 (41:27):
Minnesota no offense To, arionte but every game was the
most important.
Speaker 2 (41:32):
Game, Yeah, ladarius thanks so much for joining. Us best of,
Luck thank you so.
Speaker 1 (41:35):
Much FUN cavo With Ladarius. Henderson a guy that got
a lot to run this. Offseason in some, Sense i'll
talk about him on the radio and what can he?
Do he hasn't hit anybody basically since That Senior bowl
THAT i saw him in twenty twenty. Four he hasn't
had put pads on since. Then so what's it gonna
be like when he gets the pads? On it's been a.
(41:57):
While how do you kind of shake off the rust
at the same time that you could pete for a
position on this? Squad Ladarius, Henderson, Look i'll be, honest
it's an uphill battle just because he's been off for a.
While But texas drafted him seeing something in the young.
Man hopefully he'll bring that to training camp and then Some,
okay let's go round THE. Nfl plenty of news in the.
(42:19):
League we talked about some of that earlier With. Mark
we'll hit more of it on the other side in
our final segment right here On Texans All. Access oh,
baby we got won five segment of this edition Of
Texans All, access A monday edition Of Texans All. Access
glad you're with Me John Harris football on a sideline
reporter for Your Houston. Texans and there is news in
(42:41):
THE nfl as, always including this. One, now this One
i'm giving You texas don't play this team there ON.
AFC i like this particular. PLAYER i love his. Agent
his agent is one of my favorite people on the
face of the earth That i'm returning in that favor
in some. SENSE i got a text in THE i
think it was The giants preseason game last. Year my
(43:03):
man and Dy kalu AND i got the Same texas
from Agent Jeff nally OF Caaa. Football he's, Like, man
two of my favorite people doing A texas. Game this is. Awesome,
Well Jeff nally today just negotiated a four, year one
hundred and thirty million dollars deal for One Garrett wilson
of The New York jets ninety million, dollars the fourth
(43:25):
largest guarantee for wide. Receiver he gets a thirteen point
seventy five million dollar signing, bonus twenty million dollar option,
bonus a year, two ten million dollar option, bonus a year.
Three either, way it's four, years one hundred and thirty million.
Dollars As Garrett wilson catches passes from his former Quarterback
Justin fields At Ohio, state they will be together with The.
(43:47):
Jets big. DEAL i think it's a good fair deal
If i'm being. HONEST i, Mean i'm looking at what
thirty two and a half million AP y For Garrett.
Wilson dude's the real. DEAL i mean beat The jets without.
HIM i mean he single handly beat. Us he makes
a one handed basically across the middle catch behind him
(44:08):
By Aaron, rodgers catches, that scores and then makes the
the incredible catch one handed again back of the end.
Zone AND i was standing right there And i'm, like
there is no way he caught that. Ball refruled them
out of. Bounds he's out of. Bounds you watch the
replay and, like oh my, god he caught that. THING
i MEAN i, was there's a part of me shocked
(44:28):
he even caught the, ball but he just reaches up
with one. Hand kamari's hanging all over. HIM i, MEAN
i don't know how they call it, interference but that's
such a big play in the game because that's a
fourth down. Play The texans take it over the next
play and they probably probably go one win a. Game
But Kara wilson single handedly got The jets that. Victory
(44:50):
and people forget that first. Catch the first catch is
running across the middle of man, coverage so he's running
away and the ball is throwing behind, him so reaches
back to left, hand snatches it, up takes off for
the end. Zone Garrett wilson too good for The texans that.
Night he, absolutely without a, doubt deserves four, years one
hundred and thirty. Million when you see some of the
(45:12):
contracts that some of these receivers have. Gotten to, me
there is no doubt he deserves that, money without, question no.
Question all under twenty five team named BY i think
we did this the other day And Steve pelozola did
his under twenty five. Team texas had three guys that
(45:32):
he put on. There C. J, Stroud Derk Stingman, Junior
Will Anderson. Well Nick shook FROM nfl Dot com did
the same or a similar. Exercise he had offense defense
and he ended up coming up with Two. Texans he
Put Will anderson junior on, there and he also Put
Derek stingley junior as. Well so those two Make Nick
schuks all under twenty five. TEAM cj dosnt making its
(45:56):
only did one team in all twenty two And Jade
daniels was the quarterback That shook selected even before. Him
one of the biggest storylines in THE nfl right now
is some of it having to do With Jayden higgins
And Nick. Cassario. BACK i mean it was back In
(46:20):
OTA's i Guess OTA's midi caamp time Where Jade higgins
got his deal signed and it was kind of a
blockbuster because his contract was fully, guaranteed which is something
that never happened for a second round. Pick so what's
happened with the second round picks is nobody's signing none of.
Them so the charges reported to CAMPUS i mentioned. Earlier
(46:43):
Trey harris is one of those second round. Picks he
is holding. Out he is one of thirty unsigned second round.
Picks there are thirty two in the. League one of
Them Shamar stewart with The, bengals who talked about that.
Often Trey harris is one of those Arte erseri is
one of. Those it's thirty of the thirty two second
(47:04):
round picks that were. Made now Everybody Texas cap surmises
That Tyler shuck is kind of the pivoting point here
that everybody's kind of waiting to see what happens To
Tyler shuck because he hasn't. Sign Because higgins was thirty.
FOUR i Think shuck was thirty. Six, No shuck was.
Forty nick Emun worry is picked thirty. Five so there's
a thought that Even worey is waiting to see what
(47:26):
happens With shuck because he was one pick After, Higgins
and so there's this kind of cap mouse. Game don't
know exactly what it's gonna mean for the second round.
Picks my guess is when the, uh when push comes to,
shove the deadlines, APPEAR i. E training. Camp, now you
got some of them, signed but they didn't Get Trey harris.
Signed now they haven't gone off for practice, yet but
(47:48):
the rookies have, reported and he doesn't have a, contract
so it's definitely something worth, watching especially because are Not
the ursery falls into that category as. Well all, right fun,
Show glad you were here with. Me Appreciate Ladarius henderson
for stopping by as, always My vandamir and you guys
for a. Listen we'll see you tomorrow as, Always Go.
