Speaker 2 (00:40):
I'm Chop your host,
and always with me is my
beautiful co-host, Julie.
Julie, how are you doing today?
I'm amazing.
Speaker 1 (00:43):
Today, me and Julie
are diving into a serious legal
document, a probable causeaffidavit from Morgan County,
indiana, case number55-D02-2505-F5, filed on May 15,
2025.
This involves allegationsagainst Jacob Wessel.
We're going to read it verbatim, straight from the source, to
(01:03):
give you the unfiltered details.
Speaker 2 (01:07):
That's right.
We're keeping it raw and real, reading every word exactly as it
appears in the affidavit.
We'll alternate sections tokeep it clear, starting with the
introductory details and movingthrough the narrative.
Speaker 1 (01:21):
Let's do it.
I'll kick things off with thefirst of page one.
Here we go.
Speaker 2 (01:28):
Okay, moving to his
charges, Wessel is being charged
with a level five, childseduction, and a level five
dealing in a schedule two, controlled substance with an
enhancing circumstance.
Speaker 1 (01:50):
And then an a
misdemeanor contributing for the
probable cause still on pageone.
This probable cause is basedupon the following facts and
circumstances based on mypersonal knowledge, this report
was prepared by Corporal Dodsonon 1-14-25.
I was assigned to follow up onhis initial report, taken by
(02:11):
Deputy Tolan.
The report details events thatoccurred between a juvenile and
a former robotics teacher, jacobWessel.
Wessel was terminated from theMooresville Christian Academy in
December of 2024.
Below is the narrative from theinitial report drafted by
Deputy Tolan.
On January 3rd 2024, while onduty with the Morgan County
(02:35):
Sheriff's Office, I, deputyTolan, responded to Mooresville
Police Department for a sexoffense case.
Dispatch advised the victim'smother stated her daughter's
teacher had been sending herinappropriate text.
I arrived on scene and met withthe mother and stepmother to
the victim, along with thevictim identified as 13 years
(02:56):
old.
Speaker 2 (02:58):
All right, let's move
it to page two, picking up
where this narrative continues.
The stepmom stated that thevictim currently goes to
Mooresville Christian Academyout on State Road 144.
She advised the victim has beentexting a teacher identified as
Jacob Wessel, 44 of Canby,indiana.
(03:18):
Jacob was a robotics teacher atthe school.
The stepmom stated the victimhas been texting Jacob since
September of 2024.
The victim said it was notunusual to text him because she,
the victim, was close friendswith Wessel's sons who also go
(03:40):
to Mooresville Christian Academy.
The victim said there was nophysical intimacy between her
and Jacob and that they neverexchanged any type of
pornographic photos between oneanother.
Speaker 1 (03:53):
Stepmom said the
victim has already talked to the
principal of the school andshowed them the text messages
between Jacob and her.
The victim reportedly told theprincipal about the incident on
December 18, 2024.
The parents found out about theincident after the victim had
went to the principal.
Stepmom said the school hasalready released Jacob from his
(04:15):
position after it was reportedand was supposed to make a
report with DCS, but they havenot heard anything.
Stepmom stated with DCS, butthey have not heard anything.
Stepmom stated this was not thefirst incident where Jacob has
been communicatinginappropriately with a minor.
It was reported.
There was another incident ayear or two ago involved with
(04:35):
another victim and Jacob.
The victim told investigatorsthat victim was 12 to 13 years
old and also went to MooresvilleChristian Academy.
The school administration stilllet Jacob keep his position and
that he was not allowed to bealone with students.
Speaker 2 (04:55):
So we're still on
page two and here's where things
get more specific about theallegations.
It appeared from the textmessages that Jacob supplied the
victim with cannabis and usedit with her.
The victim told her parentsthat Jacob also gave her
Adderall at school.
Before I asked if Jacob wouldsupply her the cannabis, she
(05:19):
stated Jacob would and she wouldsmoke it with him.
