And they'll stop a seven game Texans winning streak here
in Jacksonville. As Lawrence takes a knee and the Texans.

Won't stop the clock, it is over.

Speaker 3 (00:23):
Houston drops to oh and three for the first time
since twenty twenty. Texans fall to Jacksonville seventeen to ten
and have the Titans next week at home.

Speaker 1 (00:35):
Ouch.

Speaker 3 (00:36):
And honestly, I had to think about that on the
fly yesterday.

Speaker 1 (00:40):
Wait a minute, oh and three.

Speaker 3 (00:41):
Yeah, we talk about twenty eighteen when they were owing
three and made the playoffs, but they were owing three
and twenty twenty, and they were four in twenty twenty.
And then O'Brien gets fired. They win the next one
against Jacksonville. And I might have said it last week.
How many times in the history of this franchise had
the Jazz come through for you? Have you been able
to go down there or play them here and get

a coveted win, get a much needed victory, get something
that makes you well. That is the ultimate get well
team for the Houston Texans. Right there, the Jacksonville Jaguars
and they were serving it up for you again.

Speaker 1 (01:13):
They were ripe. They were laying.

Speaker 3 (01:15):
It out for you on a silver freaking platter, drop
after drop, stop after stop, and there you were trying
to take it. They were begging you to take it.
I feel like Alec Baldwin and Glengarry Glenn Ross.

Can you take it? They want you to take their money.
The Jags want you to take it. Are you gonna
take it? No? Apparently not.

You're gonna go to oh and three and here we
are today, boys and girls.

Speaker 1 (01:38):
This hurts a lot, and I am not here.

Look, I already read comments and people saying, oh, you know,
Vandermin is gonna get mad at people's reactions and things
like that. No I won't, maybe just a couple, but
I'm here to say, look, we can't ask you to
get all excited about a football season and then go
oh to three and they.

Speaker 1 (01:59):
Had nothing to say, Yeah, years, it's it's fall.

Speaker 3 (02:02):
I'm not here to say that, because it's very disappointing.
You deserve to be you deserve to have your feelings,
to feel your feelings about this football team, because it
is a nasty, horrible, ugly start at zero to three.
Nobody wanted this. Nobody thought this was coming. I thought
two and one, one and two it worse, and then
you'd probably beat Tennessee.

Now, having said all that, we'll get into the remedies
and everything that needs to be done. We have to

conference content. I always say this, and I've said this
for every head coach in the building here from the
beginning of time, and time starts in two thousand and two.
When things aren't going well, there is nothing the head
coach can say that it's going to make you feel better.

Nothing.

Speaker 3 (03:00):
So don't look there, all right, I mean, listen to him.
I love Damiko. We're gonna have the show later and
I want to hear what the head coach has to say. However,
there's nothing he's gonna say that's gonna make you feel
a ton better about validating your.

Horrible feelings following a loss like that. You know what
I'm saying.

Aaron Sorkin does not write the press conference. It's a
head coach coming in ten minutes after his team goes
to zero to three. He's gonna say stuff like we're
close because he sees, hey, we were close to winning
that game. Not we're close to being the Rams, the
greatest show on turf back in the late nineties, or
we're about to become the San Diego Chargers circa nineteen

He doesn't mean that close.

He means close, like we almost won the game despite
being horrible in so many different areas. That's what he
means by we're close. Did I straighten that out?

Yeah, I mean I think that's what he means. Oh no,
I know exactly. So again, you know, it's.

Not Morgan Freeman narrating what is happening with the Houston
Texans and free and at zero and three. He's not
doing that. Okay, he just got in from the freaking field.
He's not happy. Nobody's happy. I get it, all right, there,
I said it. But well here's the other thing too.
When you walk off the field after having watched the game.

You really have.

Speaker 5 (04:16):
I'm trying trying to think of the right way of
saying this. You kind of have no sense of what's happened.
You have to see the film. Why did that break down?
What happened here? Why did this play take place? Because
you see it. They don't always show you a replay
so you can see it again. So sometimes in live motion,
you got two eyes. You're looking at something. Maybe you're
looking at the receivers, maybe you're looking at the offensive line.

(04:39):
You don't really have a gauge, and then all of
a sudden you get into that press conference and you're asked, Hey,
what happened on this play?

Speaker 1 (04:46):
Hey, what happened on that play?

Speaker 5 (04:47):
I'm like, I was watching this, yeah instead, you know,
so there's those things happen as well.

