Diagnosed with Sjögren’s Syndrome at age 25, she turned to yoga as a way to manage her symptoms and reclaim a sense of control, comfort, and connection. With over a decade of experience, she is certified in Yoga for Arthritis and holds a 1000-hour yoga therapy certification. Her compassionate approach helps others living with Sjögren’s feel seen, supported, and empowered to care for themselves from the inside out.