Detectives looked at some textmessages between the victim and
Jacob that were located on thephone.
On November 24th 2024, therewas a text message of Jacob
telling the victim how it madehim feel good when she rubbed
her boobs on him.
(05:39):
The victim responded back toJacob telling him that it made
her uncomfortable that he feltthat way.
Jacob also talks about how theyare in love.
Speaker 1 (05:50):
Damn.
On December 14, 2024, Jacobmessaged that he wanted to kiss
her.
On December 17, 2024, textedJacob how it made her
uncomfortable with his feelingsfor her.
Jacob messaged that he did notsee or put an age on it for his
(06:11):
feelings.
For these are just a summary ofthe messages.
There were messages on thephone of Jacob talking about
smoking with the victim.
Mom said there was a lot oftimes that Jacob took the victim
home or that she went up toJacob's house to hang out with
the kids.
The victim advised that she hadfeelings for Jacob's son and
really liked him and during thecourse of the messages, Jacob
(06:35):
was trying to convince her notto like his son and to like him
instead.
Speaker 2 (06:39):
That's crazy.
Speaker 1 (06:41):
That's fucked up Like
a jealous ass dad, jealous
because a little girl is likingyour son.
I mean you should be like aproud dad, like hey, I got a
good-looking son, you know whatI mean.
And then giving her Adderalland smoking weed with her.
Speaker 2 (06:56):
Oh, my goodness.
So in the messages there werescreenshots of a conversation
between a 17-year-old girl, andJacob told her that this
17-year-old girl was stalkinghim.
The mom reported she has alsoseen Jacob take other girls home
as well.
Mom reported one of the girlswas 12 to 13 years old.
Speaker 1 (07:20):
Mom and stepmom both
consented to a phone download on
the victim's phone and would bewilling to come down to the
Morgan County Sheriff's Officeto do that.
The victim also stated shewould consent to the phone
download.
The phone is currently inpossession of mom and is not
being used.
Dcs has been contacted and madeaware of the incident.
Speaker 2 (07:41):
Now we get into the
forensic interview details.
Aware of the incident?
Now we get into the forensicinterview details.
Given the statements made bythe victim, she was scheduled
for a forensic interview atSusie's place in Avon.
Below is a brief summation ofthe interview.
The victim acknowledges thatshe is friends with the Wessel
family and that she would dothings with them often.
(08:01):
The victim communicatedregularly with Wessel via phone
call or text.
The victim states that Wesseldid behave oddly at times.
Wessel would rub her shouldersor back, which made her
uncomfortable.
Wessel and the victim wouldcommunicate about day-to-day
things.
Then Wessel began to text her.
(08:23):
Then Wessel began to text herand she initially didn't think
anything about it because shewas so close to the family.
Then the text got weirder andweirder and it made her
uncomfortable.
Wessel said that he liked herbut stated that she didn't want
to go into that.
Speaker 1 (08:43):
The victim states
that she did eventually tell the
administration of MooresvilleChristian Academy about the
behavior that made heruncomfortable.
The victim was crying andemotional because she cares
about the family.
Wessel's behavior that made heruncomfortable started in
September and ended in Decemberof 2024.
Further details that she triedto brush off his behavior and
(09:06):
tell herself that that's not thekind of person he is and that
she was having such a great timewith the family she didn't want
to ruin that.
The victim does detail amessage where Wessel tells her
that he really liked her and hecan't help it.
She states that Wessel at onepoint texted her that he wanted
to kiss her.
She said that she told Wesselhe was a grown-ass man and that
(09:30):
was enough is enough and thatwhat he was doing was not okay.
Wessel replied to her and saidthey could make it work.
The victim never disclosed anyfurther touching or contact with
Wessel.
Speaker 2 (09:44):
Thank goodness this
girl went to her parents and
she's very strong-minded, youknow and he was straight up
trying to groom her.
Speaker 1 (09:54):
He was trying to
groom her at the fullest extent,
Mm-hmm, Getting her high, making her feel welcome with the
family.