Speaker 1 (04:56):
But Sean said it well.

Speaker 3 (04:57):
He said, people want there pound of flesh verbally, yeah,
get that.

Speaker 1 (05:01):
That's exactly right, and they're gonna and they're gonna take it.

Speaker 5 (05:03):
And when you're owing three, everybody gets it right. Everybody
should be getting it today. Everybody should be getting it.
Because we thought we had a good team. We told
you in training camp, Hey we got a good squad.
We're really excited about it. Hey, what about the offense
that's coming along?

Speaker 1 (05:19):
It'll be okay. It's not okay, it is not okay.
What this offense is.

Speaker 3 (05:26):
Due it is close, all right, Stop stop. I'm sorry.
I couldn't resist that. Well because because okay, if Nego
doesn't fumball, if this happens, if that happens, at least
you win the game. You're the lowest scoring offense. Mix
things as you win, but at least win the game.
Win yesterday and you're one and two, and okay, we
have a ton to work on, but we got a

dumb and we move on to Tennessee.

Speaker 1 (05:48):
And you win a division game. Now you're owing three.

Speaker 5 (05:51):
Now, what you've done is you've allowed them to believe
they're decent, that they can beat you. You had kind
of your thumb on them for the last year and
a half, and now you've let them up. Now you
let them believe. And that defense they've they've got a
lot of work to do. No, I'm not saying they
understand that.

Both teams. It was funny.

I was I was trading text with UH with my
buddy Andy, who I coached is now the athletic director Episcopal.
We were both trading text and it was a Jacksonville
guy and Jacksonville guy and he's like, man, neither team
won win that game today.

Speaker 1 (06:21):
And I was like, I know that. That's why it
was right for the stealing.

Speaker 5 (06:25):
That's why when Nico catches that ball right in front
of me, I'm like, we're gonna do this. Yeah, Because
I looked at the clock, there was like three it
was three something, even though we're.

Speaker 3 (06:33):
Going to the fifty yard touchdown pass no, the one
fumbled before I see him catch the ball, and I'm like, oh,
we got the first down.

Speaker 5 (06:42):
And I'm thinking in my mind I had been thinking
at that point there were I think it was like
three thirty three, somewhere between three minutes and three thirty
I think, now you're gonna run another set of downs.
If you get another first down. They got to take
all their timeouts. Now you dictate to them whether it's
gonna be a field goal or a touchdown. You score
a touchdown, and now you leave them, you know, a
minute or so on the clock, like the game is

(07:04):
right there for you. And for the first time in
his career. See, that's the thing that gets me is
you honestly did not deserve to win any of these
three games. But I don't know if the opponents deserve
to win any of the three games you had either,
because your defense played at times out of its mind.
You could have stolen these three games, been three and

(07:25):
all legitimately been three and oh with an offense that's shaky, yes,
but you're three and oh, but you're three and oh whatever.

Speaker 1 (07:33):
You know, you get the Titans who stink.

Speaker 5 (07:35):
There's all kinds of questions about Brian Callahan could have
gotten to four and oh, and instead you got all
these questions going on, what's happening, what's and look, maybe
it's maybe it's better that way to kind of address.

Speaker 5 (07:48):
And look, when you sit there and go as a
fan or an analyst or whatever, you're like, well, it's this,
well it's that. I mean, you got media members pointing
out Laramie Tunsel's stats from the Commander's game yesterday and
putting that in your juxtaposing that it was.

Speaker 1 (08:03):
Aria that is that's gonna happen. I almost gonna happen.

Speaker 5 (08:07):
It's not a sense though, but it's gonna happen. You
can't do that, well, you cannot do that. It's totally
completely different.

Speaker 3 (08:15):
Look, they're not watching contact you are and analyzing the
game the way you are. They're gonna point to that
because because look, Texans, you did that and it's not
working yet, Okay, right, and it's gotta work, because I'm
not telling working right now, and I'm not saying with
Laramie here last year it was all roses and sunshine
because clearly the offense wasn't functioning.

Speaker 5 (08:36):
All you gotta do is point out how poorly somebody played.
You don't have to bring up that decision. Really, all
you gotta do is say, hey, this was a bad
ariane had a bad day yesterday, a really bad freaking day.

Speaker 1 (08:49):
Why bring in a trade that you had earlier? Why
bring that into the mix. But there's a lot there.

