En 1988, le photographe Gilbert Duclos croque le portrait d'une adolescente qui se prélasse sur le trottoir, devant une succursale de la Banque Scotia, à Montréal. La photo se retrouve en couverture du magazine Vice-Versa. Quand la jeune fille sur la photo, Pascale-Claude Aubry, 17 ans, apprend que non seulement un photographe a pris sa photo, mais que celle-ci s'est retrouvée en couverture d'un magazine, elle n'est PAS CONTENTE PANTOUTE.
Une poursuite au civil s'impose. Et une bataille légale longue et captivante en découlera.