Here you need some AdderallMaybe make you focus in class a
little better type shit probably.
Speaker 2 (10:06):
Yep.
Now the victim states that onetime Wessel gave her Adderall at
Mooresville Christian Academy.
She knew what it was becausehis kids were prescribed
Adderall.
She advised that she had a testthat she was really stressed
out about and that she toldWessel about it a test that she
(10:26):
was really stressed out aboutand that she told Wessel about
it.
Wessel offered the Adderall andstated don't tell any other
kids.
She states that the Adderallwas given to her directly by
Wessel in the elementary schoolarea of Mooresville Christian
Academy.
It is to note that the victimis not prescribed Adderall.
Wessel offered marijuana to herand another person while they
(10:47):
were at Wessel's house.
The victim states she tried themarijuana gave to her by Wessel
.
She also states that she knewthat it was marijuana because of
how it smelled.
Further details are thatanother person was there when
she tried it and that thatperson did not have a reaction.
(11:08):
She states that Wessel handedher the marijuana and that she
tried it.
That Wessel did not sayanything as he handed it to her.
She also states that on anotheroccasion she was in the kitchen
at the Wessel home and he blewmarijuana smoke in her face.
Speaker 1 (11:25):
Wow, I told you
that's what he was thinking
about the speedy pills he wasthinking about the speedy pills.
The interview concludes shortlyafter that with no other
pertinent information gleaned.
The interview concludes shortlyafter with no other pertinent
information gained.
The obviously very defensive ofWessel and his family she
(11:46):
states multiple times throughoutthe interview that she cares a
lot about them and does not wantto make this a quote unquote.
Big deal.
Also makes mention that shedoes not want Wessel to lose his
kids.
Speaker 2 (11:58):
Now continuing on
page four about the phone
evidence and attempts to contactWessel.
I have reviewed the forensicphone extraction of the phone
and did find messages fromWessel that coincide with the
information she provided in herinterview.
I did not find any mention ofphysical contact between Wessel
(12:20):
and the extraction will besubmitted with this case for
further review.
The interview from Susie'splace has also been attached.
I have tried multiple times tomake contact with Wessel and
have had no success.
I have tried via phone and alsosent a uniformed deputy to his
(12:40):
home.
Wessel has failed to reach outto discuss the allegations in
this report.
Speaker 1 (12:48):
We're almost done
with this.
We're still on page four withlocation and arrest warrant.
All events occurred in MorganCounty in the state of Indiana.
For the foregoing reasons, Ihave probable cause to believe
that the defendants named hereoncommitted the offenses stated
above.
I request that an arrestwarrant be issued for the arrest
(13:08):
of the defendants with bondsset in the amount set forth in
the court's bond schedule forthe arrest of the defendants
with bonds set in the amount setforth in the court's bond
schedule for the offensescharged.
And that's the full probablecause affidavit.
Folks, heavy stuff.
Serious allegations about JacobWessel's interactions with a
minor, including inappropriatetext providing Adderall and
offering marijuana.
Julie, what stands out the mostto you about this?
Speaker 2 (13:32):
It's disturbing.
The detailed text messages, especially Wessel allegedly
saying he's in love with a13-year-old and wanting to kiss
her, are chilling.
The fact that the school had aprior incident and still kept
him on, only restricting himfrom being alone with students,
raises big questions and thevictim's conflicted feelings.
(13:56):
Defending the family whilereporting this shows how complex
these situations can be.
Speaker 1 (14:02):
You know, the
victim's loyalty to the Wessel
family makes it even tougher.
The affidavit paints a pictureof someone in a position of
trust, crossing major lines.
You know, I also thought it wasweird and I wanted to add this
in Like Brittany Fortenberry, she extremely changed her weight
(14:22):
and her looks and shit.
And that made her in my mind—.
That's what she said in herinterview?
Yeah, and she wanted to reliveher childhood.