Speaker 3 (08:53):
Look, I was here and you were here, Dwayne Brown
two thousand, I know, And that's exactly really rough rookie season.
They were actually plaittoning him with he from salam and
it took a while and he turned into one of
the best left tackles.

If you fast just get better. I think that, well,
you agree with this. There's a lot there with Harry
ante here, there's no doubt this is good as guy

which was Ursery having a hard time with Josh heinz
Allen because he kind of stumbled a TD tiny bit.

we are all watching it, all right, Stroud first and
ten hits Hutchinson six yards then, so they're on the
move here because he just hit Nico for seventeen down
to the thirty eight yard line of Jacksonville. Then he
hits Hutchinson for six and then he hits the wrong

Was because why because why there was a two receivers.

You guys were saying it during the broadcast, two receivers
too close together.

Let's explain. They were running a smash concept. Smash concept
is you got to on the sideline, you got a
lower rock basically hit or an out, and then you
got a corner out behind it.

Speaker 1 (10:57):
I like the way I said it better, but go on, Yeah,
two receivers.

Speaker 5 (10:59):
So the whole point is they were playing what was
called three sky. Essentially, the safety is kind of dropping
into that area. So now the safety has got to
make a decision. That's Jordan Lewis or the nickel. In
this case, Tyson Campbell had taken off for a deep route.
There was a route there was There were three receivers.
The inside receiver I can't remember. Maybe X, he's the clearout.

He's clearing they know it's covered. Three he's taking a
corner out of there. So now the reader is Jordan Lewis.
So Kirk's route is the sail route or the corner
out behind him. Schultzer's route is the route in front
of him he's playing. I don't know what the what
the their parameters are. I know I had that in
my offense, and my key to them was you have

to be at five and you have to be at
seventeen eighteen because if somebody's.

Playing in beginning, you're high lowing them. But what happened was.

the ball back and that's where Lawrence gets picked by
Jalen Petrie at the fifty. Great, this is where everything changes.

forward fourth and two at the Houston forty seven. Now
you got the ball back, ten ten, let's win. Let's
win six fourteen to go in the game. All right,
moving the ball, moving the ball. I'm not gonna go
over every play. Uh, third and two, we rush.

Yeah, okay, So first intent at the Jacksonville thirty nine

Now third and two at the Jacksonville thirty one. It's

You're already in fairbarn range for sure.

Yep, all right, I know he missed from fifty two earlier,
but come on, you're in fairbaron range for sure. You
hit Nico nice, but he fumbles, He fumbles, Tyson Campbell
gets it and there we go. Lloyd recovers and they've
got the ball back. And that's when they go to
work and score because they hit the big play. I mean,
there's only so much you can take, right, but now
you get it back and yeah, you like on.

The score, hold on, hold on what Brian Thomas Junior
goes all the way down and then gets into the
about ten yard line.

And I said on the broadcast, it might have been
nicer for him to just score here because considering what
we do on the next play, allow them to score
at them score yeah, brilliantly and make it look decent.

It was brilliantly done. We let them score. We get
the ball back.

Continue, get the ball back, drive down the field. You
know what happens. They're driving and they're doing fine. Okay,

because Johnny has it already, has been going over it

so close to doing something and we're not doing it,
and it's horrible. Again, You're not close to being the
greatest offense ever. You're just close to being good enough

And there's a lot to fix here because.

If your offense was even average performing here in terms
of points per game, Johnny, you are three and zero
in this season and you are talking about bigger things.
But right now, all you can talk about is trying
to beat the Titans on Sunday.

And this is no layup. I am here to tell

I saw last year Will Levis, now you get Ward
coming in here. Look, they didn't do well yesterday home. Yeah,
they didn't do well yesterday. I get it. I get
all of it. However, this is an NFL game and
they want this one just as badly as you do.

I know a lot of people today Will and they
were yes and they were yesterday.

Well, the problem is this. The problem is that. The

Offensively, it's this guy or it's that guy, or it's

When the line blocks perfectly, receivers run routes too close
to each other they get a pick because on that.

Play they brought a blitz. They ran a little twist and.

be our left guard. Juwe shrugs, and Arianta Ersrie and
Jake Andrews pick.

I'm talking about Arionte tripping on his feet a little

We mentioned that, you know, when you talk about close,
there's there's also a partner. I know Arianta is gonna
take it today, but the jet sweep, that is all wrong.
And the timing everything's off. Yet CJ forgot our quarterbacks name.
CJ like literally kind of flips it option style out

to nol. He's ten yards away. Heinz Allen never sees it.
He's looking inside, but then he finally sees it and
he starts to break outside instead of realizing that Noel
is all the way outside of him. Ariante thinks, oh, man,
I can't let Hines out, so he grabs him.

Oh and he's called for wipes everything out, So.

Speaker 5 (17:41):
Noel gets a ten yard game. Murray hits him out
of bounds. That would have been twenty five yards. We
would have been up near midfield start that drive.

Speaker 3 (17:49):
And that's a that's a hell of a penalty right there.
So it's not just yeah, the Jack said more penalties,
but it's also you can't do what you're doing, which
is commit penalties like.

Speaker 1 (17:57):
That you're doing, You're not You're not good because that when.

Speaker 3 (18:02):
You gotta play the hits like that, you got to
be able to make it cant all right, Let's get
to the head coach with Johnny Harris.

Speaker 1 (18:07):
Right after the game. Here's Johnny and Demiko coaching. It
was a tough one today.

Sure, we're all thoughts about just how just today went
because there were so many ups and downs and all
over the place. You guys played with great effort and
getting you ended up taking loss.

Speaker 1 (18:23):
Just kind of your thoughts overall.

Speaker 9 (18:24):
What happened next.

Speaker 10 (18:25):
Yeah, I thought our guys played tough. I thought we
you know, sputtered there early on or I couldn't get
things going offensively. I think defense kind of held us
in getting off the field on third down or getting
some positive positive plays there to keep.

Speaker 9 (18:38):
Us in the game.

Speaker 10 (18:40):
And coming out second half, I thought we made the
adjustments we needed to make.

Speaker 9 (18:44):
They're trying to move the ball a little bit more.

Speaker 10 (18:46):
Uh, I was able to get in the end zone
and score, and you know, again, it's all I appreciate
the guys with the way they play.

Speaker 9 (18:54):
We have to play cleaner football.

Speaker 10 (18:56):
I would say some of the penalties are just disheartening
to have some of the penalties where we hurt ourselves,
like penalty in the end zone right where we could
force them to kick a field goal there.

Speaker 9 (19:06):
That's third down right, that's huge swing in the game there.

Speaker 10 (19:10):
And then some just offensively with face masks or holding
things that just continue to make us go backwards, right.

Speaker 9 (19:17):
It's tough enough to get yards and move the ball
in this league.

Speaker 10 (19:20):
So we have to find a way to eliminate the
penalties by and you eliminate them by playing with a
better fundamentals, better technique.

Speaker 9 (19:26):
Wear your hands, are you moving your feet while you're blocking?

Speaker 10 (19:29):
Like all those little things, But the technique that matters
the most, that's what hurts you. So we got to
find a way to correct that and be on the
positive side.

Speaker 8 (19:38):
It's your frustration, coach, in the sense that your guys
play with such great effort. They give everything like they
don't back down even when it looks like they're gonna
kick a field, go and go up ten. You get
off the field, and then Petrie mikes the reception nikas
to catch all of sudden that's tied.

Speaker 1 (19:52):
Is there frustration there?

Speaker 8 (19:53):
The guys play with so much effort and yet we
just don't have a win to.

Speaker 9 (19:56):
Show for it. Yeah, that's it, our guy. They played
the right way.

Speaker 10 (19:59):
So one thing never worried about with the effort the
intensity right at which we play. It's going to be
high for high intensity every single down. But you know
what we gotta do is we got to be able
to protect the football right this game. That's the frustrating
part about it comes all down to the football to me,
like we gave it away three times, right, two times

(20:20):
in the red area where those are at least field
goals or he's scoring touchdowns. And then you know, we
take it away once defensively to set us up. But
we cannot turn the ball over three times and expect
to win.

Speaker 9 (20:32):
In this league.

Speaker 8 (20:33):
Cut your defense after that drive after the missfield goal,
they went fifty eight yards of that drive, and then
really after that, you guys held him in check other
than one explosive What can you say about your defense
effort today?

Speaker 10 (20:43):
Yeah, I really like the way the guys play. They
executed the game playing really well today. Really proud of
the guys for rebound and playing playing how we expect
to play the right way. You know, even you know
we lose thingley, Treymond steps in and he plays a
lot of meaningful snaps there. He did a really good
job for us, and they played together, they played collect
they did what I asked him to do right, and

(21:04):
they gave us a chance to win this game.