I wonder if that in any way hadanything to do with this dude,
because if you look at thepictures of him, he lost a
tremendous amount of weight.
Speaker 2 (14:39):
Don't even look like
the same person at all.
Speaker 1 (14:40):
No, absolutely not.
Speaker 2 (14:43):
Something tells me
this type of behavior is nothing
new for Jacob.
The Reporter Times inMartinsville reported back in
October 7th of 2015 that a JacobWessel, 35, was arrested and
charged with contributing to thedelinquency of a minor.
(15:06):
We are still in the process toconfirm if this is the same
Wessel, but the agent addressarea match up.
But funny thing is, when you goand search the my Case portal,
no case whatsoever is found.
I mean, what happened to it?
Where did it go?
Speaker 1 (15:24):
I bet he had it
expunged.
I've heard of people gettingstuff expunged and it disappears
from my case and everything.
Speaker 2 (15:30):
And that's like a
minor charge.
Yeah, or it could be.
Is it a misdemeanor?
Is it always a felony, or is ita misdemeanor no?
Speaker 1 (15:36):
I think it coincides
with the whatever you let the
minor get away with, like if youlet the minor do a felony, then
I think the contributing chargeis a felony.
I could be wrong about that.
If so, you guys can reach out.
I'm sure you guys will.
If you let a minor, like, say, drive a truck, if you're
(16:06):
teaching your son how to drive atruck.
That honestly happened to meone time I was teaching our
oldest boy to drive a truck on aback road and the little shit
did a burnout and this was like20 some years yeah the cop saw
it just wrote me a ticket forcontributing to the delinquency
of a minor because I let myminor drive my truck without a
license.
And I was kindly appalled bythat, because how the hell do
(16:26):
you teach your damn kid how todrive?
I guess I should have done it alittle bit legal-er.
I don't know, I thought it wascool he was doing the burnout
myself.
But back to the case.
I want to talk about thisletter sent out from Mooresville
Christian Academy.
This letter email was sent outback in December of 2024.
(16:48):
Let's read the letter and thenwe'll talk about it.
Dear MCA family, I want toupdate you on the truth of the
reason why Mr Wessel is nolonger at MCA.
Mr Wessel was hired severalyears ago and over the years we
have investigated someinappropriate teacher behavior.
These behaviors have not beensexual acts, criminal acts etc.
(17:11):
And the behaviors have beenfound not to be true.
All accusations have beeninvestigated and CPS has been
called in on the accusations, even when the student involved
states this did not happen.
All accusations have beenscreened out or unfounded.
Speaker 2 (17:30):
Accusations have been
screened out or unfounded, but
over the years parents continueto spread child abuse and
misconduct rumors about MrWessel.
I am very disappointed becauseI have investigated every single
accusation.
Mr Wessel is not perfect and hedid make some inappropriate
statements, but these were dealtwith and he did make some
(17:52):
inappropriate statements, butthese were dealt with.
Speaker 1 (17:57):
With these
accusations about Mr Wessel, we
put certain measures into actionto protect him and MCA.
One of these measures includedno texting a student
individually.
A student brought some textmessages to us that were not
sexual in nature no pictures, nothing criminal but this
behavior was a violation of ouragreement.
Again, there is a back storythat was verified by the parent
involved, but this action isstill a violation of our
(18:20):
agreement.
Speaker 2 (18:22):
Mr Wessel has worked
extremely hard to make MCA
better and he has made anamazing impact in the lives of
so many MCA students.
Unfortunately, in thissituation, this letter is to
inform you that, moving forward,Mr Wessel is no longer employed
at MCA.
Please pray for him and hisfamily.
(18:43):
Bruce Peters, head of theschool.
Speaker 1 (18:46):
Boy.
He was sure working hard allright, but it wouldn't make the
school better.
Speaker 2 (18:50):
Wow, can you believe
this letter?
No, but it wouldn't make theschool better, wow.
Speaker 1 (18:52):
Can you believe this
letter?
No, that's insane.
What the fuck.
Speaker 2 (18:59):
I'm in shock.
All the accusations have beenscreened out or unfounded.
Has every accusation screenedby who?
Screened by the school?
Speaker 1 (19:11):
I mean they say they
called DCS, but we don't know
for a fact that they did.
Speaker 2 (19:17):
Well, in the probable
cause affidavit they said they
contacted DCS but DCS nevercontacted.
You know the person whoreported that.
Speaker 1 (19:29):
Mr Peters, that's why
you're head of a school and not
an investigator.
Shit like that comes up.
Speaker 2 (19:36):
People need to
contact investigators and let
them do their job, both of them.
Speaker 1 (19:40):
Absolutely.
Speaker 2 (19:42):
And then he goes on
to continue.
But over the years, so over theyears, parents keep continuing
to come to you reporting thisabuse and misconduct about Mr
Wessel, and you're mad at themBecause you investigated every
(20:04):
single accusation.
Speaker 1 (20:06):
Yeah, it's almost
like he's pissed off.
Over the years, teachers andstudents have made such bad
rumors about Mr Wessel.
God bless his Adderall-givenass.
Speaker 2 (20:19):
And the accusations
were so serious.
You can see that in this letterthe accusations were so serious
.
You can see that in this letterWith the accusations, they even
put in certain measures.
They said they put certainsafety standards into action,
meaning into place oh, I readthat wrong To protect him and
(20:41):
not the students.
Speaker 1 (20:44):
That's a little bit
fucked up, I have to say, not
the students, that's a littlebit fucked up, I have to say,
and I'm sure there's nothingwrong with 99% of Mooresville
Christian Academy there is ahell of a lot of nice teachers
and nice academic shit going onthere.
Speaker 2 (20:57):
Wow, I'm I'm confused
.
Speaker 1 (21:00):
Yeah, I have to say
I'm a little bit confused too.
Speaker 2 (21:04):
So I got um.
A follower sent me somescreenshots that came from I
believe it was Angela Ganote'scomment section and in the
screenshots it says at the topof it letter to president of MCA
and it's to Mr Wright and whatthis is?
(21:26):
It's like a documentation of aschool board meeting and all
these complaints and concernsthese parents have had and
they're like in bulletin pointsand then below that it has in
red the conclusion of whateverallegation that it was all at
(21:49):
the time.
Now it says, mr, right uponseeking legal counsel, we are
sending this email to documentconcerns shared in the recent
board meeting on september 27,2022.
After further thought andprayer, we feel the numerous
concerns we have raisedregarding Mr Wessel have been
(22:11):
inadequately addressed.
We also have concerns that ourchildren continue to have
regular contact with Mr Wesselas the only adult in the
classroom, despite being led tobelieve that efforts have been
made to eliminate hisindependent supervision of the
children.
Speaker 1 (22:30):
In November 2021,
parents communicated that their
children reported that Mr Wesselwas allegedly showing
inappropriate videos in class, allowing children to watch
inappropriate videos in class, using bad language in class and
allowing children to do the same, and this is what the school's
(22:51):
reply to that allegation was.
Speaker 2 (22:55):
This alleged incident
was investigated and was not
found to be inappropriate.
As the allegation above infers,mr Wessel received coaching on
proper classroom management.
Speaker 1 (23:10):
So he was watching
inappropriate videos, allowing
kids to watch and cussing usingbad language, and he got a
little bit of coaching on properclassroom management.
Wow, here's the second bulletpoint.
In April of 2022, a parentwitnessed an inappropriate
interaction with Mr Wessel anda, female child, in the hallway.
(23:30):
The parent reported the childwas clearly uncomfortable with
this interaction, and here's theschool's answer to that
allegation.
Speaker 2 (23:39):
This alleged incident
was investigated.
Video evidence exists thatclearly refutes this allegation.
Both the video evidence and thefollow-up discussion with the
student involved in thisinteraction confirmed that Mr
Wessel was simply reminding thestudent of MCA's cell phone
policy for students.