Speaker 8 (21:07):
We go back home another division opponent.

Speaker 1 (21:10):
What's the key?

Speaker 8 (21:10):
Obviously, get turned around and getting went on Sunday.

Speaker 4 (21:12):
Coach.

Speaker 9 (21:13):
Yeah, the key for us man is to play clean.

Speaker 10 (21:15):
It's to start faster, right, We got to get off
to a faster start, try to sustain more drives offensively again,
and think this game here where this team beat us
in the tin of possession. We got to possess the
football more. We got to stay on the field third down.
We got to be able to convert more third down
so we can stay on the field more and sustain

(21:36):

if you could do that on a not regular basis,
but maybe one out of every couple of games, maybe

your shot at Baltimore, and you take the whole season
from there, because you get the buy if you can

to ignore the negatives and I just think what could

excited about this defense. I was excited about with the
possibility of the offensive line gelling together, and the regular
season just reminds you, you know what, there's thirty one
other teams that are just that are working just as hard,
you know as your team during the summer that have
brought in other guys that have stars on their team.

And speaking of stars, you know, to me, Josh Allen
or Josh Heines Allen, I should say their edge rusher.
He made the player of the game when he tipped
that ball as CJ. Strad was throwing it that caused
the game clinching interception. So they have those type of
playmakers on defense, and it's to me, it's time to panic,

Like I'm not gonna sit up here and say, oh,
everything's gonna be okay. Uh, this team started off zero
to three and they had a great season in the past.
Because what I'm not seeing is any improvement from the offense.

And that's the biggest.

Concern, speaking of not improving, the offensive line kind of
up and down at moments yesterday it felt like Indy
when the offensive line did some good things, then the
routes broke down when the routes were open and the
offensive line broke down. But I know Ariantaier Street had
a tough game yesterday, And I know throughout your career

you you were around young guys, rookies that had a
tough start, maybe you know, drop the pass, missed the block, uh,
you know, missed the sack, or had just a bad
game on defense. Playing next to you as a as
a leader on this team, when you have a young
guy that struggles, what's I don't want to say, what's
the responsible a building in a sense indeed, but what

(31:01):
is the responsibility of the leaders of this team when
you have a young guy that struggled kind of way
Ariante did yesterday. Did you ever have a situation like
that when you played where you had a young guy
that played and you kind of felt the need to
kind of go over there and make sure he was okay,
that you didn't lose him, so to speak, because of
that game.

I think that's a great question.

Speaker 2 (31:20):
I think this team has the leadership with the players to,
you know, tell them, hey man, this is what you
did wrong and this is how you fix it. But
then they'll also be other type of leaders that say, now,
keep in mind, when I was young, I had a
season or excuse me, I had a game like this
where I just wanted to put my head in the
sand and didn't want anybody to see. I feel like
with the Danielle Hunters with the tightest Howards, with the

type of leadership you have with the players that they're
going to put their arm around or say and he's
gonna be fine with it. But more importantly, I don't
care about what you're telling me after the game. What
are you going to do during the game to protect them?
And that doesn't come from the leadership from the players.
It comes from the offensive coordinator understanding that it's okay
to leave Schultzen there to help him out. It's okay

(32:05):
to make sure that your chips are going to be
more focused on the side that earsays on, especially if
he's going against a guy like Josh heinz Allen or
even Trevon Walker. You know Travon Walker. There's much to
be said about him not living up to the number
one overall pick, but he's still a damn goield pass rusher.
He's had over twenty sacks in the last two seasons.
So to me, the leadership has to come from the

(32:25):
offensive coordinator saying, hey, we're going to help you until
you get your feet under you. As a rookie pass
blocking against some of these beats every single weekend, he's
going to be going against a stud edge rusher better
than what he's seen in college. So I think the
help needs to come from the coordinators and making sure
that they have extra blockers there to help him out.

Speaker 3 (32:45):
Andy, it's the most important position on the football team quarterback.
And I'll ask you is what is going on with CJ.
Stroud in your opinion year three? We talk about the
old line, we need a better running game, we need
all of that.

Speaker 1 (33:00):
What about him in general? The quarterback?

What would you say is the read on this guy's
about to turn twenty four years old.

In a couple of weeks.

It's amazing he's still that young, but he's not young
in NFL years. He's played two full seasons and now
he's into another one.

What are your thoughts?