Speaker 1 (24:00):
Oh, mr Wessel boy,
he's a stickler on them.
Rules now.
Speaker 2 (24:03):
Yep.
Speaker 1 (24:03):
He was reminding the
kid on them rules.
Now he was reminding the kid.
In April 2022, a studentreported to their parent that
they witnessed a femaleclassmate sitting on Mr Wessel's
lap during technology class.
The parent then made a reportto Mr Peters.
Here's their answer to thatallegation.
Speaker 2 (24:20):
This alleged incident
was investigated, none of the
female students that wereallegedly involved in this
allegation state that thishappened.
Dcs would agree with thisstatement.
Now, these last two or thisallegation and the previous one
were both in April of 2022.
(24:42):
So that's two in one month.
Speaker 1 (24:45):
Wow, and, of of
course, they were investigated
and the kids said it didn'thappen and blah, blah, blah.
That don't make no fuckingsense to me.
Here's the next bullet point.
In august of 2022, a parent hadan impromptu meeting with mr
pet, revealing that her childreported to her that Mr Wessel
(25:08):
favors girls and lets them siton his lap during class in
robotics.
It was this person's perceptionthat Mr Peters assumed that he
already knew the situation towhich she was referring to, and
they refer to the bullet pointabove, as he did not ask any
further questions.
(25:29):
As a result, the administrationwas first made aware of the
full details of this situationat the September 27th board
meeting, and here's their replyto that allegation.
Speaker 2 (25:41):
By this date, mr
Peters had already investigated
this alleged incident and foundthe allegation to be false, as
described in detail.
At the September 2020 MCA boardmeeting with a redacted name in
attendance, actions were takento protect those involved from
(26:04):
false allegations such as thisone from being repeated.
Speaker 1 (26:09):
So all the parents
and all the kids are lying at
this point this is soundingawful weird to me.
It's almost sounding likedude's got something on dude or
something.
You know what I mean, or youknow, and before anybody's
panties get in a bunch, I'm notsaying dude has something on
dude, I'm just saying it soundslike it.
Speaker 2 (26:31):
You know what I mean
In September of 2022, a female
child reported to a parent thatshe cars pools with that two of
her female friends told her thatthey had allegedly sat on Mr
Russell's lap and this is whatthat report was back to them.
Speaker 1 (26:52):
Based on information
available to the MCA
administration and board, thisappears to be a continuation of
harmful hearsay and gossipstemming from the original
allegation.
Unfortunately, this behaviorappears to be reinforced by
adults whose words and actionsare creating unfounded fear
(27:14):
amongst some of our students.
This was investigated by MCA,with a follow-up review by the
Indiana Department of ChildServices, who has also not found
any evidence to support thisallegation of Child Services,
who has also not found anyevidence to support this
allegation.
Speaker 2 (27:32):
Wow, since the board
meeting in September, additional
information has come to lightthat has elevated our concerns.
Mr Wessel has allegedly sharedpornographic, sexually explicit,
depraved videos with others, who subsequently shared those
videos as amusing antidotes witha peer's parents while on
vacation.
Wow.
Speaker 1 (27:53):
And here's how they
responded to that allegation.
This alleged incident wasinvestigated.
Mr Wright and Mr Peters calledthe parent who allegedly shared
this information with anotherredacted name During this
discussion.
The parents stated that thedetails alleged above are not an
accurate account of whatoccurred.
(28:13):
They stated that two videoswere briefly referenced in a
conversation and their responsewas to shut down the discussion
before it progressed.
They assumed that the videosbeing referenced might be in
pornographic nature.
The allegation that Mr Wesselhad shared any pornographic
videos to anybody has not beenbacked up by anybody in
(28:40):
attendance when the incidentallegedly occurred occurred.
Furthermore, there is noevidence to support this claim,
which appears to be an attemptto not only smear an MCA staff
member, but also children andstudents.
Speaker 2 (28:57):
We care deeply about
the future of this school and we
wish to continue to partnerwith MCA in our children's
education.
Partner with MCA in ourchildren's education.
We sincerely hope that theseconcerns will be reviewed and
this situation will be revisited.
We look forward to yourresponse.
And here was their response.
Speaker 1 (29:17):
Dear parents, the MCA
school board and Mr Peters
welcomes constructive input fromall MCA families.
Parental involvement in allaspects of their children's time
at MCA is encouraged.
In regards to the content ofthis letter, we take all of
these accusations seriously.
As parents of MCA studentsourselves, we are here to ensure
(29:39):
that MCA is a safe environmentfor our students that offers
them opportunities to excel inacademics, spiritual
developments and athletics.
All of the allegations outlinedabove have been thoroughly
investigated by the properauthorities.
It appears that the findings ofthese investigations do not meet
(29:59):
your desired outcome for MrWessel, which makes this an
unfortunate situation foreveryone involved.
Our hope is that everyoneinvolved can accept the outcome
of these investigations and moveforward in a positive manner,
whether that be at MCA oroutside of MCA.
Upon advice from our attorneyand in accordance with our
(30:20):
policies, we must inform youthat continuing to repeat false
accusations against an MCA staffmember or student, which
results in the interruption ofthe education process and MCA
experience for our student body,is unacceptable and will not be
allowed to continue.
If this behavior continues, mcawill remove any students and
(30:44):
families who are involved inthis behavior from our
enrollment in order to protectour students and staff from the
repercussions of this behavior.
Upon reviewing the facts ofthis unfortunate situation, we
feel that Mr Russell likely hasenough evidence to pursue legal
action.
Our prayer is that this stopsimmediately.
Speaker 2 (31:05):
Wow, and this says
Mark Wright and the MCA school
board.
Speaker 1 (31:13):
That's crazy.
Speaker 2 (31:14):
That's like if you
don't stop saying that this
teacher's doing this.
Speaker 1 (31:20):
We're going to kick
your kid and your family off the
stool grounds and completelynot associate you with the mca
schools and then, oh well, keeptalking, keep saying this, and
he's gonna sue you now.
Speaker 2 (31:34):
Look, the police have
investigated him for five
months and their theirinvestigation found um, some
problems, apparently becausethere was enough probable cause
for him to be charged.
Speaker 1 (31:49):
Man, I bet the board
that was coming back with their
responses to these bullet pointsfeels like an asshole.
Now you know what I mean.
Speaker 2 (32:03):
What if that victim
would have had an allergic
reaction to that Adderall or youknow that could have blew her
heart up?
Speaker 1 (32:10):
Absolutely it could
have.
I mean, you don't know what, she didn't know what kind of
medicine she was taking at home,or you know what.
I mean you can't mix some ofthat shit together, I'm sure.
Speaker 2 (32:20):
Yeah, and she was
taking it on.
She was giving it on schoolgrounds.
That's even more wild.
And she was taking it on.
She was giving it on schoolgrounds.
That's even more wild Duringschool hours, it said.
In the probable cause it was inthe elementary.
Speaker 1 (32:35):
I guarantee you he
was like here take this, it'll
make you concentrate better forthat test.
Speaker 2 (32:40):
Grooming that is 100%
grooming that is grooming 101.
Speaker 1 (32:45):
I wonder how this
dude felt when the Brittany
Fortenberry case came out.
I wonder if he was like oh,fuck man.
Speaker 2 (32:50):
Oh, you know, he was
like.
Speaker 1 (32:53):
I better chill out.
Speaker 2 (32:55):
Well, he's had a worn
out for four days now and he
has not turned himself in.
Speaker 1 (33:00):
Yeah, mr Wessel is on
the run folks, so if you see
him, On the land Hit somebody up.
Speaker 2 (33:07):
He is on the run
folks.
So if you see him On the land, hit somebody up and we posted
the updated pictures on our 69South Facebook page.