This isn't me protecting CJ. Stroud.

I don't know the guy. He's out a friend of mine,
but it kind of goes to what John said and
we gloss it over. It's tough for me Mark to
just say, Okay, this quarterback has to do this better, because,
like John said, I noticed it during the game when
he did have protection, it was like, man, like, why
hasn't he released the ball and where's the coverage?

Speaker 6 (33:39):
Excuse me?

Speaker 2 (33:40):
The coverage was so tight that he didn't have an
open wide receiver. So was it great coverage by the
Jacksonville Jaguars defense or is it your wide receivers.

Aren't running the right routes.

And then there's times where the protection just broke down immediately.
So it was tough for me to say, man, CJ
should have done this a little bit better. I do
feel like he needs to in my opinion, as a
former guy who chased these guys around.

He needs to use his legs a little more.

In my opinion that keeps your the pass rushers on
their heels if he just touched that ball and takes off,
Even if you're only picking up four or five positive yards.
As a as a defensive lineman, you start to think
to yourself, Okay, I can't be as reckless with my
pass rush, and you want to be reckless when you
pass rush.

I can't be as.

Speaker 2 (34:26):
Creative coming inside because if I leave any kind of
lane open, he's gonna take it like the Baker mayfields,
like the Josh Allens of the world. So to answer
your question, what I would like to see, the one
little thing I would like to see is him more
willing to use his legs when the pass protection breaks down.

Speaker 5 (34:45):
Indy, as a defender, when you give up nine nine,
I'm sorry, fourteen, twenty and seventeen, and I guess two
touchdowns of that really came in the fourth quarter. Fourth quarters,
wh you could have made a stop defensively. I get
all that, and then at the end you had to
let him score. Yesterday could have come up with a

stop against the Buccaneers. Either way, the defense has been
playing way way well enough to get wins. How do
you make sure it doesn't becoming us versus them, defense
versus offense kind of thing in the locker room.

Speaker 6 (35:21):
That could easily happen. John, you know that you've been in.

Speaker 2 (35:24):
Enough locker rooms as a coach, as a player and
covering the team, and that's where your decoordinator just has
to make sure he reminds them, Hey, this is a
team effort.

There's three phases to this.

Speaker 2 (35:37):
If we gave up seventeen points and we lost, then
guess what.

Speaker 6 (35:41):
Their defense was better than ours. We should have gave
up less than ten.

Speaker 2 (35:44):
So you have to remind them you're playing well, but
this is a team effort. In the ultimate goal of
the defense, there's all these different goals, like have x
amount of pressures per game, have three sacks every game,
hold your opponent to seventeen points less.

Speaker 6 (36:00):
Check.

They did that, but that wasn't good enough. So you
have to remind your defense. If you're going to be
thought of as one of the baddest dudes in the NFL,
then if you have to win games ten to seven,
ten to three, you just have to figure out a
way to get it done.

And it's tough.

I mean the Texans offense, they gave up three turnovers
in the fourth quarter. You know, correct me if I'm wrong,
and you only give up seven points, and those seven points,
I feel like they let them score because they wanted
to get the ball back. I mean, what else could
you ask for a defense? So it's twofold in my opinion,
John One, you tell them when the offenses and in

the room, when you're in those defensive meetings, you look around,
you know, you let them know, Hey, I'm looking around.
I got your back. Y'all are doing a bankup job.
Keep it up. But if you want to be thought
of as those two thousand and two Ravens nineteen eighty
five Chicago Bears, you got to figure out a way
for us to win these games ten to seven, ten
to three, you know, not just holding opponents to under

stuck with me and they one of our coaches always
reminded us that a wounded animal is an animal that

you don't want to face. And the Tennessee Titans are wounded.
So are the Houston Texans. So the only reason or
way they should be thinking about the Tennessee Titans as
an ozer to three team is to remind themselves that
this is a desperate team that we're playing. This is
a team that needs to win as bad as we
need a win, So we're gonna get their best shot.
But it shouldn't be like, oh, this is the week

we're going to get our first victory because we're playing
a team that doesn't have any wins. I guess what
look in the mirror that's you as well. So if anything,
I would take it serious. I would treat it as
if I'm playing a three and oh team and we
have to win this game. It's a division game. You
don't want the Coast to be four games ahead of you.
This is a big This is because of the way

the team started. Mark I would argue to say this
is the biggest game early in the season because you
just can't fall ohero and four oh and two in
the division.