So if you see this man, givethe Morgan County Hilton a call.
Speaker 1 (33:22):
And like I said
earlier but I do want to
interrupt we're not sayinganything bad about MCA
whatsoever.
I'm sure it's a really goodschool.
Speaker 2 (33:31):
Then there's good
teachers in every school.
Speaker 1 (33:34):
Absolutely, and you
know it breaks my heart for you
teachers and the staff membersat MCA who are really trying to
make you know kids responsibleadults.
It sucks that there's a few badapples.
Speaker 2 (33:49):
In the bunch.
Speaker 1 (33:50):
In the bunch.
So the only thing that we cando MCA and everybody is resolve
this shit, get this dude heldaccountable and move forward and
make it better from here.
Speaker 2 (34:01):
Absolutely.
And since we posted about thisstory, people start reaching out
and somebody reached out with amessage and said he did use 3D
printing to gain access andrelationship with students.
He was in the elementary wingwith the first two fifth grade
(34:21):
kids.
The only way to and from someof the classes was passing by
his room, so she's saying that alot of the kids had to go by
his room.
Basically he's seen them allall the time.
Speaker 1 (34:37):
And it seems like
there was more than one person
who said that they saw a littlegirl sitting on his lap.
I mean, there is no reason orno situation where any student
should be sitting on any adult'sfucking lap.
Speaker 2 (34:51):
Another comment said
I am disgusted with this entire
situation.
They assured everyone that allthese allegations were
investigated.
The administration left thispredator in the hall with
elementary kids.
Speaker 1 (35:09):
I can see that you
know especially the heads of
these schools want everything togo smoothly, and if you don't
think that, we understand that.
You guys are under a lot ofstress running these schools.
But there just has to be acertain protocol for when shit
like this comes up.
It needs to be hit hard, investigated and dealt with
immediately.
Speaker 2 (35:29):
Here's another
comment that said they built
that high school and had camerasput in the classroom that was
supposed to be Wessel'sclassroom.
When he found out about thecameras he decided to stay in
the elementary classroom.
They let him.
None of us knew what to do.
It was taken to theadministration and the board
(35:50):
over and over.
We were shut down and accusedof spreading rumors.
Speaker 1 (35:55):
I can't help but
wonder why, like when you read
the reactions to these bulletpoints, I can't help but wonder
why in my head that theycontinue to deflect this shit.
Speaker 2 (36:09):
Probably because this
is a private school.
People have to pay a lot ofmoney for their children to go
to school.
And when you pay a lot of moneyfor your child to go to school,
not only do you want themeducated, you want to make sure
they are thoroughly protected.
Speaker 1 (36:25):
I hope and pray that
none of this shit went any
further than the allegationsthat we've already talked about
in this episode.
Speaker 2 (36:36):
Oh, it has.
I mean, there's been earlierreports.
That has happened a few yearsago.
Speaker 1 (36:41):
But I think you mean
saying I mean, and I hope
there's not worse shit out therethat we don't know, and thank
God that it's come to light andthe law dog is after his ass now
.
Yeah, and hopefully thisstopped from you know, because
this shit doesn't just stop withsitting on the lap and here's
an Adderall, here's smoke, thisjoint I want to kiss you it.
Don't fucking stop there, aswe've learned from all these
(37:02):
cases that we investigate.
It's like dope to these people, man, they cannot fucking stop
and they just need to get alittle bit higher and a little
bit higher until it's a big mess.
Speaker 2 (37:13):
It's a horrible mess
and it's like in these emails
and stuff like that, they'relike oh, he was such a good
person and this and that Not ifhe's doing this, no, he's not a
good person.
Speaker 1 (37:26):
Dr Jekyll was a good
person too, but Mr Hyde was
fucked up.
I like that analogy.
I'm just being real.
Well, that's about it for thisepisode, but we would like to
say that all of our legaldocumentation and this probable
cause affidavit is posted on ourPatreon.
